Read @ ozymes comment from pg 133 on documents submitted for family visa application and sponsorship eximtrade15: Hello Guys,
Enquiry
I want to apply for UK visas for my family (spouse and kids) for the coming Christmas holiday. Please note that I will be sponsoring them, but I do not intend to go with them due to work schedule.
I have not applied for UK visa since 6 years ago, so I am afraid some of the processes and procedures may have changed since I last applied.
Please can you explain the latest requirements and steps I need to follow for the application. Also, you can point me to online resources to read up and follow.
Thanks in advance. |

If Imay ask, why would a registered company be paying staff salaries by cash? Maybe for tax evasions....which is very bad. millyscent: Hello house, pls I want to apply for a Uk 6months Visa. I have visited Uk in 2016. I was invited by my friend and he paid all expenses. I wrote in my application that I was doing nysc but the company will employ me on a salary of 150l which later happened when I got back. I had about 4m in my fixed deposit and demonstrated how I got it through my petty business and all. Now, the challenge is this...this company is owned by Lebanese and they pay salary in cash except if your earn above 200k. So what I do is that I add 50k to my 150 and pay it into my account as salary. I have 7.5m in my fixed now and not too much in my savings since I do the transfer to my fixed from my savings. Pls, how do I package my application? What do I say so that it can be easy to understand. |

That is a fallacy of hasty generalization. Candybright: Evidence like what? Most people withdraw cash and give wifey weekly or monthly. How will they show evidence? |

It should reflect in an account......He who asserts must prove. Remember that your documentations are the only thing that would be speaking to the VO on your behalf. Candybright: Evidence like what? Most people withdraw cash and give wifey weekly or monthly. How will they show evidence? |
