Just like mrsBee, I too owe so much from the giving birth in d US thread and this express entry thread.
My ppr mail landed this morning from London VO. Got a notification in my Cic account .it was a four page document not like the ppr examples that are usually given here and the last page still requested for height and eye color (don't worry, I'm very sure this is not "pre pre PPR-ADR".lol. me sef tire for London. I over celebrated and called town crier when I got that pre PPR-ADR thinking it was PPR so I was very careful this time...this was the beginning part
"YOUR IMMIGRANT VISA(S) APPEAR(S) READY TO BE ISSUED, IF THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE IN YOUR FAMILY CONFIGURATION. IF THERE HAVE BEEN ANY CHANGES, PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE BEFORE PROCEEDING. PASSPORT(S) You are asked to submit your passport(s) and documentation BY COURIER within 15 days. We recommend DHL courier, using a pre-paid return envelope...."
Once again Mega thanks to everyone who has contributed here. And for those beginning, all I can say is read, read, read the thread. Nairaland is a goldmine. congrats dear 1 Like |

kolade22: Hello Good people
I read on this trend that if someone was denied visa in any other country in the past, he or she has to state it when applying. My question is,
Is it applicable to the PA alone or Spouse has to state it too?
in my own case, i was denied USA visa 2 times in the past but they later approved my visitor's visa in my 3rd attempt, in this case, do i have to state no/yes?
i am confuse, pls good people of this forum should advise.
Thank y''all
yes, kindly state all visa refusals Regards |

agates: Hello everyone, in filling the part post ITA that asks if one has been refused a visa. Do you have to list out all visa refusals. For example, i remember i was refused a visa to the UK twice over 10 years ago, in year 2000 and i think 2005. Do i have to include this. Apologies for asking again if this has been answered at some point on the forum List all Visa refusals. Regards 1 Like |

bolabae: Hello Everyone, I have constantly followed the thread jejely but I think I need to share my story because I am so so down right now. Hubby and I got ITA May and deadline was Aug 30th meanwhile I was pregnant then, so we decided to wait for the little one to come so we can add him straight to the application, which was why we waited a day before the deadline. We could not get his passport and birth certificate early like we planned so we ended up submitting on the 29th without the little one but we gat POF for the three of us. We didn't hear anything from CIC for a long time then hubs raised a CSE when we had all the document for the little one. We got a mail to upload his documents before 30th of Sept but we did on the 11th of Sept which was a day after the mail came. Fast forward to November.....no changes yet not even medical passed. Then on the 24th of November we noticed they already created application for the little one on our CIC timeline and after that nothing happened till now. Not even medical passed since Aug 29th. My concern now is that we wanted to visit our family members in the state but we were not granted visa last week, .Do we need to inform CIC about the new visa denial? .Do we call them or raise CSE? .Hubby and I gat two visa denial before which we already stated before submission, will all ds visas denial affect our chances and application? Note* We have called them twice and the lady that spoke with us told us sincerely that the file was not yet treated since August o. Egbami o! I am so confused and frustrated. Hello, Congratulations on the new addition. I don't think its compulsory to update your profile with the recent visa refusal as that happened after your submission. As regards your application, sure its being worked on. you can send a mail to request for update. I wish you all the best Regards |

walexlo78: Hello All, Its a semi silent reader updating the house. PPR early this morning following decision to stop my initial plan to request for GCMS note yesterday.
ITA - April 19 2017 Submission - July 17 AOR- July 17 MP - Few days post AOR PPR - Nov 8 LVO Alumni
The experience for me is to follow the simple rules of the application process then no LVO can STOP you cos you can defend every aspect of your application. I believe they had a lot to do on my application based on my profile, 3 PCCs for me and spouse cos we lived and worked out there, wife cumulatively stayed in US for about 175days but i did not get FBI PCC, Used mosalasi marriage certificate and wify's name change affidavit-i have always used that, travelled to some African countries for work so frequently that number of times and period spent cannot be determined so I only stated as many as I can and mentioned this in the loe, 2kids American and 1 Canadian sure they may want to know if I don chop medicaid, masters from UK school online, refused US visa once with spouse which we stated and finally itinerant like travel history. Despite all these profile details, no ADR came.
I struggled to write this much cos am not that e-vocal but did this with these details just to allay the fears of our people regarding VOs. The focus should be on tieing all ends of our application and not about how VO will treat.
I thank God and wish us all a happy ending. congratulations |

Good day Good People,
Please has anyone gotten ADR for travel history and how did you go about filling the form IMM5562E? I just got an ADR same day medical was passed and UCI issued. the letter reads:
"Travel History Info form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information".
I already provided these information on the eAPR. I also chose "yes" for visa refusal in the statutory questions but these refusals were on an old and expired passport so I did not include scanned copies in the application.
Now I don't know if to just fill-out the form with valid passport and travel history or include the past expired passports and refusal stamps on them.
Any one with experience on this should please offer some assistance. I don't want to over do or under do.
Thanks in advance.
Hello, Fill the IMM5562E form as detailed as possible as stated on the ADR form. Sure it was not stated on the form to submit passport page. Just fill the form correctly, scan and submit it. All the best 1 Like |
