This is me as at this evening. I started this new program last Wednesday but i have basically just cut out the carbs and i havent started any serious cardio. i am walking about 3 miles a day for now.

I want to keep this as my diary of my 2nd weight loss program. I kept a log on here back in early 2014 but the data loss wiped all the records.

In March 2014, when my waist 36 trousers started becoming tight, I knew something had to be done. When I came to England I used waist 30 trousers and just over a decade on, I was seriously getting out of shape.

I jumped on the scale and I was almost 90kg. I am only 5'6 tall so you may have an idea of what I looked like; big breast, yansh and correct stomach! I am a man for Christ sake! I took off all my clothes and jumped back on the scale and it read 85kg...ha! temprorary relief.

I did a one week master cleanse and my weight dropped to 79.5kg. then over the next 3 months I exercised, running up to 4 miles daily and also cut out the carbohydrates. I went down to 73.5kg and I had to change my wardrobe. Then summer 2014 came and I let myself go again. Now I am back to 81kg

The plan is to have a six pack by November 30 2015. can I do it? follow my thread to find out.

Just came across this thread that I started as Mr J (who is my father) sadly (really) passed away last month and I was searching the web for the next steps to take.

Update of the original thread

1. I wrote several e-mails to anyone and everyone that mattered at CSCS & NSE and made as much noise as possible
2. I involved a lawyer and after forcing Mr J who was very poorly at the time to appear at the CSCS, they instructed B broker to buy back shares
3. The shares were bought back in full and transfered back to A stockbroker
4. I registered for the CSCS online account and now view the shares portfollio on a weekly basis to ensure no magic has taken place
5. CSCS never sanctioned B stockbroker. The CSCS is not a very professional organisation because at the meeting held with Mr J, they were begging the MD of B stockbroker to buy back the shares and they never even mentioned anything about sanctioning him.

Such pictures have been photoshopped, altered and have been deceptively used for ulterior motives. This has gotten a lot of soldiers stern warnings.

Nigerians especially the youths should have decorum in dealing with the military. The fact that you are in a democracy does not mean you can go about displaying your ignorance.

He should thank them for not arresting him and handing him over to the military police. He would have spent the weekend in the guard room.

Be peaceful and adhere to decorum especially in your conduct openly.

This was not a random act of violence, it was planned. I was in Oshodi ankara market yesterday and whilst there, a town crier went round with his bell informing shop keepers the market will be closed today.

I am arriving in Naija at 6am on Saturday 11 April. So I am expected to sit down in the airport till 5pm?

The most annoying thing is I just changed the ticket date today for £100! As I am not prepared to spend another £100 changing it, I go siddon wait dey look.
