As a result, the road was abandoned. In Achike Undenwa's 2nd tenure which was still under Obj, Udenwa passionately pleaded for the contract to be re-awarded. That led to the contract being split into two. Achike made sure the that part of the road which was in Imo state was done by Julius Berger. The part in Anambra was done by one other local company (ccc or so) as chosen by the stakeholders in Anambra as at then. U were either not born or u are a pathetic liar or you have an evaporative memory.

From what you have explained; I presume that your system might be having this problems;

1. If it flashes a blue screen with some writtens on it before it restarts then you have a failing RAM.

2. If the system freezes while it boots to desktop environment or while the system is just running. Then part of your Harddisk is failing too.

3. Or it might just be a virus, eating up your ram and processor speed. To confirm this; just add in processor and gadgets widgets if its windows 7.

And then, you shud see your processor and ram meter reading very high though your system is not in use.

Secondly, is to hold down ALT + CTRL +DEL
And it will bring Task manager. Under task manager windows, check for the files that is causing this and shut it down.

Lolzz....you r funny; a biological virus is impossible. The only issue that renders a laptop absolutely dead or spoilt is a serious hardware issue on the motherboard. But thanks to tech now, it can changed.

If your system has not be reformatted for a longtime with no antivirus or lil skills on virus protection then ur system would have a lot of bugs mostly if its connected to the internet.

Browsing thru websites with ads and cookies can cause complete system vulnerability and sluggishness.

The browsing aspect of it has no problem... Am not a tech guy so am not conversant with most of the terms... But the stuff sort of hangs a lot.. Reboots itself a lot and a bit sluggish... The latest now is that it does not have a steady screen..

Don't even know how to start explaining how wrong and Spoilt my laptop is now... It has a lot on it.. And am beginning to think that it actually has a biological virus in it

One recurring decimal in all these is that the elites are trying to suppress freedom through exercise of power they do not possess. This is characteristic of jungle behaviour. This qualifies Nigeria as a Jungle!

For the avoidance of doubt only the Judiciary has the right to pronounce IPOB as terror organisation. Yet I doubt if the same judiciary has the power to ban protest or agitation. That's where the South East governors got it wrong.
