Who is Isreal been killing for the past few weeks of bombing Gaza? Hamas still fired a lot of rockets into Southern Israel few hours ago!

Hi guys, i have constantly had blocked nose for 24/7hours, 365 days for more than five years. My nose produces excessive mucus everyday. It has not stopped since five years. I am tired, i dont sleep well and my roomates always complain. I am sad and tired. My nose has no use to me anymore other than producing mucus.I dont even breathe with my nose anymore but my mouth. Gone to different hospitals but no doctor seems to understand what am passing through. I have even done an x-ray on my nose but nothing.
