Dr. Paul Enenche, Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, DIGC, has voiced out his anger over the ongoing killings in Kaduna State.

The cleric particularly poured out his heart on the recent abduction and murder of the paramount ruler of Adara Chiefdom, Agwom Adara, His Royal Highness, Maiwada Raphael Galadima, whose lifeless body was found in a village close to Kaduna town.

This is also as several persons lost their lives last week, while many houses were torched in the renewed ethno-religious crisis in Kaduna State, a development that prompted the state governor, Nasir el-Rufai to declare a 24-hour curfew in Kaduna town and its environs.

Speaking on Sunday during a church service, Enenche maintained that there was a satanic agenda to wipe out Christianity from the face of the country.

He also came hard on the leaders elected into offices who rather than protect their citizens, contribute to making life unbearable for the people who voted them into power, especially the Christians.

A visibly angry Enenche declared that those behind the killings in Kaduna would perish alongside their generations.


He called on the United Nations and the entire international community to stop some persons, who are hell bent on destroying this entity called Nigeria.

He said, “I don’t know if there is Sunday service in Kaduna town right now. They have a 24-hour lockdown. That is the worst that has ever happened in this country. People are not allowed to go out; we are receiving text messages from people who are crying that their foodstuffs have been exhausted.

“Because of the demon agent. Wicked demon agent! God will soon finish with them. Wicked demon agent making life unbearable for people.

“That is why we need to pray for this country because these people are wicked and heartless.

“A pastor sent me a text message yesterday, informing me how a fellow pastor was killed in southern Kaduna.

“He cried out that all the foodstuffs in his house have finished and they are locked indoors 24-hours.

“I have only heard of dusk to dawn curfew, but this time around, it is 24 hours, no movement anywhere within the state, including no church, is that not an anti-Christ agenda?

“The paramount ruler of Adara Chiefdom, Agwom Adara, His Royal Highness, Maiwada Raphael Galadima, a First Class Chief was recently kidnapped and killed.

“We were told that earlier this year, all the chiefdoms in Kaduna were asked to come under the emirate system, but he (Galadima) objected.

“He was the most vocal person among the monarchs in the state. He insisted that they would not be subjected to another religion. Then, problem began, and in just one hour; over 200 persons were killed in Kasuwa Magani by terrorists’ agents.

“Then, the governor summoned him and other chiefs for peace talks. However, on his way from the meeting organized by the governor, he was kidnapped. Is it not a wonder to find out who abducted him? His police orderly was killed. Four of his own personal security details were also killed and he was whisked away to an unknown destination alongside his wife. The wife was later released.

“A few days later, his dead body was discovered along the Kaduna-Abuja Highway.

“Is it not an insult? It is like pouring excreta on the face of such a people. And they think nobody is going to ask who killed such a person? But God is going to kill these killers. God is going to deal with their generation and lineage.

“I am saying this so you can understand what is happening in this nation; so you don’t sleep and forget yourself. Enough is enough. All these people, it is anarchy you are looking for.
In Kaduna town right now, once they strike in north, the people will retaliate in the south. And sadly enough, once this thing happens, they would send heavy security to the Christian area to prevent them from defending themselves.

“I want to say to all of you in the name of Jesus, your plan has failed. You didn’t come with any development plan, you didn’t come with any social plan. No plan for improvement of life in anyway; only a bloodshed agenda, but that agenda has perished with you and your generation.

“Nigeria before this time was ranked 136th in the global corruption index but it moved from that position within three years to 142th. That is corruption multiplied by 6 digits under the so-called anti corruption government. It is an indication that people are stealing more money than ever before.

“One of them was indicted from NHIS; he was sacked, but instead of going, the same government brought him back even after he embezzled some billions. He was reinstated by the same leadership. This is sad.

“Let us circulate this so people would know what is happening in Kaduna and in our nation at large.They can’t destroy this nation under our watch.

“We call on the United Nations and the entire international community that there are people hell bent on destroying Nigeria, but they will never succeed.

“I was moved to say this because as we speak, our people in Kaduna can’t go to church because of the 24-hour lockdown. Some are only watching this service at their various home cells. Enough is enough.”

Some protesters on Friday stormed streets on Lagos to register their anger of the death of a 13-year-old teenage girl, Ochanya Ogbaje, who was allegedly raped to death by her in-law, one Mr. Andrew Ogbuja and his son.

Ochanya had battled Vesicovaginal fistula (VVF) and other health complications at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi after being allegedly severely abused by one Andrew Ogboja, Head of Department, Catering and Hotel Management at the Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, Benue State, and his son, Victor Inalegwu Ogboja, a final year student of Animal Production at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi.

The duo consistently molested little Ochanya, a student of Federal Government Girls’ College, Gboko since she was 9 to age 13.

She insisted that the culprits must be brought to book without delay.

A housewife, Ochinya Onya Maria, has delivered a set of thoraco-omphalogus, conjoined twins.

Mrs. Onya, a native of Otukpo LGA of Benue State, and her husband, a painter welcomed the bundle of joy through a Caesarian section at the Federal Medical Centre, Keffi, some days ago.

According to Dr. Mukhtar Yola, Chief Consultant Neontologist of the National Hospital, Abuja where the mother and her babies are currently admitted, “Examination findings showed babies conjoined at the thorax and abdomen with a single umbilical cord. Other examination findings were normal. The current conjoined babies weight is 7.1h5kg. The babies were found to be conjoined with a ruptured omphalocoele, which was repaired. The gram also showed separate skeletal bones including thoracic cavity. Babies are being worked upon for subsequent separation.”

Speaking exclusively with DAILY POST on Monday morning, the young woman said the twins were her second issue in the marriage.

She said, “This is my second issue. I am a house wife and my husband is a painter.

“For now, we need to raise funds to ensure their survival by a successful surgery to separate them. The doctors said the surgery would cost us N8m and we don’t even know where to raise the money from.

“We are calling on well-meaning Nigerians to come to our aid. God bless you richly.”

The South-East Renewal Group (SERG) has reacted to the position of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on the 2019 general elections.

The group said Kanu’s declaration that there will be no election in South eastern part of Nigeria, which he claimed to be ‘Biafra territory’, was a joke that shouldn’t be taken seriously.


Kanu, on Sunday finally opened up, since he resurfaced in Jerusalem, Israel.

In a broadcast on Sunday evening, Kanu vowed not to return to the Federal High Court in Abuja, where he was standing trial before he left the country, describing Nigeria as a zoo.

In a broadcast via Radio Biafra, Kanu boasted, "IPOB will liberate Biafra and we will not take part in any election until we get a referendum and this is not negotiable, we will achieve this by every necessary means, we thank Israel for all the contributions they made to IPOB."

Reacting to the controversial broadcast, Charles Mbani, National President of SERG in a statement forwarded to DAILY POST on Monday, said it was most unfortunate that Kanu was back to cause trouble for people of South-East of Nigeria, who have spent the last one year re-building confidence with their neighbours in their bid to repair the damages caused by him and his IPOB members.


SERG declared that Nnamdi Kanu, and the faction of IPOB that he leads, do not speak for the Igbo as a people.

He said, “His utterances are at variance with the belief of the people of the South-East Nigeria, who are cultured, have maximum regards for Nigerians of other ethnic stocks, believe in the unity of Nigeria while they continue to clamour for restructuring that will promote equity, respect constituted authority and institutions and will never descend low to the point of disparaging other human beings.

“The annals have recorded it that Nnamdi Kanu is a coward, who incited promising Igbo youths to throw away their lives literarily and figuratively. He threw the entire South-East into confusion and pocketed the money raised from suffering Igbo masses only for him to escape when the people had erroneously thought he had something in stock for them.

“It is the height of insult to the Igbo sensibility for him to think that putting up this charade from the Holy Land will fool Ndi Igbo another round. If he is broke and wants to use this latest performance to finance his drug addled life he should have a rethink and look for honest work to pay his own bills.

“We strongly believe that his desperation for money has made him team up with those that are out to frustrate the Igbo agenda and interest. We say this because it is curious that Kanu had hidden for so long as a common criminal only for him to turn up at a time when the political fortunes of the South East are improving with the nomination of one of our own, Mr. Peter Obi as a Vice Presidential candidate in next year’s election.

“SERG hereby categorically place Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB and any miscreant that buys into the poisonous ideology they promote that not only will election hold in the South-East but that people will also come out to exercise their voting rights without being molested.

“Igbo will mobilize to ensure this chance is not lost, certainly not in this lifetime. On the other hand, at the end of the General Elections, which would hold everywhere in a united Nigeria, Kanu would have proven beyond doubt that he is a liar and an utter symbol of falsehood that is at best treated as a pariah."

SERG further stressed that Igbo youths should be warned by this development, adding that nothing to be gained from supporting terrorist and separatist ideologies as the only region to have allowed that in the country is today full of regrets.

He added, “We should rather continue to support the federal government, irrespective of the ethnic group of the person that occupies the office. Igbo youths, leaders and organizations must also apologize to the Nigerian Army that was wrongly accused of killing Kanu when in reality the coward ran away from the country on his volition.”

Immediate Past Minister of Interior, Comrade Abba Moro, has reacted to the statement by the APC-led federal government banning 50 high-profile Nigerians from traveling abroad.

Moro was said to be among those banned from traveling outside Nigeria till further notice.

The federal government had on Saturday banned 50 Nigerians from traveling abroad over alleged corruption cases.

Speaking on the development, Abba Moro through his media aide, Ameh Godwin, said his inclusion in the list was not in anyway connected to misappropriation of public funds or money laundering.

According to him, the order would not in any way affect his triumphant entry into the Red Chamber in 2019.

The statement reads below.

Our attention has been drawn to the statement by the APC-led federal government banning 50 high-profile Nigerians from traveling abroad, a list which has Comrade Abba Moro in it.

Having carefully reviewed the Executive Order 06, we want to make it emphatically clear that the inclusion of Comrade Abba Moro on the list is not in anyway connected to misappropriation of public funds or money laundering.

It is a known fact that Comrade Abba Moro is not on trial for stealing anything from government but the failed immigration recruitment, in which his role was clearly not related to the fee collected from applicants by the consultants.


We are of the firm belief that justice will be done in the case and there is nothing to worry about as Comrade Abba Moro didn't violate any law or enrich himself from the failed recruitment exercise.

The general public must note that the Executive Order 06 is purely administrative and not a court conviction and as such does not affect his election and the goodwill he enjoys, particularly, among his people in Benue South.

Regrettably, the full implementation of the Executive Order 06 upon the emergence of Comrade Moro and several other candidates at this electioneering time, despite their cases being in court for over two years, raises serious issues of constitutionalism, legality and due process of law.

We make bold to say that Comrade Abba Moro's riches are not in money or assets but in people, being a human development focused politician.

Before his emergence as the flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Benue South, Comrade Abba Moro had no case of money laundering or misappropriation of public funds from his days as a lecturer in the Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, to his tenure as Local Government Chairman in Okpokwu, or as Federal Minister.

Relatively, Comrade Moro left office unstained as Pro-Chancellor/Chairman, Governing Council of University of Agriculture, Umudike, and later University of Agriculture, Makurdi.

We, therefore, urge all teeming supporters of Comrade Abba Moro and the good people of Benue South not to be perturbed by his inclusion on the list of those banned from traveling abroad, the order has nothing to do with Benue South election.

In fact, Comrade Abba Moro only travelled abroad in the past for medicals and always on the order of court, after which his international passport is returned to the court, pending the determination of the case.

We call on our people back home not to panic over the new development as the Executive Order will not, in anyway, affect our chances in the 2019 general elections.

The general public, particularly electorate in Benue South should be informed that the ban does not in away affect his eligibility in the senatorial contest.

Affirmatively, our journey to a better tomorrow has begun and we won’t be distracted by any political witch-hunt orchestrated by weak and unpopular men who are afraid of electoral contest.

The Plateau Peace and Justice Forum has called on the Nigerian Army to ignore attempts by some mischief makers to cause confusion in the state of Plateau over the missing Major General Idris Alkali (retired).

Alkali, a former Chief of Administration, Army Headquarters, Abuja, was declared missing on the 3rd of September.

Just yesterday, the Nigerian Army discovered Major Alkali’s vehicle in at a pond in Lafendeg Du, Plateau State.

Speaking on the development, group noted with regrets that some persons were hell bent on running the peace on the Plateau by sponsoring negative campaigns on social media.

The group said it was inhuman, insensitive and irresponsible for the Citizens United for Peace and Stability, CUPS, led by Idris Ahmed to declare Major Alkali (retired) dead to an extent that he was already expressing his condolence to the distraught family.

CUPS had claimed the army was unconcerned on the missing Maj Gen Alkali was complicit in his disappearance.

Alexander Mamedu esq, President, Plateau Peace and Justice Forum said Ahmed, while addressing newsmen in Jos, on Sunday, said Ahmed was only out to pitch the Nigerian Army against the people of Plateau.

Mamedu said, “We have read where Idris Ahmed claimed that General Alkali resigned from the Army “because he could not tolerate the rampant corruption and the satanic cultism that was going on at the highest level of the military hierarchy” yet he reportedly have an interview with the missing person’s mother who clearly stated that he has served the Army for 35 years.

“He would have thus necessarily retire from the Army based on the duration of his service and could not have resigned for the reasons hallucinated by Ahmed.

“The alarm we are raising about this individual is not unfounded. We are beginning to see what we fear in the comments reacting to Idris Ahmed’s Facebook posts. The comments clearly showed that he is continuing with his objective of instigating the people against the Army and the Army against the people while things have further taken a bad turn with the Berom ethnic nationality in Plateau state becoming the target of hate speech.

“Idris Ahmed’s followers, Fatima A Santuraki and Awwal Yusuf have openly called for a pogrom against Beroms. This is highly unacceptable and we pray that no one takes it into their head to begin attacking innocent people based on Ahmed’s incitement.

“There is a limit to the positive outcomes we can wish for under the circumstances, but since Idris Ahmed has declared Major General Idris Alkali (retired) dead, we wish to appeal to him to allow the dead to rest in peace.

“He should also allow the Nigerian Army to do its job without instigating strife and unnecessary apprehensions in the land. The Army under Buratai has proven to be a friend of the Plateau people and must not allow the activities of criminal elements to sow any seed of discord between that institution and our people.

“The full investigation that has been commissioned should be allowed to run its course undistracted. We support the investigation and the Army’s quest to unravel the truth. The Army began its investigation long before Idris Ahmed’s contradictions and peddling of falsehood began so we will not set stock in his antics.”

No fewer than 10 persons were seriously injured as several others narrowly cheated death in an auto crash involving a bus belonging to God is Good Transport Company.

[url]WWW.IDOMAVOICE.COM[/url] gathered that the incident happened after the driver allegedly slept off on the steering along Benin-Lagos Road, yesterday.

The vehicle was heading from Port Harcourt in Rivers State to Ajah park when the incident happened.

One of the passengers, who identified herself as Chenemi, told newsmen, who ran into the accident that the bus veered off the road after the driver reportedly dozed off and landed in a bush.

"The driver slept off while on steering and lost control of the vehicle. Before we knew it, we were already heading towards the bush.

"I sustained injury on my forehead. It was the airbag that saved me because I was sitting close to the driver.”

The source further disclosed that eight other persons were severely injured while an infant lost one of her fingers to the mishap.

She blamed the driver for his unprofessional conduct while calling on the relevant authorities to call the management of the company to order.

The incident happened days after over seven passengers, mostly women traveling with same transport company were kidnapped.

The passengers were abducted on their way to Lagos from Enugu in Ore.

Meanwhile, a text message to the media department of the company for reaction was not replied at the time of this report.

The incident came barely two weeks after suspected gunmen have kidnapped seven passengers traveling with a vehicle belonging to God is Good Transport Company.

Suspected gunmen have kidnapped seven passengers traveling with a vehicle belonging to God is Good Transport Company.

DAILY POST gathered that the passengers, mostly women were on their way from Enugu to Lagos when they were accosted around Ore, Ondo State and whisked away to unknown destination.

Sources hinted this reporter that the kidnappers had since contacted the victims’ families, demanding 10 million naira for their release.

A source close to one of the victims told this reporter that the kidnappers had threatened to ‘waste’ the victims if the family failed to corporate.

“Yes, we have been begging the kidnappers not to harm them. One of the victims is my sister and she’s is in her first trimester. They have threatened to waste them if we don’t corporate,” the source said.

Also, confirming the ugly incident, the Nigeria Bar Association, Abuja chapter, called on relevant security agencies to help rescue the victim.

Terver Akase, the Chief Press Secretary to the Benue State Governor, has stated that the Governor’s performance in three years exceeded the manifesto of his former party, All Progressives Congress, APC even while he was still in the party.

Akase said this on Tuesday while reacting to allegations by the former Special Adviser to the Governor on local government and chieftaincy affairs and governorship aspirant, Titus Zam, that the Ortom was a stranger in the APC and so was not in tune with its manifesto.

The Chief Press Secretary said that the APC ideology centred on change which only translated to replacing the government in power at that time.

He said Ortom being an astute administrator, went beyond the APC manifesto by executing laudable projects in various sectors of the economy in the state.

Akase said 43 rural communities have been connected with urban areas through the construction of feeder roads while 20 others have been provided with electricity under the Bureau for Rural Development and Cooperatives.

According to him, construction of classroom blocks is ongoing in 740 primary schools across the state with over 500 already completed, while 44 primary health centres and water schemes established by the Ortom administration are already in use in various communities of the state.

He stated that through the intervention of Governor Ortom, over 150 medical doctors have also graduated at the College of Health Sciences and about 13 road projects were at various stages of completion.

The Chief Press Secretary described as unfortunate, the utterances of those who before now, described Governor Ortom as a star performer only to turn round and launch verbal attacks on the Governor now that he is in another political party.

Akase advised former adviser Titus Zam and other APC aspirants to tell Benue people their agenda for the development of the state if given the opportunity to lead instead of making Governor Ortom the focus of their campaign.

Moved by the manner of testimonies and healings that took place in the course of the service, Dr. Paul, his wife, Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche and members of the church wept profusely in appreciation to God.

She recalled, “When I left my village, I came to Abuja and I joined Dunamis church. During my foundation class, I told the woman that was teaching us how I lived a reckless life and I promised never to go back again. She encouraged me and paid for me to learn tailoring.

“I came to Abuja with HIV and a doctor at Garki hospital asked me to come and register so I would be taking drugs (Anti Retroviral) I agreed to return at the appointed date given by the doctor, I was trusting God for healing.

However, after prayers were offered she went to keep the appointment with the doctor and had to be tested again, only to discover that she had been healed. The result showed negative.

Amid tears, she added, “I went back yesterday and one of the doctors conducted HIV screening again several times and she said there was no trace of the virus in my blood anymore. When the lady was writing my name, I declared that God of Pastor Paul Enenche, healed me. They were all shocked that after several tests, the result showed negative.”


Also, during the service, the family of one Mr. Temitope testified of how God changed the genotype of her children from SS to AA.

Speaking on behalf of the family, a visibly elated Mrs. Temitope, said they have been married for eighteen years now but the last 17 years have been hell for them because three of her four children had SS genotype.

The mother, who said the family got to know about Dunamis through telecast, said she has exhausted her finances besides the emotional and several torments from this affliction.

For seventeen years she said she had suffered with her husband looking after the children who were suffering from sickle cell anemia.

She said her shop became virtually empty from unending financial pressures of caring for the children.

During one of the services when altar call was made, the family came out and surrendered their lives to Jesus and that was the beginning of their change of story.

“After we surrendered to Jesus, my husband and the children joined the foundation class, my husband came home and said we should go and run the test again.

“The first clinic we went to last Thursday, the result showed AA. We were not convinced, this time around, we decided to go to a general hospital for confirmation and the result showed AA.

“I know what we passed through because we have spent a lot of money, my shop became empty because of the children, but today, the story has changed,” she said amid excitement and celebration in the congregation.

Responding, God’s servant, Dr. Paul Enenche, asked her how much she would need to restock and revive her business, she said N1million.

A tear-laden Dr. Enenche said he would empower her with half a million while Dunamis Church will give her the other half a million.

He asked her to come for both cheques after service today.

The cleric said, “This is what church (Christianity) is all about. God is not looking for what to take from you but He is interested in what He wants to give you.”



In another development, a young man also testified how he came out from kidnapers’ den after they had placed N25m ransom tag on him.

However, after brutal declarations by God’s Servant, his captors came under the fire of God and released him at no cost. He came to return all glory to God.

The management of Peace Mass Transit Limited has finally reacted to the fatal accident involving one of its vehicles at Itobe end of the Lokoja-Abuja Road recently.


It was gathered that several persons were recently roasted after a certain Peugeot 406 saloon car, bearing a large gas cylinder and coming from the opposite direction on top speed, while attempting to overtake another vehicle crashed into a bus belonging to the transport company.


The resultant impact caused the gas cylinder to explode into a huge conflagration of fire which made it difficult for occupants of both vehicles to be rescued all alive.


Confirming the development, the management of the transport company in a statement issued last night, commiserated with members of the deceased families.


The company regretted that the national Emergency First Responders at the scene of the accident and natives of the area, apparently acting in good conscience, made the decision to honourably clear the thoroughfare, and buried the remains of deceased victims together, nearby.


The statement reads, “We at Peace Mass Transit LTD, deeply regret and commiserate with families of victims of the August 16 accident at the Itobe end of the Lokoja-Abuja Road, involving one of our mini-buses.


“Eyewitness accounts of the unfortunate incident have been consistent, to wit: that a certain Peugeot 406 saloon car, bearing a large gas cylinder and coming from the opposite direction on top speed, while attempting to overtake another vehicle crashed into our bus head-on! The said PMT bus was, and remained on its rightful lane even at the point of the collision.


“The resultant impact caused the gas cylinder to explode into a huge conflagration of fire which made it difficult for occupants of both vehicles to be rescued all alive.


“Our sincere condolences go to the families of all the deceased passengers who had kept the faith with their preferred road transport service provider-PMT, but fell to the cold hands of death in those circumstances we view as most unfortunate.


“It was also regrettable that national Emergency First Responders at the scene of the accident and natives of the area, apparently acting in good conscience, made the decision to honourably clear the thoroughfare, and inter the remains of deceased victims together, nearby. We have since been told on enquiry that the decision on internment was a collective one among the first responders, as a result of the state of the remains as the occupants were all burnt together so the bodies could not be separated in anyway.


“These same compatriots had also risked their lives to defy raging gas fire to pull out some passengers alive, moving them to hospital for treatment.


“The life of every mortal is indeed in the hands of God,and at PMT, no safety consideration or concern is postponed for action for even a second,and the regulatory agencies can bear us out.


“The ITOBE episode is the first of its kind in our history, hence, staff at all levels remain in deep, awful shock, even up till this moment.

“Given a different scenario and circumstances, on another day, certain impulsive actions allowed on that occasion may have been handled differently, with more regard to peculiar sensibilities. Cultural and religious belief of those around also played a role here, but then, the noble motive and selfless efforts of these patriots that were on ground, could be put in the proper perspective, and appreciated.


“We mourn our cherished passengers who were affected to no end, and send our heartfelt condolences to bereaved families. Your loss is our loss!


“We place high premium on the welfare and safety of our dear Passengers. Clearly, we are in this situation, together. Please, be comforted.


“We have kept in touch with majority of bereaved families and in frantic, committed efforts to reach the others whose contact details are not easily discernible from the travel manifest. This is actually why this statement is coming out late, in honour to these families.


“It is clearly a tough period for us at PMT, as we pledge our unwavering commitment to the safety of our travelling public who are the only reason we are in this ever challenging business called transportation.

Immediate past Senate President is set to pick his presidential interest and nomination forms ahead of the 2019 general elections.

IDOMA VOICE reports that Mark, a former military governor of Niger State LP had earlier dumped his presidential ambition to contest the Benue South Senatorial seat for the sixth time.

However, sources said Mark, after a marathon meeting with some of his close pals, including Tunde Ogbeha in his Abuja residence decided to throw in the ring.

The source said, “As we speak, he (Mark) is warming up to run for the office of the president. He would be picking his nomination forms on Tuesday.

“He is still reluctant but the intervention of his long-time friend, Tunde Ogbeha gave his the courage to join the race,” the source said.

Dr. Mrs. Enenche said her attention was recently drawn to some pages on social media platforms using her name and images to solicit for funds from some persons.

In a terse statement posted on her official page, the cleric warned those using her images and that of her husband to defraud people to desist from robbing people of their hard-earned resources and get a better life.

She described those behind the fake pages and profiles as ‘impersonating agents,’ who are out to dent her reputation, that of her husband and the ministry.

She strongly warned the general public to avoid dealing with such people as their demands do no represent her interest, husband’s and that of Dunamis worldwide.

“My attention has been drawn to some pages online bearing my images, names and that of my husband, Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Centre soliciting for funds from unsuspecting individuals.

The Senior Pastor of Dunamis Int’l Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche, has warned the general public against falling prey to fraudsters, who are hell bent on using his name and images to defraud unsuspecting individuals on social media.

Door2Door Campaign Organisation, the umbrella campaign body for immediate past Senate President, Senator David Mark, has reacted to report that its principal was warming up to go back to the upper chamber for the sixth time.

Mark has been occupying the Benue South Senatorial seat since the return of democracy in 1999.


Report emerged lately the Peoples Democratic Party had settled for 60/40 formula for incumbents who have the first right of refusal to re-contest in 2019 in order to maintain peace and stability in the party.

The development would offer Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom automatic ticket while other incumbents would stay put.

The Senator representing Benue south senatorial district, David Mark, has reportedly dumped his presidential ambition to return the National Assembly for the 6th time since 1999.

The 60/40 formula is reportedly set up for incumbents who have the first right of refusal to re-contest in 2019 in order to maintain peace and stability in the party.

According to activist and political analyst, Josephine Akioyame, “PDP’s 60/40 is live and well. Governor Ortom will be its flagbearer for 2019. The agreement was set up so that incumbents have the right of first refusal. Forget about the noise. The fight was never about Ortom but about Gemade and other aspirants who piggybacked on Ortom to the PDP.

Thus, two ears hear the Rep for Otukpo/ Ohimini , Ezekiel Adaji wants back in. So is the Rep for Ado/Ogbadibo/Okpokwu, Hassan Anthony Saleh on the basis of incumbents’ right of first refusal.

However, I doubt very much, the Ado/Ogbadibo/Okpokwu would work. That constituency has a time honoured code of rotational arrangement existing for peace, order and good government. It does this as to make every area feel included considering that it is a mix mash of dialectical dissonance that operates as a time bomb.

A result of this arrangement is that it is Ado’s turn, particularly of Agila extraction based on Ado internal zoning. Hon David O Idoko of Okpokwu spent 8 years. Hon Anthony Hassan Saleh of Ogbadibo is spending 8 years after which it rotates to Ado.

One ear hear that the Ogidigan of Idoma land the distinguished Senator David Mark is warming up to go back to the Senate on the basis of this arrangement.

Several Boko Haram insurgents lost their lives, while many others were injured in a clash with troops of the Nigerian Army.

The incident happened after a failed attack coordinated by Boko Haram insurgents on a military formation at Gundari, Guzamala Local Government Area of Borno.

“The troops also killed seven Boko Haram insurgents while several others were wounded in the attack,” Deputy Director, Army Public Relations, Operation Lafiya Dole, Col. Onyeama Nwachukwu, said.

According to him, the troops successfully repelled the attack, killed seven insurgents while several others escaped with gunshot wounds.

The city of Abuja, the nation’s capital was on a stand still on Monday for the 50th birthday celebration of God’s general and apostle of the Most High, Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Abuja.

Among those who graced the occasion were Dr. Enenche’s spiritual father and mentor, Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church.

Others from the political terrain were: Acting President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, Yakubu Dogara, Speaker, House of Reps, Govs Samuel Ortom and Emmanuel Udom of Benue and Akwa Ibom States respectively.

Prof Jerry Gana, Major Generals Lawrence Onoja and John Enenche were also on ground.
Others included, Emmanuel Kure, Gen Yakubu Gowon, ably represented, Anyim Pius Anyim, Bishop David Abioye and wife, Honourable Labaran Maku. Prof Jerry Agada as well as envoys from Zambia and Namabia.

In his speech, Bishop Oyedepo told his spiritual son that the best was yet to come.

On his part, Prof Osinbajo described Dr. Enenche and his wife, Dr. Becky as tireless workers in God’s vineyard.

He extolled them for their humanitarian outreaches.

Pastor Enoch Adeboye in a special audio message hailed his grand-son in the Lord for his labour in the vineyard.

The Nigerian Army says calm has been restored to the Maiduguri International Airport following the Sunday’s protest by some soldiers of the Special Strike Forces in Operation Lafiya Dole.

The soldiers had protested against their posting to Marte, a Local Government Area in Northern Borno State.

Confirming the development in a statement forwarded to DAILY POST on Monday, Colonel Onyema Nwachukwu , Deputy Director Public Relations, Theatre Command operation Lafiya Dole, said calm had since been restored, as the Theatre Commander, Major General Abba Dikko had promptly taken charge of the situation after addressing and admonishing the troops.

He said, “The Theatre Command yesterday witnessed a riotous reaction from a few unscrupulous troops while conducting a redeployment of troops who are currently deployed at the Maiduguri Airport, following a directive to review troops' deployment in Maidugurimetropolis in a bid to reinvigorate the security architecture of the city.

“The redeployment became expedient after a recent assessment of the security situation by the Theatre Command. Regrettably however, a few of the troops who had misunderstood the development and erroneously assumed it was going to negatively affect their rotation from the theatre of operation became agitated and reacted by firing into the air.

“Calm has, however, been restored, as the Theatre Commander, Major General Abba Dikko has promptly taken charge of the situation after addressing and admonishing the troops."
