Debawen: Hello everyone,
I relocated to the UK over a year ago and the travel processes was done by a travel company in Nigeria. We were eligible for IHS refund, so i informed the designated agent assigned to us when we did out travel arrangment in Nigeria to inform her that i will be applying for the refund, she told me to provide proof once i have applied because the Uk gov will only refund the IHS to originating account that IHS is paid from which happens to be from the MD and his wife account. The refund has been approved and credited into their various account since september this year and the company is not having a turn around saying they do not process refund and do not involve themselves with IHS refund. All i want is for my IHS refund to be paid to me by the travel company since it has been credited into their account.
Please i need help or advice to go about getting my IHS refund from this people. The company have decided to stop responding to our emails claiming our file has been closed. I have all the evidence including transaction details.
Thank you for you help. omg this is wickedness ooo. how many times have you applied and gotten the IHS money? if it is just once I will advice to stop applying since the company is not responding. Home office only pay to the account that was used to pay the IHS. so sorry to hear this |

hustla: What if I don't do care / support again after the initial 6 months? Or I can continue to use the same 6 months payslip to continue to apply
For the dependent, do they also have to work in the care sector too? Once u are not in health care sector u can not claim it. Not possible again for you to use the same six months, they have all your previous payslips u have used. Be careful bf they cancel your visa. Once u are working in health care sector all y dependants will claim the money even if y wife/hubby is not working in health care. |

The dollar account I used in Nigeria is not active at the moment and I don't have the strength to activate account and getting a card from Nigeria. Anyone who has successfully received payment in another account should guide me through. Thank u. The can only pay it back into the account u use to pay y IHS. not possible for them to transfer it to any account. you can contact your account manager in Nigeria and get their advice. Others house members can still give you their suggestions. |

Viruses:
 Abeg leave me o.
It's the access to health care that's my greatest concern because as it is, its to pray not to fall I'll. No be say when people in Naija and trying to come here for health care, those here will be going to Nigeria for health care. This is actually true. I travelled to Nija for a major surgery and within two days the surgery was done and very successful. I flew bk to uk after 13 days. I did not bother my self to wait for long queue in NHS. I am glad I took that decision to travel bk home. My prayer every day is that one don't fall sick in this country. because to see GP na war, to even call for appointment na war. Healthcare in this country is some thing else. All the best to us. |

I keep wondering . some people get it easy while some pay lot of money. I know of three of my colleagues that paid £12, 000 to agent and they are Indians My friend in Nigeria said that she applied and got two offers but she turned them down bc of the condition of the job. I learnt that some homes will sign a contract of five years with u, if u bleach the contact they will cancel y visa while some if you get another job sponsor u can leave. |
