As long as Africa is underdeveloped, treatments like this are inevitable for the blacks. Go and develop your continent, blacks too like good things but cannot create one of their own. |
Ayoefa:I disagree with that, it is an inflation, the value of dollars is overpriced compared to other currencies in the world, I understand it is a world's reserve currency, but this prevents American firms from producing their products in America and sell them at competitive prices overseas, I just read the news sometimes ago where some large quantity of food crops are being destroyed by American farmers because it is economically not viable to process these crops and sell overseas, you wonder why most American firms have shifted their productions to China and elsewhere. Mind you as regards to what Americans are earning, don't forget that the increase in wage is directly proportional to inflation. |
Nice |
PaulSimon2020:So I get the logic, he is using the money to secure votes with his deep state supporters against the coming elections in November, by signing off the cheque |
Ayoefa:That shows the high level of inflation in the United States if the poorest households are paying $1200 in rent per month. That is too high, that money can build a small bungalow in Nigeria |
Trump, the king of America himself, he can do no wrong. Such bad leadership that puts politics before human lives pushed us to the pandemic we are facing today with their greed and self centeredness. Now that he halted fundings for WHO, let's see how that will stop the outbreak in the America. They are looking for a scapegoat to blame for their own failure. |
Is it by force to live in the city, let them go back to their villages and farm rice. |
But he didn't die in an accident, he went in for surgery, definitely people close to him would have pronounced him dead, maybe this is a veiled attempt at publicity stunt or their miracle working God? |
amstardi:Don't forget that the Igbo youths are also in the South West. Some youths, mostly Igbo's, are currently attacking Chinese company in ogun state. |
I notice that the upcoming generations of youths, 20 years or below, are worse than the current youths, 30 years or above, in the country. Nigeria future is doomed. If you have ever met or done business with these teenage youths we have in the country, you will understand what I am saying. They are as desperate as hell for money and music. |
They can be charged for public indecency |
If I hear say you fart from now on ![]() This virus no get joy at all ![]() |
The greatest challenge in Nigeria is to protect yourself against being duped, both in the government and on the streets. Everybody is a scammer in this country ![]() |

Is this to ridicule the woman or something, she was probably over joyed that the money would help her in this time, but the headline is saying because it was her first time touching money. |
bamasite2:The final consumers are under lockdown but their stomachs are not under lockdown. I think the problem in USA is that the food supply chain is broken, foods are perishable commodities so there is no way they can get them to the final consumers as quickly as needed. Most of these foods being destroyed are meant for exports and to restaurant chains which are mostly closed now. |
todugo:And they will share the news to us that they have destroyed a large portion of their foods, who cares what they do with their foods. Capitalists are the antithesis of humanity, anything that does not bring profits in a waste to them. |
OlujobaSamuel:Nigerian government can bear the cost of importing the foods especially the milks. I wonder why USA destroy the milk, they can process these milks and sell them overseas. But I think the cost of doing the processing is a big issue for USA, cost of production is very high in USA, farmers cannot process their foods at a fairly competitive cost in which they can sell them in foreign markets. USA market is over-inflated |
I often hear news of USA burning their foods, are they really burning these foods for real as said, imagine the milks that are badly needed in Africa I heard an average USA cattle can produce as much as 25 litres of milk per day compared to the rest of the world which produces 6 litres. |
Ex-pastor wife Na this kind woman you go carry put for your room dey bang, bang, bang, and bang tired, then go out to find something eat or drink and relax a little bit and then come back to start banging again, she go just sleep there as if nothing dey happen. |
All I see from this statement is the lack of commitments from other parties, especially Nigeria, in the coalition against the terrorists. I hope this doesn't create a chasm between the participating countries which boko haram sympathizers can exploit |
Hope you don't spread another virus by this ![]() |
Your foods are well garnished just like your face, hope this one doesn't give running stomach ![]() |
redsun:All the major tech companies you are seeing depend heavily on materials input from other companies in order to be in business. For instance, the tech giant, Foxxcon, is a major parts supplier for companies like Apple, HP, Toshiba, Accer, Microsoft, etc. That company is owned by a Taiwanese man, Terry GUI. |
slimdamatrix1:I argue with facts, let me give you one example: Foxxcon, the Apple parts maker, is owned by a Taiwanese billion named Terry Gou. USA recently gave him a contract with heavy subsidies to start producing LCD display technology and other electronics in the United States, but I don't think the contract has since materialized. |
valarmorghulis:The truth is USA does not even have the technical knowhow to run those companies you mentioned by themselves, all the major parts are sourced from their Chinese subsidiaries and partners in order to produce their products. |
Thank goodness you survived it, people are being desperate for money these days, I don't know what happened to going back to the root and start farming, all you people living in Lagos and other cities should go back to your villages and start farming, that is how to offset the effect of this lockdown, that is what they did in France and other developed countries, everybody going back to their various towns and suburbs where they are more useful this time to decongest the cities. Corona virus is not in the farm. |
Just unfortunate fishes, did they replenish the river with the fingerlings? That is how to conserve fish population. |
And you wonder why Americans love their country so much, they can go to war and kill other people for their country's sake, America is just one big family. I spoke with one client recently who is from America, he wanted me to connect him with my other business partners who are based in America, this client I am talking about is an African American, he is not going to look my way either I am an African or European or Asian, he only cares about my country of origin, not race. I hope Africans will understand this soon that whatever you do to your country will also come back to affect you too. Your status in the world is judged by the country you came from. |
One thing that baffles me about this federal government is that they refuse to heed Nigerian's warnings until things escalate out of control. Same way they refused to close the borders in time when Nigerians were raising alarm that the virus is being imported by the travellers, not until there are few confirmed cases to convince them. I don't think Nigerian doctors are bad in handling this outbreak. The way I am hearing patients being discharged everyday is a good news. Nigerians just have a bunch of sycophants and mediocres ruling them, can you imagine FG bringing Chinese doctors to the country 10 or 15 years ago to contain an epidemic? Because the world is now talking about China so they think Chinese doctors have a magic wand in their hands to heal the patients. |
