Pot bellies in women can be due to Obesity, Gluttony, Lack of exercise esp after giving birth and sometimes Fibroids.
Remember that fats in women primarily show up in d belly n hips n forearms. And multiple pregnancies result in d tummy muscles losing its elasticity....n exercising to firm up can be lengthy n difficult ooo wink

Does Denrele wear a bra? So what's his point? Much as I allow people to be themselves I think Denrele needs to start toning it down....he's getting older n should stop all this shenanigans before venturing into marriage n fatherhood abeg!

PoliticsRe: "Horn Free Day": Lagosians, What's The Situation Report At Your Place? by Pamcrest(f): 10:14pm On Oct 15, 2014
MissMeiya:
Now that you mention it, horning in Nigeria is sometimes a matter of safety. My uncle was driving me in a rural area, and he always honked as he rounded a bend in the road, because the bushes and trees block one's vision, and I had observed drivers frequently driving on the wrong side of the road. My uncle used his horn to alert oncoming drivers that he was approaching, so they wouldn't come speeding around the curve and crash into us.

Many of these driving behaviors are due to other factors, like unenforced traffic laws, and sharing the road with unlicensed motorists. So, drivers have to create their own rules to protect themselves.
Yeah I see yr point. Of course d horn must be used when absolutely necessary, that's why it was put there in d first place. The problem is the indiscriminate use by many naija drivers....d most annoying being d buses, taxis n okadas looking for passengers. What I observed today shows that with persistence n determination, we can actually achieve a no-horn Lagos.

I had just reminded my driver about it as he was reversing out of the house, only for him to crank d horn loudly. When I exclaimed in protest, he told me a driver must horn when reversing.... shocked shocked
I'm now wondering if I have d right person driving me ooo. But I don't think today I heard as much honking as I used to

RomanceRe: What Do You Do When Your Parent Detest The One You Love by Pamcrest(f): 5:39pm On Oct 15, 2014
The bible says A man shall leave his father n mother n cleave to his wife......
Naija parents interfere unnecessarily sometimes even if they have a point so I think u shd consider yr parents' concern to see d merits therein. If u don't agree with their view but they insist, then go on with yr relationship n give them time to appreciate yr partner n to ally their fears n concerns. I have seen parents continue to disagree with their child's choice of partner n even refuse to attend d weddg.....n that's unfortunate. Parents' role is to give advice but still give their support esp when they see their child is comfortable with his/ her partner. Dragging d issue forever only alienates the child n causes friction in their relationship.
I was in likewise circumstance n I have vowed never to subject my own child to such. God help me!

Jobs/VacanciesRe: I Fought With My Rude Interviewer! by Pamcrest(f): 4:15pm On Oct 15, 2014
Well written prose, op. But if it's a true story, then u have several lessons to learn from yr experience
1). U should not have eaten d bread when u were told mama mora had Apollo
2). U should have told yr interviewer u wanted to defer yr interview
3). U know Apollo is infectious (like Ebola) yet u went and made contact with people...do u want to distribute it?
4). U failed woefully....interviews don't check only yr qualifications or skills for d job but also yr attitude/reactions. For d type of job u were applying for n yr angry display towards fatty, u are not a suitable candidate to be an air hostess - what wd u do to a passenger who annoys u?

But u are a good writer though

Christianity EtcRe: Would You Denounce Your Faith For 100 Million Naira? by Pamcrest(f): 1:12pm On Oct 14, 2014
Well I would like to believe that I will not denounce my faith if offered that kind of money BUT u never know until u are actually faced with d situation. I'm looking at this with the same as "if yr life were in danger, would u denounce yr faith"? Your answer shd be d same for both scenarios, methinks.

Op who told u there's no need for a married woman to dress to impress her hubby? Oh, so u want d man to have an excuse to chase girls outside claiming he can't find d pretty lady he married again kwo? grin
I dress in what makes me comfortable n also pleases my boo. But primarily, dressing well boosts a woman's self confidence and gives her that feel-good tingle. If it also elicits a few stares n gasps, d better..... grin

Well you are on a long journey, while you are on the same house together, pretend as if nothing had happened between you, pretend to have forgotten, live normal life, and give here the chance to think through, what I sense here is that she's trying to play with your emotion,.
She may not even engaged in adultery but just to make you jealous and feel how it pains to be cheated.
One your own side try to apologize sincerely for the past and be repentant, if it will cost to kneel and beg her DO.

Pls Dont fight with her just be patient if she seems to be adamant, she will come out SOON

We have different reasons for dating different people...... Some people date for fun or just for d heck of it. That I can date a dj or actor doesn't mean I would like to marry one ooo.....there are more serious issues to consider in marriage which may not necessarily matter when dating.

Cheating is as old as marriage itself! To be honest keeping vows is so hard for humans....we are mere mortals n so infallible. And don't forget d devil is there looking to steal, kill n destroy. Every marriage needs constant prayers for divine strength against temptations of d flesh.
And don't forget d devil's incarnates roaming around preying on married men n women, all in a bid to break up their union. I know about self control n self discipline but it takes d grace of God....... May God bless our marriages n keep us faithful IJN
