This is my suggestion if it will count.

Someone up there had done the convertion maths and arrived at 5,800,000,000 in Naira.. Just collect the money, get youths that have common sense and are ready to do business... Invest in their lives with the sum of 500,000 in naira each. You will end up pulling out of poverty 11,000 youths living in poverty. Then go in search for other people who has that amount or more in their accounts and replicate. We can't have monies lying dormant. Money must be in circulation. I hate nonsense attitude.

This government doesn't believe in allowing the money to circulate. No contracts anywhere, no new projects that will make money to circulate. Everything is just standing still. That's why you see poverty everywhere.
