Nitrogen go talk una to try silence the dude but some of you are here criticizing Ole. Are some fans allowed to voice their opinions and others not allowed? Nitrogen, I go give you enough Oxygen, have a go at whoever is serving us trash.
People will talk about Martial but remain silent about Lingard. People will talk About Shaw but look the other way when Wan-Bissaka does rubbish when he pushes up.
People will have a go at Pogba but look the other way when our midfield is totally dominated.
Na here we dey, una go use una mouth confess Las las. |

Lana1: What are those people on twitter saying that we haven't been saying here already for the past two years? Maguire, Wan-Bissaka, Shaw, Rashford, Lingard are being called out. Here, majority believe Ole's signings have been the best players in the team. |

eph12: As usual, this is how you dodge issues. What did Martial do before the switch or before the whole team started putting pressure? You're going to bring Rashford and the rest. The whole team was awful, we know that. If you want to criticize, criticize everybody You have the right to critique but when others do, you want to decide how they go about it. Why did you criticize Ole and not all of Manchester United? Why haven't you had a go at Wan-Bissaka? Abeg!!! |

chidexxy007: We still didn't created clear cut chances and no pressure on the Watford backline, so how are you so certain that this can work?
See this team is seriously sick. Sloppy passes, passes too slow, taking too much touches on the ball, fullbacks that crosses center line only twice in 90minutes, poor movements off the ball to unbalance the opposition...
Las las, nothing these guys dey do for training. Are you for real? Greenwood's lob, Rashford's shot that Forster saved, Martial shot after going past a couple of defenders, they're not chances abi? Our ball retention and general play was better. |

elampiro: Keep playing Martial, Pogba and Mata, you will be the one calling for some other players to come take their places. We haven't the complete quality yet. Sometimes it looks good and the other time it is poor with same selection. What I mean is that we have the right players to beat teams that sit deep but the selection has been faulty. Lingard isn't creative, Martial is better out wide, Dan James is a speedster who isn't going to be afforded space against such teams even Wan-Bissaka is a liability against such teams. Dalot over Wan-Bissaka, Pogba ahead of Lingard, Martial out on the left with Rashford through the middle and Greenwood ahead of Dan James as RWF rather than right winger. |

DE. GEA SHOULD BE DROPPED.
DE GEA HAS BEEN AWFUL FOR THE PAST FEW SEASONS By compete, I mean Romero should be given a shot at the starting position. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 5:16pm On Dec 22, 2019 |
Whatever happens, Pogba should not be sold. We need to buy more quality players to support Paul rather than clamor for his sale. If anyone here was in Pogba's position, I'm sure you'd be looking for a move out. Football is not golf, at 35 you're already thinking of retirement, you can't waste your peak years playing with Lingard. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 5:07pm On Dec 22, 2019 |
elampiro: It could be wrong combination of players. You can only make use of what you have. I think we need to control the game against small teams. That was why he brought Mata and Pogba, it got better but it was too late.
Eventually he will get the players he wants, but he has to be clever about what he says in the news in order not to sound desperate. You see now that even Woodward doesnt boast anymore like using such words like "we can do business in the transfer market like no other team can..." We have the players to beat Watford, nobody should say we don't. Lingard had no reason stepping out for the 2nd half. James can't play against defensive teams maybe from the bench. Rashford depends too much on his pace. You can see that Martial came alive with Pogba and Mata on the pitch. I am not one that believes in pace all the time, a bit of brains should do. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 5:03pm On Dec 22, 2019 |
Martial is lazy and all that, what did Rashford do when he went up top? He even wasted a good chance from Pogba.
I will always take Martial over Rashford on that left wing. James even looks suspect against teams that defend deep, he should be benched.
Wan-Bissaka for all his defensive qualities isn't Manchester United standard, we are not Crystal Palace.
De Gea should be made to compete with Romero, he has been average for the past few seasons.
Finally, it looks like it's beyond Ole to find a way past deep lying teams. |

Spy360: I am confused about what you really want. Do you want us to get back to being a top club or you want us to remain this way? For your information, the route to being a top club begins with keeping our top players, they include Lacazette and Aubameyang.
The season is long enough and there are possibilities of injuries. That guy has made a very nice point. Auba and Laca shouldn't start together, Lacazette isn't creative enough and Auba won't get involved in the hustle and bustle. You can't compare the Benz - Jovic situation or that of Aguero - Jesus to Auba and Lacazette. No top player wants to sit on the bench, Pep has had to play Mahrez more to prevent him from leaving and even then, the injury to Sane has helped reduce the possible selection headache. Madrid had to loan out James at some point and would've sold his in the previous summer if they were able to agree a deal. Barcelona had to loan out Coutinho and are currently forced to play Griezemann on the wings to avoid any dressing issues. The players usually on the bench are not the superstars, they might be very good players though. No world class player will settle for a place on the bench. |

Adiwana: It looks like they are better because they are playing well. But if we had a competent manager or at least playing at Liverpools current level, they dont have a bettter squad. On a good day Alisson=Marc, defensively Robertson is only better because hes younger and have more pace but Alba is still up there. Arnold,VVD,Pique. Midfield Fabinho,De Jong,Vidal. Up front Mane.Messi,Salah. Know that under a manager like Ferguson that doesnt take nonsense,Suarez wont be missing easy chances and still know nobody is taking him off.We know if he is checkmated,he can easily displace Salah in that line up Robertson is better because he is better. Vidal can't displace Giggi or Keita and up, not even Fergie will take Suarez over Salah. Keep your emotions in check and you'll agree to what I have posted. |

Adiwana: So that Valverde will kill him also. Who is he benching?? He's a cf and we know with the love Valverde has for Suarez, he's getting no game time. He would be worse than Griezmann
Play good players in a bad system and they will turn out bad.Play bad players in a good system and you will see the manifestation of Macheda2.0. How come Coutinho who played great ending of last 2 seasons and earlier last season was all of a sudden bad?? How come he's work rate all of a sudden dropped?? Has our system ever depended on player work rate in the first place?? This is just a classic case of giving the dog a bad name to kill it
Liverpool do not even have a better squad than us but look at how they are playing. Our problem is not signing of players or squad. Its the management. Why Barca fans think otherwise baffles me At the moment, bar Messi and Frank De Jong, Liverpool have a better squad than Barcelona. We are talking about actual performance on the field of play and not big names. A combined 11 will shock you. In Defence, it's 4 against 1, in midfield, it's 2 against 1 and in attack it is 2 against 1. Alisson - Robertson - Van Dijk - Pique - Arnold Wijnaldum/Keita - Fabinho - De Jong Mane - Messi - Salah. On the bench, it will be 50 - 50 |
