PoliticsRe: When Did Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Become A Professor? by Pataki: 8:59pm On Apr 07, 2009
LadyT:
Why bother?  They are too stupid for all that.  And where all these bitch arse cheer leaders (Pataki etc) came from in beyond me.  Simple question yet no answer.
Another slowpoke on the loose tonight. Guess your period of heat is on. Keep on bleating. What an idiotic goat.

Can you even comprehend at all? Stupid girl.

tpia:
Richyblack- you're the one who suddenly came up questioning Ngozi Okonjo Iweala's professorship. Why are you asking me to provide evidence unless you're totally daft. Once again, where are the results of your investigation? I provided the name of the institution where she received her Phd Any thinking person would contact that institution in the course of finding out who awarded her a PhD.
When a supposed educated troll makes the above comment, it becomes a point of worry. Whether, it is not stark illiterates, one is dealing with on this forum.

Of course, I would expect anyone reading my profile in later years, to question how I became Professor Pataki, but when goons begin to tag such people as ''bad belle'', it then becomes a source of worry, whether questions can no longer be asked again.
PoliticsRe: When Did Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Become A Professor? by Pataki: 8:50pm On Apr 07, 2009
Na wa o! Some people sha must type, just to satisfy themselves that they are nairaland members.

So obtaining a PhD in a particular university implies that automatically you become a Professor from that same University? Did you go to school at all?

Some people are born daft, others achieve daftness. For tpia, being daft is just a natural occurrence. undecided

Even Christ would not approve of illegalities. If it is against the Government of the land, let it be removed. Stop all these foolish and arrant nonsense of religious sentiments.
PoliticsRe: When Did Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Become A Professor? by Pataki: 7:49pm On Apr 07, 2009
RichyBlacK:
Do you have any evidence that Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was at any time appointed to the faculty of any academic institution?
This is the simplest form of question to be asked.

Yet, I would expect those to whom the question was addressed to come back and state: ''Na bad belle''. Some Nigerians and their dumb responses at times. undecided
PoliticsRe: Alao Akala Cries To God For Help In Israel by Pataki: 7:36pm On Apr 07, 2009
Kobojunkie:
Trust Nigerians to bring up to silliest. Crying at the wall is not the issue here. Because akala has chosen to do it means every other person who has cried at the same wall is of his kind? Come on!! The wall here is not on trial , akala is. Focus on him and make some sense already!! Even if the man was caught crying to a river, that should not be the focus, the focus should be on the man and his actions not to judge the sanity of those who cry to rivers, especially when we are unwilling to accept that they may be privy to information that we are not in that case.
This is another of the silliest argument being tabled on this thread. For one you knew how to state that Obama went to Israel to the wailing wall and you are quick to come back to retort that: ''the wall is not on trial here''. In case it is lost on you here, two things are fundamental; Akala and his visit to the wailing wall in Israel. It is not your exclusive preserve to state one point must be sole discussion of the thread. After all, the report did not only focus on Akala, but furthermore what he went to do in Israel.

iReport:
Akala is a leader and leaders do ask for God's grace and guidance. David, Solomon, Hezekiah, Obasanjo etc did so and God saw them through during their time of trouble. I don't see anything wrong with Akala doing the same.
What is the difference between you (iReport) and i_laugh on the politics section?? undecided

Dude . . . just take it that this one went over your head!! lol
Not so fast. It is not a crime to ask when in doubt. Even when I make statements as clear as I think, people at times still demand that I break it down further.

Nothing went over my head. Perhaps it did, I expected that you would come down from your high horse with your condescending attitude and make it clear for your readers. Obviously, you have chosen not to do so, but rather hide under your ''lol'' and pass your anecdotes.

Very well appreciated.

Follow this . . . .
I therefore, still stand on my first post to you here. But perhaps, I mis-read you, could you explicitly state what you meant by the first quote I made of your input here? And furthermore, why did you have to draw out an analogy with what Obama did and its implication with your last statement with Oyo state?

Would the ''cry (paper dropping)'' of Akala at the wailing wall help improve or add to the gleaming doom already in Oyo state?
PoliticsRe: Shocker: ICPC Clears Lawmaker, Says Forgery Is Petty Offence by Pataki: 9:12pm On Apr 06, 2009
I cannot believe, I developed a slight headache after reading this article. If this article is totally true and credible, then, we have serious issues in Nigeria.

Forgery is a ''petty'' offence?? When ordinarily Nigerians who carry forged documents to the British Embassy in Lagos are given a ten (10) years ban from applying for a British visa.

Our lawmakers and enforcers have decided to secure their own selfishness with this declaration.

Everyday is for the thief. . . . . . but surely, the day of reckoning will come!
PoliticsRe: Alao Akala Cries To God For Help In Israel by Pataki: 9:01pm On Apr 06, 2009
Kobojunkie:
Now, the above is definitely absolute nonsense. Is it that you do not know much about the WALL or its history? Why in the world would you make the statement above?

Look, if you would like to understand the reason for my post, read the posts before that to get a better idea of why I came back with that retort.
How splendid of you, isn't it? What about the history of the ''WALL'' made you write the comment I quoted out? When I 'iReport' quoted the same statement of yours, you never thought it right to clarify issues straight. When I did, you tag it as ''absolute nonsense.'' Throwing my words right back at me. undecided

Definitely, I read the previous posts prior to your comment, and none did warrant the comparison or analogy you were trying to infer out. That said, I am still at loss to what your point is with that statement of yours which I quoted earlier.

Could you walk me through your point? undecided

Roflmao!!
So because Obama did the same thing on his visit to Israel, every other country must follow suite? undecided

@ topic,

Reasonable and sensible governors like Fashola in Lagos are sitting down to think of policies and actions towards making Lagos state better. Oyato Gomina (Akala) is gallivanting across to Israel, crying to God. Which God if I may ask in the first place? huh

Absolute nonsense.

@ topic,

I have a problem with churches springing out from Nigeria to other countries. Personally for me, it is greed and the hunger for fame, that makes these churches want to establish branches outside of Nigeria. If, with the way Nigeria is at the moment, what kind of salvation message do these churches intend to pass to nations they are entering? When Nigeria itself is plagued by all forms of diseases, eating the nation down.

lucabrasi:
instead of them to encourage the man so that he ll use his annointing to drive out the violent demons and subdue the criminals and murderers running amok in their country, they are planning to drive him out and allowing satan to re open his headquarters that has been shut, not even talking of the taxes the man pays,i really dont know why the man left nigeria in the first place, hopefully he will go back to the country where he is appreciated before they hurt him
Has Chris achieved that same feat in Nigeria, before heading off to South  Africa? If you come back defending your stance, truly truly, something is wrong with you.

Dude, I know you like to get huffy and all  and think you are lecturing people but please spare me the rants. My answer lies in my question, Sharon mentioned rape stats in the US, I showed the news of a rape SPREE by a Nigerian in London. If you still dont get the point of the post then it's not my problem. This thread is about Nigerians, not crimes of a country.

and yes defending London over your home country is lunancy in my eyes and sadly most of the NL "Brits" are guilty of it which is why I constantly make fun of them. Capice? That was fun, have a nice night
Go and back and read how the thread started. Everyone felt uncomfortable with the actions of those ladies. Spoke about how different areas in London have their own faults. Not until when you US apologetics began the comparison of US vs UK (London).

I guess you failed to note that every city have their own fault. But you would rather jump on the bandwagon of labeling those speaking of London favorably as lunatics against the US not even Nigeria (which is not the subject of discussion) and you also decided to cite an article that has no reference to the thread.

Feel free to address whomever you so wish to, but do not come making a general statement of proponents to your views as lunatics.

Good day.

It is a simple question. Never you retort with a rhetorical question back at me! Now go and sit down to learn how to make a meaningful point in a discussion.

I know why I asked you that question. You are referring to people defending London here as lunatics. So answer my question. Simple as A-B-C.
