My wife is a teacher in a reputable private school here in lagos and I can tell you that her experience is frustrating. My junior sister is a teacher under Oyo state education board, and I can tell you that she has better chances and job security than my wife. Opportunities surrounding government teaching job is far outweigh that of private.
