Religion is a monster, it turns you into a masquerade and later eat up all your psyches and intellect. God saw everything He created that they were beautiful. Enough of this religion bashing though. Conclusion: If the banning is imposed, and Muslims feel aggrieved, let them take their wards (children) out of those public schools affected by the new rules and enrol them at Islamic schools. Government have no control over Madarasatu's and Islamic schools.

I still think hijab should also be banned in government or private companies. NTA is a shamble for allowing hijab to be worn on national (sometimes intl) tv. Banks should stop hiring people with hijab. No sentiment should be allowed when portraying the image of Nigeria.

Islam is not a way of life, It is total submission to the will of Allah. This means there are no discretions when muslims are making decisions. They must abide and follow the Quran to the letter, and we all know what the Quran says about non-muslims.

The law allows you to practice any religion but such religion must still adhere to the law (constitution) of such country. Nigeria is ruled by constitution and not by sharia law.

1. The woman is a cleaning lady hired by the building management to clean the public areas. He began harassing her when she was on the ground floor. She ignored him. Cleaners usually start cleaning at the top most floor of a building, so she went up to the top floor to begin her tasks for the day. He followed her, and that's where he tried to take advantage of her.

2. The woman escaped him by getting into the lift, upon reading the ground floor, she cried out for help from the Rela.

3. Nwankwo follow her in another lift, and when he saw the first Rela guy, he threw bricks at him. The Rela had to call in for backup.

4. The rest is well, is what we've read so far.

5. There are a few more reports that say Nwankwo was going to be married in 2 weeks. What the newspapers failed to report was that he was in a relationship with another local woman, a Muslim, who is a rice seller near the area. She is almost 50 years of age.

6. In Malaysia, believe it or not, there are many young Nigerian men who are in relationships with women who are far older than them. Not all are Malaysian women, some are Filipinas and Indonesians who work as maids, but almost all are from the lower income group. Love is never the reason, IMO, more like a case for survival in a foreign land.

I believe he was approached violently by the police. I believe when he couldn't bear the pain any more, he tried putting up a little front to claim his human rights. The point is, this guy human rights was violated. No evidence suggested that he possessed any weapon as at the point of arrest. Therefore, he was no threat to the police. No authority would agree to killing a citizen of another country unjustly, but instead would cook up stories about some "previous accusations or charges" to justify the unjust killing of an innocent man. How can an allegation be true when there is no defendant to answer the charges or allegation against him/her? How would they proof otherwise? So sad how we as Nigerians are so quick to label our own. Being a Nigeria does not confer an automatic guilt to any accusation labelled against us. We must always strive to balance every equation.
