OP asked experienced people to advice but i didn't read any so far.

Well OP i have seen this ur situation in a nollywood movie - the couple were advised not to get married, they eventually did when the doctor told them about that ur option 1a.

So they started to flush and flush and flush. The lady got sad, depressed and all and i think they eventually went their separate ways after some years.

It would seem a very difficult decision but it's still d best even given the level of advancement in technology.
