Is this the latest on the duration of stay? Broadenyourhori: As long as you leave before 05/03/2020.
You can even travel in February. They will only grant you entry for whatever time period is left on your visa. Also, be prepared to give more explanation at the POE. |

Yes and should also state that they are traveling together jesuisroya: Good evening.
Please my sister is filling UK visa application form and she's applying for her husband and two kids. Do they have to fill separate forms online? THanks |

What did they inscribe on their passports? jesuisroya: GOOD EVENING SIR/Good evening all.
Please I need your advice. My sister is presently applying for a UK visa for her, her husband and her two kids for like 10 days. Date of travel from DECEMBER 26 to JANUARY 5, 2020. Her and her husband have visited France last year for my Phd graduation.
The issue is this: WHen they arrived FRANCE at Marseille Airport last year, they didn't hold a lot of cash with them but they had their nigerian ATM with them. The immigration refused to allow them enter based on that and had them return to Nigeria. They returned to Lagos and got the cash and returned back to France the next day and they entered without any problem. THey returned to Nigeria after their stay.
It seems that the IMMIGRATION inscribed something on their passport during that entry refusal. Do you think it would affect their UK application?
She has about €4000 euros in her account She has About N3 MILLION in her account. He earns about N120K per month Her husband has N4 million in his account. She earns about N200K per month THey have been investing in treasury bills. They have a landed property FOR THE UK visa, they'll book a hotel.
WHat advice can you give please concerning the visa applicaton process? My sister is trying to explain the situation on her visa application form online because she says there's an entry refusal stamp on her passport.
- How much should they declare as their budget for the ten days throughout the trip ? - Any advice of a good itinerary plan apart from visiting
THANKS FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO READ AND ADVICE

Yes! Does she not have any evidence of rent payment?[quote author=KingsCrossing post=84354130]Good Day All,
I'm asking on behalf of a friend. She has filled her application and have made payment and have already secured appointment for later this week. The issue is that on the application where they asked '' residential address, how long you have lived there and if it's rented/owned/mortgaged'' she answered as follow....she rented the apartment, have stayed there for 2 years, but the issue now is that she can't find the tenancy agreement, she has called the agency but they are forming business.
If she couldn't get the tenancy agreement to upload before her appointment, will it be a show stopper? she works, earn 750,000 after tax, has a letter from her employer and so on. The proposed cost of her travel is 775,000 for 8 days.
[b]Please will the failure to upload the tenancy agreement jeopardize her chances of been granted a visa? |

Are you uploading documents yourself? If yes: 1. Evidence of document loaded and accepted 2. Original International passport and 2 photocopies of data page 3. A copy of the application form. 4. Appointment confirmation letter 5. Active ATM Card for POS payment for walk-in appointment MamaTripleJ: Yeah i do that. Will just keep both and give detailed explanations for huge funds.
Please do i need to take anything with me for the walkin appointment? |

It appears your husband failed to provide a letter of consent and sponsorship MamaTripleJ: Good evening house. Please i need your advise on this refusal letter. We applied to go spend Christmas with a friend and she sent all her details and invite too. I want to reapply again.
I started in my application that my husband is going to sponsor my child and I. I also attached the invoice of the #400, 000 and #264 that entered my account. The statements i submitted were salary (which shows salary payment) and personal. The salary had a closing balance of #98. 00 and personal closing balance of #230, 000.
Please advise on what to do to reapply. |

850k is more than twice his disposable income(480k-200k=280k disposable income); 280k*2=560k Ashirioluwa: They said it is advisable to make sure your total spending is not more than your salary for 2 months. Your budget of 850k is less than your 2 months salary but spending 850k for 5 days trip is on a high side. |

Just as you said, you can sponsor yourself, while your wife sponsors herself and the kids. But your applications should be submitted together as a family, you should write a letter of explanation/sponsorship both signed by you. All huge deposits must be explained, keep your monthly expense as low as possible but not rediculous. Alkidam: I earn a salar of 363k to be precise with commision of 83k every month, what do you think can be my living expenaes amd my disposable income sir? Also my wife is a business owner with cac documents. Our plan is i should sponsor my self and sh should sponsor herself and our kid. How viable is that sir? Also like how much do you think we both can book down seperately for the 1 week trip for christmas sir (imcluding tour plane hotel and the rest sir? And like what documents can we include sir? |

Sorry to disagree with you. Background checks are carried out. skdfu747: Specifically for B1/B2 visa the U.S embassy depends solely on the information an applicant provides in the D.S 160 form the next stage is to defend the application on the day of interview. There is not background check especially for of B1/B2 visa. |

ANSWERS: 1. Yes. 2. That is for the applicant 3. You can attach under all categories to prevent them from claiming not to have seen it Vicas2000: I am trying to upload documents (self service) and need clarification:
1. Do i put all my sponsors documentation under "sponsor evidence" e.g. my sponsors bank statement, mortgage document, sponsors british passport, sponsor council tax etc under the sponsor evidence category
2. There is another category labelled as financial evidence and not sure if this is for the applicants financial evidence only? i.e. the applicants bank statement, or should this financial evidence contain the sponsors bank statement too?
3. Also under what category should the cover letter be on?
Anyone can advise on this please? |

Cool, So, include your 6 months payslips, both salary and savings account statements, employment letters, etc and ensure your trip budget does not exceed your 2 months disposable income. You need to show enough home ties etc Orjforlife: Thank you @Ozymes,
I work and earn 192k as net income. I save very well monthly from my salary as i am single and still stay with my parents. the 1.1M is money i saved overtime...every kobo in my savings account can be traced back to my salary acct |

He got the visa in May this year and he used it once that same month. He was in UK for 5 night in May for vacation.
I don't want to mislead him because he asked me if he can apply for renewal now.
