RichyBlacK:
I agree with you. But in this case, the poster is the source!
Pity, you still do not get it! How can the poster be the source? I am totally appalled that the biased state of your mind towards the Nigerian government in Abuja (which is reasonable though), would not allow you to objectively rule out baseless speculations.

I should then safely assume that, if I come with my own baseless and rumor mongering story tomorrow, in favor of the ''objective'' mind of the moderator, it becomes tenable and logical for discussion.
AutosRe: Honda Bulldog For Sale- N450,000 by Pataki: 10:00pm On Mar 09, 2009
Is it an auto transmission gear system? Not so many technical details were included with your car sale. Looks cool on the surface though.

I so much distrust the Nigerian government that I will believe anything negative about the government, hence, I believe this story 100%.
Are you kidding me? And you are a moderator? If taking your quote above literally, should I safely assume that you heard people within the Nigerian government, drank their own urine for money embezzlement strength, you do also believe that? undecided

I was in Aso Rock yesterday, and I saw Yar'Adua flogging one of his protocol officers. You do also believe that!
PoliticsRe: Illegal Sale Of Babies. by Pataki: 9:10pm On Mar 09, 2009

Greed for money and power makes men to readily commit evil.
PoliticsRe: 150 Billion Naira Stolen From Aso Rock by Pataki: 9:05pm On Mar 09, 2009
This is the second thread I am reading from this poster on allegations of fraud without any credible source other than, my Uncle is in the SS, and the poster himself was privileged to enter Aso Rock last week.

I will not stoop this low to discuss baseless allegations.

You are an educational waste and an absolute nuisance. No one is disputing fraud is not a daily occurrence in Nigeria; but the fact is, discussions such as this must be based on credible source of information for intelligent discourse to ensue. In your idiotic and warped-up reasoning, you expunge from your stinking gutters that failure to discuss such matter equates to being morons? You are intellectually deficient for any byte of information processing or analysis.
RomanceRe: Guys by Pataki: 8:50pm On Mar 09, 2009

There is a difference between 'communication' and 'love.' He may love you beyond your expectations and dreams, but very poor at communicating it.

Just needed to clarify that point out.

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries by Pataki: 6:49pm On Mar 09, 2009
@ Akolawole,

I am disappointed if you hold unto this view of yours. Where then, is the gospel of salvation. ''I hate the sin, but it does not imply I cannot help the sinner in whatever capacity I can within all form of honesty.'' An example to such, was when Jesus Christ attended to the woman with the issue of different husbands. Did Jesus say because you are an adulterer, I cannot and will not attend to your case? Even Noah lived and conversed with homosexuals in his times.

You have totally taken that Psalms out of context. Well, it is the way you view things though. undecided It is different from mine.

@ VOR,

So you are agnostic? shocked WOW! What more can I say? grin

@ phuket,

Are you a resident permit holder in Denmark? huh

PoliticsRe: Pastors Wars - I Will Not Worship In TB Joshua’s Church, Says Adeboye by Pataki: 4:41pm On Mar 09, 2009
@ Lagosboy,

You owe me no explanations, as I am the last person to be explaining the tenet of Islam to. As to your feelings, I am not a member of RCCG, or whatever denomination exists out there. I just wanted to clarify that feeling of yours.

Have a great day.
PoliticsRe: Pastors Wars - I Will Not Worship In TB Joshua’s Church, Says Adeboye by Pataki: 4:04pm On Mar 09, 2009
Lagosboy:
What qualifies him to be a false prophet and others not?
I have noted your penchant for increasingly posting in threads and at times starting threads bothering on Pastor Adeboye, filled with the intent to pillory Adeboye. If issues bothering on your 'holy prophet' had been raised here, you would have been shouting 'fatwa' or whatever nonsense you choose to call.

If you want non-muslims to exercise restraints in maligning your prophet(s), would you not show the same attitude? It seriously beats me silly how you are able to distinguish false prophets in Christianity when you have a whole forest of such in Islam.

@ Topic,
Every man has his choices based on their own decision thinking. If Adeboye chooses not to worship in TB Joshua's church, does it add any value to the nation? Everyone is accountable to whomever they place as their supreme being. I have been in the Netherlands when a Dutch-white man spoke bad of Joshua, when I stated I was a Nigerian from Nigeria.

Simply put, your works would speak of you.

Why do topics like this make the Nairaland headnews? This is the second time or third time now, matters bothering on Adeboye would be on the front page of Nairaland.  undecided

Could sleep without thinking about IBB?
Not when a username such as yours still exists and your hypocrisy to lick-up anything IBB as the best in Nigeria is still lingering around this forum. I will constantly remind you where IBB failed, and people like Fashola are doing it right.

Stay in your deluded and hypocritical posting.

Big B1:
I honestly think IBB syndrome has blocked the thinking mechanism of some of us.
Oh you know your problem, right? Good. Seek help.
PoliticsRe: Meltdown: Fashola Bans Foreign Medical Treatment by Pataki: 3:28pm On Mar 09, 2009
Big B1:
This is my guy, absolutely way to go.

This latest development will force these folks to improve our educational and medical standards. In-fact, it should be part of our constitution. All government officials should utilize our educational and medical resources at home. Their immediate families must attend Nigerian public schools.
No more flying abroad for headache.

Does it make any sense for Nigerian minister of education to ship his children away from Nigeria to study in abroad?
If governors, ministers and others are allowed to continue to fly abroad for medical check up or headache, our poor medical standard will remain poor till the end of time.
Classical hypocritical posts. Kindly state how your mentor IBB never faulted in all what you have written here? undecided

@ Topic,
There are two sides to a coin. In one hand, it sounds pretty reasonable and cost-saving in these times of global economic meltdown, but then again, it hinders development when you suspend scholarship to brilliant students.

A question I have is: Is it a BAN or a SUSPENSION? Furthmore, what is the time duration to this ban or rather suspension? undecided

Hey Figurehead,

Just when I was about tucking under my duvet to sleep, I saw this topic again! First and foremost, give thanks to God. It is God who has brought this goodnews on you. wink

Yes, I remember we had our feud in times back, but it is never my ideology to look down on anyone. Glad that you overlooked what had happened in the pasts and you were open-minded in respect to this matter.

Am truly happy for you. I wish you all the best sincerely.

RomanceRe: My Boyfriend and I are both "AS" He Proposed...What Do I Do? by Pataki: 1:46am On Mar 09, 2009
This topic has been over-dealt with on nairaland. Why inflict mental torture on yourselves. Please AS and AS should go their separate ways. I have lost a couple of my friends whose parents were AS and AS. I am sure the same fundamental talk of: ''I love him''. . . .''I love her'' made them go ahead with wedding one another. Only years and years later down the line, they loose their SS child or children.

RomanceRe: Lies, Secrets & Love by Pataki: 11:46pm On Mar 08, 2009
Can someone lie to you, keep secrets from you and still love you?

Think hard before you answer it, think about your past and present relationship. Have you wronged someone you cared about and what's your excuse?
1. LYING is relative. I may tell you a lie to keep you away from danger. I may keep a secret from you just to avert future problems, does it still imply, I do not love you? NO!

Back to the question, YES, I can lie and keep secrets from her and very much love her.
