Bad roads will also make it worse. And some swampy regions will always get flooded.

So many defaulters at all government regulatory bodies. I strong believe that 99% of heads of these bodies do not even know their roles or know how to accomplish it.


There are deadlines with penalties but if you check many companies would have exceeded these deadlines for several years.

Just business as usual in Nigeria.

At least there is a standard contingency rate, approve that one and let us hear word.

The most important question is "what are we restructuring?"

People use the term restructuring . But ask them what they would like restructured and they would be stumped.

Imagine all companies loaded on the CAC platform linked with FIRS , PENCOM, state tax, NSE, SEC etc. With online access to all companies to update financial record on a monthly and annual basis.

Imagine an integrated online payroll database for the public sector.

Imagine approvals and work updates on capital projects ....

Each company has only one financials .

In Nigeria today the SEC, the NSE cannot even provide the financials of some public companies online. Public and private companies ought to have publicly available financials.
