What do you mean by " a trusted person that does bank statement for Canada study permit" Your bank should be d one to issue you bank statement. I hope you are not trying to do what I'm thinking. Morning pals.
Lol. That is what is he is asking for from the statement.
Ell707, this is a wrong thread to ask such information. It's not allowed.
Kindly visit your branch to get your bank statement.

To get Msc in Accounting or finance requires GMAT, that is the starting point. During my quest to avoid GMAT I found my current school (Brock)
https://brocku.ca/business/future/graduate/maccdegrees/imacc and
UNBC http://www.unbc.ca/commerce. (master of business administration with specialization in accounting, finance etc)
Brock is in Ontario and is expensive while Unbc is in British Columbia and is extremely cheap. The challenge with UNBC is that the competition is very high because domestic and international students pay the same fee(used to be about $1700/semester for 5semesters), I know this because I applied there twice and a friend( also a nairalander) graduated from the Master of biz administration (specialization in finance) last year . But note that, starting from last year Nigerians applying to UNBC are required to write English Proficiency test. You could also check university of Saskatchewan, I think they have a good program
http://www.usask.ca/programs/colleges-schools/grad-studies/programs/accounting.php.
Tell your wife to start thinking of writing GMAT grin because this might be your meal ticket to cheap schools.

Hope this was helpful.
Cheers.
@huzzie,
Yea, well said.
@40manlappy,Same applies here, got masters in economics already here and was actually trying to get a finance or an MBA affordable but most schools requires you do gmat and its necessary if you want to have lots of options. I eventually settled and got admission for MBA at university of New Brunswick cos they waived gmat based on some stated conditions.
Check up st.Mary's university, a friend just finished msc finance but to me it's not a cheap school, gmat is optional.
Good morning all. Have a productive day and week ahead.
Regards.

My entity is still on tax holiday. I registered it in 2014. You know that kind company where the hubby and wife are directors. Could that be a basis for denial on Purpose of Visit ONLY?
The tax certificate isn't the reason for denial. With your level of qualification, and experience, a higher degree say Msc or MBA would give your application a better chance than going for a BSc. I suggest you look into this.
All the best.

I didn't know where to go for advice on Canadian student visa. I have a Masters degree from a UK university. I'm currently doing my Nysc and I'm aiming to further my studies in Canada. The thing is I am not looking to apply for a PhD. My question is can I apply for another Masters or advanced degree in Canada?

I sibcerely appreciate all coments and responses. Please I dont want my issue to degenerate to arguement, I only need assistance and advise on how to request for gecms and afterward refire.
I graduated in 2002, I worked in mining company for 5years, and change job to banking. Now having 8years banking experience and even a business manager (marketing manager) of a branch in First bank. Had PGD Financial management in 2009.
Associate membership certificate of Institute of charter economics of Nigeria(ICEN) and Charterd institute of finance and control of nigeria (CIFCN)
Submitted adequate asset and financial documents
For home tie; I submitted mariage certificate, birth certificate of 3 children and photograph of the whole family.
Age; 35yrs
More advise please………

quote author=hayqinsbFX post=41136306]Okay o.....opinions are like assholes....We all have one....
He should just request for his Gcms so as to be free from guesses....
.
Hello,
please request for your gcms. On the other hand, I suggest you get a Masters admission. Given your profile and years of experience as a banker, a professional program like MBA with specialisation in marketing looks more appropriate and you won't really need to explain much In your SOP.
Above all, prayer does it. My opinion. All the best.
TravelRe: Travelling To Canada Part 9 by pampem: 12:45pm On Dec 19, 2015
[quote author=omooba2015 post=41083832]Yes, Gmat can be waive base on academic performance and work experience in managerial level. And you will need to right a convincing SOP in the area off your study. And ur Transcript will be evaluated by WES... That one is compulsory ooo. [/quote
Nice one omoba, good cgpa, great.SOP and work experience but Wes evaluation not needed, except specifically requested by the school.

My u.g course was Agric Economics and i have work experience (mid level managerial). I don't want to do that GMAT stuff. But on their site (Laurentian uni), they wrote they can waive GMAT for some applicants.
Sure, you only need to justify why they should waive gmat for you. University of New Brunswick also waives. i read Economics, Got a waiver.

Let me reiterate that cost of accommodation should be £0

For my wife and two boys.

The cost of accommodation: £0 for all three of them (visa issued)

Standard room for four persons.

All you need is book a room suitable for the numbers of applicants and submit evidence of the booking in each application.
Thanks

So both of them will pay the same amount for shared hotel room?
Its only one payment. And this could be explained . Got one or two people that used that. I also saw on teams040's breakdown.

Am sure both argument are logical

You are right as stated above but keep your expenses as low as possible.
Thanks@iblaw
Kindly look at my last question as per expenses.
Does it mean that your expenses should not sum up to the total money available for the trip,? But should be equal to the cost to you personally? Pls assist with this .
