First class may not truly be a measure up for intelligence but it measures one's discipline and consistency. You cannot buy first class, you merit it.

For me,

I save 50percent of my salary, Spend 30percent on a monthly basis and 20percent goes to accommodation. I think 15-20percent of what you earn should be allocated to accommodation.

NYSCRe: Getting A Job After Nysc: How Long Is Too Long? by OreoPaschal(m): 11:43pm On Apr 09, 2018
ucheuzor1:
Don't feel depressed bro. sometimes its quite hard to navigate through uncharted waters. You haven't served yet, so no cause for you to feel depressed.

Most persons working and living a decent life now at some point once felt scared, not knowing d next direction to follow. Its very normal for almost any graduate to feel this sense of uncertainty as u feel now.

Be happy for what you have achieved so far and pray to God to direct your ways. what lies ahead is surely greater.
Thanks for those lines, Uzor Uche! God bless you.
NYSCRe: Getting A Job After Nysc: How Long Is Too Long? by OreoPaschal(m):
It has not been easy on me. I don't even know the career path I want anymore. I am so lost with this job hunting. At present I work as a leasing agent although I am yet to serve. But, upon completion of NYSC I will be 26years of age. sad sad

I just feel lost out as I may not be able to work in places, I have desired because of their age limit as a requirement for recruitment. Even with my First-class in Agricultural Economics. My depression level goes higher the more. I only pray God will make a way for me when I get to that stage.

PoliticsRe: So I Finally Went To Enugu. It's Over Hyped by OreoPaschal(m): 10:51pm On Apr 07, 2018
I relocated to Enugu from Lagos because of a Job, two months ago. And I have alot to say about the state so far. I agree with the OP concerning the red earth and dusty nature of the state. But, he forgot to mention that it's a natural phenomenon that the state can't run away from.

On the issue of development, I will grade them upcoming with no comparison or whatsoever with any other state. Their roads are durable unlike the china roads in some states like Imo State. The people are friendly and they have good foods to offer. Less I forget, there is little or no congested traffic and their traffic lights are all functioning.

In general it's a peaceful state, calm and loving. If not for the water issue they have, I wouldn't mind staying forever here. There was a cinema but they left because of poor management, hopefully a new one will come in place soonest.

I am a leasing agent in the mall where they have Games and ShopRite... You can contact if you need available space in the mall for business activities.

Best regards!
