The bolded alone has shown me that it will be useless arguing with you. Please next time if you're not sure of something, Google is always your friend. Buccalcavity2: Background check is done on the certificate you submitted. Quote the law that requires secondary and/or primary school 'testimonial' submission for job search. Keyamo is right on this. Several people never went to or finished from secondary/primary yet self studied and succeeded in academia and other chosen profession. I lived with one...He is always boasting that no teacher has ever thought him maths or physics yet he is outstanding. It is not an American thing. |

If you've been working with multinationals as you claim, you should be familiar with the words, "background check". Some may not ask you directly for your secondary school certs. But I'm very sure that all will do a thorough scrutiny of your educational background and turn everything about you inside out. Guess what they would do when they can't find the name of the secondary or primary school you went to? Buccalcavity2: I beg you. Please quote the law! and don't run away. Una go just come online to tell lies like Peter Obi! I have been working for multinational organizations within and outside Nigeria, I have never been told to present my secondary and/or primary school certificate. |

People like him would never want to answer questions directly. As a lawyer, his approach would be to deflect the questions or attack the interviewer, like the way he did with those two. It also goes to show that most Nigerian presenters are not actual professionals to the core. For someone like Kayamo, you don't let his tone dictate the direction and speed of the conversation. A more subtle and calm approach with facts will hit him better. maestroferddi: Keyamo was just sounding off..
The way to make a compelling argument is not to continue talking because one likes the sound of one's voice.
Communication is underpinned by feedback.
In his keenness to appear smart, he unwittingly began to expose the soft underbelly of the APC campaign thrust.
He will be taken to the cleaners as soon as campaigns begin because he made the same mistake Oshiomhole made which is to elevate the question of Buhari stewardship to a focal point.
They want questions not to be asked pertaining to why APC should be rewarded with continuity in spite of Buhari's dismal performance.
He got away talking to two meek anchors...He will come up against Abati and Rufai in the foreseeable future.
I will love to see his face as bewilderment and befuddlement take the better part of him... |

You guys should stop pointing at the US as a reference only when it suits you. In Nigeria, there are laws that expect you to show your certificates and testimonials when you are looking for a job or an appointment. It won't be changed suddenly overnight because of one person. These politicians are only bending the stick when it suits them. That's why Nigeria will be far from anything good as long as they are around. What is applicable to an average Nigerian should be applicable to the elites. That's how it works elsewhere too. tinsel: Which is actually the truth. Even, in USA today you can be home educated. |

He is right. He is contributing in his own way in what he is doing. Let's face the fact, Nigeria should be doing far better than that. We shouldn't be okay with 35 medals with our over 200 million in population. alizma: What is your own contribution? |

Go and ask your Math teacher for a refund, There is nothing like "mathematically impossible" in politics. And based on the content of your post, your English teacher also did a pretty bad job. Munamoqel: By all permutations it mathematical impossible for obi win 23 state .and futher 25 percent in the remaining 11 state .this not emotional calculation but rational .you can do the math your self . Nigeria needs a two party system (dorminate ) to achieve this mathematical possibility ( 23 state ) and 25 percent of 11 . But the obituary/obidient supporter are just too emotional and can reason they are like buhari CPC cult follower that got 12m votes without a win . |

Who is Oshiomole in Buhari's government that you will believe what he says? Your final statement is also wrong. The VP can never be the manager of the economy in any world. How can you say Osinbajo has full control of the economy? On what basis? casualobserver: you cannot eat your cake and have it. Dont hide behind the Vp has no power, the Vp is constitutionally chairman of the economic council but osinbajo was specifically given the stewardship of the economy over and above the powers of a Vp or the constitution....you need to watch oshiomole's interview earlier today, you cannot say somone is good for the economy and then say his period in charge of the economy is irrelevant. With the exception of monetary policy Osinbajo has full control of the economy, thats why it is his people in key economic agencies related to the economy particularly in relation to policy. I will accept that CBN has done a lot of damage to the economy but osinbajo cannot avoid the blame for his stewarship of the economy.
An economy has 2 parts fiscal and monetary..Osinbajo is fully in charge of the fiscal part of the economy and he has been a failure just like Emefiele his monetary counterpart!!!!!
This is why you look at a man's antecedents before you vote him into office. Osinbajo is a lwyer, a damned good one but he has never managed anything economic in his life!!!! His life careerand expertise is to speak English and interprete the law!!!
I agree it is Buhari's fault ultimately for putting the VP in charge of the economy but the point is he was in charge and he failed! lets not get distracted by shifting blame. The question is is osinbajo a good manager of the economy, the answer is clearly ...NO!!!! |
Politics › Re: Abdullahi Adamu Shouts 'Praise The Lord' On Church's Pulpit (Video) by pacesetting: 7:49pm On Aug 03, 2022 |
Who made the appointments for economic positions? Who put the CBN governor there? Did you see what he did the few times that failure was out of the country? As long as Nigeria is concerned, a VP has little or no say on how the government is run. casualobserver: Many of you fail to realise Buhari left the economy to Osinbajo (Oshiomole confirmed it this morning on Arise). Nigerians are too seduced by smooth talkers and dazzling qualifications like Osinbajo and OBi without actually interrogating their accomplishments for the role they are aspiring. If we are looking for Artorney general osinbajo is qualified but he has no glowing record in governance, security or business. Governance is not about speaking well!!! |

You see this life ehh, it is very simple. Na people like una dey make am hard. Your focus on the guy being Igbo is clouding your judgement. Since you have confirmed that he did the said maintenance, and your issue now is the way he was rude, approach him with that. Tell him he was being rude and address the issue point and clear. If he's still being rude, serve him a quit notice and follow it up with a legal action. That's simple!! There is no need "teaching him a lesson", because you may finally end up being the student.
