PoliticsRe: 2023 Presidential Election: Why Atiku May Win by pacesetting: 10:13am On Oct 15, 2022
Don't worry. You will know how far Obi has gone in this election when campaigns for all parties get heated. As a pointer, did you watch what the crowd gathering at the recent PDP rally in Uyo was singing?
rolams:
Obi can't cancel Atiku votes in the south. It will only reduce it in some states. But I can tell you that Atiku will win some states in the south while Tinubu and Obi can't do same in the North.
PoliticsRe: 2023 Presidential Election: Why Atiku May Win by pacesetting: 9:59am On Oct 15, 2022
You think the president has the power to divide the country? Illiteratecy is Nigeria's biggest problem. That's why the wrong people keep taking up leadership positions.

asanausana91:
keep decieving yourself. I am a Christian and will campaign and vote for Atiku. Sango kataf crisis happened when Buhari was not a president, kafanchan crisis happened when Buhari was not a president, our Christian governor (YAKOWA) was killed by his so called Christian in politics.
In southern Kaduna Kaduna we have been living together since and will support any northerner of our choice.
What we cannot do is to support someone that will divide this country. Even if you are a pastor we will not support you as far as your mission is to support Biafra.
PoliticsRe: 2023 Presidential Election: Why Atiku May Win by pacesetting: 9:34am On Oct 15, 2022
That's the mistake you guys keep making. SE and SS will go Obi's way. SE by more than 80% and SS by more than 50%• Obi will also do well in Lagos, and he is likely winning North Central.

You guys are not considering the impact of voter apathy in this election, which will hit the North. For now, there is no clear cut advantage for anyone. The election is between Obi and Atiku. The only reason why Tinubu is still considered in the race is APC's financial power to bribe voters in the villages.

Willie2015:
Atiku is a top candidate...
His victory is dependent on APC govs...
And the extent they work for Tinubu....
SS and SE will still lean toward PDP...
PoliticsRe: 2023: Cupp Petition Eu, Uk, Us Over Alleged Plot To Deactivate Bvas by pacesetting:
The APC is definitely cooking up something. This explains Tinubu's confidence and his ways of writing off everyone.
PoliticsRe: Nnamdi Kanu Discharged And Acquitted by pacesetting: 5:58pm On Oct 13, 2022
Exactly my point. The movement will even be stronger this time. It seems Buhari Is low-key working for the emergence of Obi, based on his body language.
happney65:
I doubt if it can frustrate Obi. It will even galvanise it being that he will be released hopefully and the end to Mondays sit at home and the insecurity going on there.

But we wait and see

Good.
PoliticsRe: Breaking: Appeal Court Acquits And Discharges Nnamdi Kanu by pacesetting: 5:49pm On Oct 13, 2022
Good. It's long overdue. Buhari messed up with this IPOB issue. For all those thinking this is bad news for the Obidient movement, it's actually a good development.
PoliticsRe: Nnamdi Kanu Discharged And Acquitted by pacesetting: 5:38pm On Oct 13, 2022
It seems President Buhari Is finally realizing that peace will always be a better option than war.

The show of force on IPOB wasn't the right approach. It has led to several avoidable bloodsheds in the South East. IPOB wasn't violent before Buhari's administration.
Niger Delta agitation was more serious than this, but a good government, led by late Yar' Adua handled it peacefully.
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi From Outside Has Started Effecting Changes, Fed.govt Is Sitting Up by pacesetting: 9:23pm On Oct 11, 2022
You mean you don't know there is a new Governor in Anambra state? His name is Charles Soludo, and he is doing wonders.
Buckeyemedia1:
Charity they say begins @ home, we are yet to feel any impact from this Peter Obi propaganda in Eastern Nigeria, particularly Anambra State.

So what the heck are you insinuating? What effect, A lie told most often, doesn’t necessarily make it the truth.
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Labour Party Releases Campaign Rally Schedule Without Campaign Council by pacesetting: 6:25pm On Oct 10, 2022
No be Obi go fix Buhari's problem. This present government created the problem. Don't expect Obi to fix it before becoming the resident. He will do the right thing when he gets there.

NO RALLY on Monday in all of SE.

PoliticsRe: See How Yoruba People See Peter Obi by pacesetting: 1:36pm On Oct 09, 2022
Most Yorubas I know are supporting Obi. On Twitter and Facebook, many comments from Yorubas are for Obi. It's only on Nairaland that Tinubu supporters are having mouth.
PoliticsRe: 2023: Anxiety As PDP Begins Presidential Campaign Amid Atiku/Wike Feud by pacesetting: 6:52am On Oct 09, 2022
People now understand. The only ones who don't do are the Northerners. They are the problem of this country. In any society, the least educated will always drag you backward.
vengertime:
I don't know why people don't understand that there's nothing like PDP again.

It's just bunch of delusional thieves thinking that they still have a chance to continue looting like their conjoined twin sister APC
PoliticsRe: PDP 2023 Presidential Election Campaign Timetable In The 6 Geopolitical Zones by pacesetting: 12:54pm On Oct 07, 2022
Obi will even perform better than Atiku in Kogi. I wonder where he manufactured those figures from. Atiku is not getting 50% of any state in North Central.
Fayos1:
I can only speak about the one state I'm sure of.
Your prediction on Kogi is really wrong.
Tinubu will win convincinly in Kogi.
Free and fair is still a fairy tale
PoliticsRe: PDP 2023 Presidential Election Campaign Timetable In The 6 Geopolitical Zones by pacesetting: 12:49pm On Oct 07, 2022
Many of these party agents are shifting post daily. Also, Obi's campaign is gaining hundreds of volunteers each day. Who do you think is organizing these rallies you are seeing everywhere?

The level of organization shows that LP and Obi's campaign are working tirelessly in the grassroots. It's barely four months. Did you envisage this level of support when he left PDP and declared in LP?

You people keep forgetting that this is more of a movement than a party. Trust me, anywhere in the world, a movement is always stronger than a party in terms of reach and fellowship.

An ideology is driving these people and they are doing things on their own volition. Thousands of volunteers have already registered on the new campaign website Obi announced barely two weeks ago.

Fayos1:
Seriously.
And LP supporters continually belittle this issue.
Grassroot political structure is very important.
Councillors, chairmen, youth leaders, party agents e.t.c
PoliticsRe: PDP 2023 Presidential Election Campaign Timetable In The 6 Geopolitical Zones by pacesetting: 12:41pm On Oct 07, 2022
That's why it's called a movement, although it could galvanize into a proper party structure if Obi could pull the unthinkable.

Do you know that there are many first-time voters within the movement? Non-party people are now showing genuine interest in government. It will bring a new breed of politicians.

No matter how you look at it, this is a good thing happening to Nigeria at the moment.

teeshet:
I'm yet to see a proper party structure in LP. All I see is youths campaigning and marching for obi
PoliticsRe: PDP 2023 Presidential Election Campaign Timetable In The 6 Geopolitical Zones by pacesetting: 11:19am On Oct 07, 2022
PDP is not even doing its job as an opposition. It is busy fighting within itself and you're saying it wants to redeem its image? Have they settled their internal crisis? How about the millions of dollars shared during primaries?

How does reeling out campaign program equate to redeeming image?
ajepako:
Honestly PDP is trying to redeem its battered image
PoliticsRe: PDP 2023 Presidential Election Campaign Timetable In The 6 Geopolitical Zones by pacesetting: 11:07am On Oct 07, 2022
Actually, if it wasn't for PDP's failure, APC wouldn't have smelt power.

Remember also that Atiku ran away from this same PDP shortly after losing the primaries to Goodluck to support Buhari in 2015. But he came back to PDP and was still given the ticket for 2019.

Even after they were defeated in 2019, were did its presidential candidate go? He spent years in Dubai and came back only recently because election is drawing close. Are you telling me that this type of individual is ready to take over power?

Look at the scenario on ground. Even as opposition, PDP is still failing. Let's face the fact, between PDP and LP who is actually giving APC headache and campaigning rigorously against them? Let's not eve talk about the ongoing crisis within the party.

And you tell me this unserious PDP is ready for leadership?

Felimax:
Indeed! For your mind you don talk.
You cannot compare PDP with APC in virtually all ramifications.

If there is one thing i can beat my chest and vouch for PDP is the tendercy to rescue and sustain. No political party can beat that. Since 1960 APC happens to be the worst thing that happens to Nigeria, like they were sent from the pit of hell.

God forbid!

I'm finding it difficult to grasp your English, but I believe you're trying to link Ibru with Obi. And I say you have been deceived by those who told you those lies.

Maybe you didn't know Obi was involved in the banking period that was do scandalous it sent Cecilia ibru to jail and Agboola etc
Even his bank MD while was arrested in fidelity by the EFCC

PoliticsRe: Peter Obi In Harvard University USA (Photos) by pacesetting: 12:40pm On Oct 06, 2022
Make Tinubu or Atiku enter US first make we see something.
At least Obi is free to visit wherever he wants. Also, it's not all about the size of the hall or the number of people, but the content of his message, which is getting loud and clear.

N3TRAL:
Lecturers from the department of political science in UNILAG, UNN, or Covenant University will not reject a proposal from a Haitian Presidential aspirant to speak to their students.

It is not that fact that you're speaking at Harvard University that matters. It is the platform that gives you audience at Harvard that determines your worth.

The Ivy league will never reject a presidential aspirant
of the most populous black country who volunteers to give his account of governance in Nigeria to students.

Harvard scholars have heard Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Barrack Obama , Bill Gates, Chimamanda Adichie address them at televised events.

If you understood the prestige attached to Harvard you would know that the institution would be lowering its standard to invite Obi who doesn't understand the concept of Green Energy to speak to its students in an important event.

Speaking at one of the smallest halls in Harvard to scarcely occupied seats can never make a person president of my country. Know this and have peace ✌️
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Explains Why He Was Mentioned In Pandora Papers by pacesetting: 12:37pm On Oct 06, 2022
He said the investment was made before he became a governor. Whether it's in his name or in his children's name is irrelevant. It's amazing that you people are supporting the real criminals while back-lashing the one sent to catch the criminals.

Yankee101:

Why was it not in his name but his children?

He is absolutely right. How many South East governors are supporting Obi?

STF up ...did boko haram killing affects buhari ? Militants affect Jonathan , OPC affects obj ?

When it comes to Igbo you all want to set standards you don't use for others

Exactly what I'm telling them. This government needs to blame for poor handling. The mode that approved this post is the real problem here.

PoliticsRe: Throwback: Here Is What Peter Obi Has To Say About IPOB (Video) by pacesetting: 8:03pm On Oct 04, 2022
If there is anybody to blame for escalating the issue of IPOB, it is Buhari.

The way these people are fighting tooth and nail to maintain the status quo is bewildering.
From police brutality to smeer campaign to thugs bullying.

In the case of IPOB, it's the same APC that escalated that issue. Who knows IPOB before Buhari?

Now, they are using the government's failure against those opposing their wicked system.
