A really sad story!
I remember some years back 2015 precisely..I picked a Bible from a pole wall..the Bible has been left there probably for days ..
So I picked it up and took it home...you would not believe what I saw inside the Bible .. names and contacts of spiritualists, their compliment cards, mobile numbers etc.

My husband was strongly against my bringing the Bible home when he saw me with it.

So my husband burned the cards, then flushed the ashes down the wc.
Late into the night...I stood up to go us the restroom...

Glad there was light..which was my saving grace... immediately I open the wc cover to run my business...

I saw a very thin not too long black snake coming out from the wc.
I immediately shut it,then went to call my mai-gida who flushed it down the loo pipe!

That scenery still gives me the kicks till date .what if it had bitten me on my butt?
And I was pregnant then o!

Rip hajia!
Allah ya kawo..shi ma ya ka'ruba!
So the light was your saving grace? Wow.

I am certain that if not for the selfishness and wickedness of our leaders present and past, we should have light 24/7 in Nigeria.
A country without stable electricity is an archaic country, am sure Afghanistan that they are fighting war has light more than Nigeria.
Please when you see me laying curses on politicians just free me, I have my reasons...What a country!!!
Who knows if generator importers also contribute to the light instability in Nigeria?

Travel › Re: My Experience At A Restaurant In Canada by paix(m): 8:51pm On Jan 01, 2020
Lalaska:
So my wife and I took a few days off. It's pre thanksgiving and we decided to have lunch at a restaurant. We went with our 11 month old baby and sat beside a couple that were wrapping up their own lunch. They admired our beautiful baby and gave the usual compliments - "oh she's so cute", "How old is she" etc.
They left before us and when we concluded, asked for the bill. We received the shock of our lives when the waiter told us the couple had paid for our lunch, that they liked our baby. We were so surprised and didn't even have the opportunity to say thank you to them. These guys are super nice here and we indeed feel very grateful. Happy thanksgiving to all Canadians.
You should extend same gesture to somebody when the opportunity avails itself, so that the world will be a better place for us all.

The only thing the politicians use to deceive the masses in the north is RELIGION. If you take away religion, they absolutely have nothing to offer. Very soon, you'll see them applying for loans to pay salaries.

Check your car door... The manufacturer recommended tyre specs are there smiley

If you deviate from that, you are on your own

NB

The Corrola isn't built to have stability on top speed. In fact, do not exceed 120km per hour in that car... Anything above 140km and it becomes as light as a Santana nylon... And the lighter it becomes, the closer its occupants come to their maker grin

Don't be deceived... The Corrola isn't far from a keke napep with four doors.... Will you in good conscience be talking about stability of a Keke Napep? huh
Is it your wish that you are far away from your maker?

Definitely, the year 2020, is a year of harvest. Some people planted something and they will harvest something. While others planted nothing, and they will harvest nothing.
