@SunnyJ2, with the fund available and the land located near a river, cropping would be the best option as it involves no construction that would gulp down the seed money. Calculate cost of preparing the land, seeds, labour etc and reach a decision. |
My parents had joint account and we the children knew what was in it but l do not think it is possible with people who are married to spouses they do not trust. |
Thank God someone is reasoning. |
Let the elections just be free and fair. |
Just watching proceedings. |

A 25 year old lady for that matter can be so love-smitten to be so stu.pid! l doubt if her family would ever be interested in collecting dowry from any man who may want 2 marry her in the future that is if she has not already been disowned! Tufiakwa! |

For how long should Boko Haram kill fellow Nigerians, while the government who have sworn to protect, stand aside and watch! Should the Nigerian blood continue to be wasted while we await his re-election This is not about politics but conscience. |
The couple should be aware of what each earns as they have become one and it helps in planning their finances. It also encourages accountability in the union. l am not comfortable with couples who shields their business dealings away from each other though they may think it is for the best interest but most times it backfires in cases of untimely death. Truth is no one is guaranteed tomorrow and we should be conscious of this at all times. Many dependants have gone through unnecessary hardship because of the secrecy surrounding the finances of the deceased breadwinner. There are some who left behind bank accounts their spouse knew not of nor can they claim, so the bank holds on to it while dependants are left in a lurch! |
What are they giving us if we join the march?

gracile:lt was so inflamed, couldn't open my teeth bt cured by ginger, garlic, lemon. |
gracile:l went through this and more last month because my teeth were clasped as it started with inflamation of the throat then gum, couldn't eat for almost a week and did loose weight. |
So all the money his wife and the wives of the governors have been spending to run their "offices" is from where? |
What can l say when some people will shout you down, yelling that they have right to pre-marital sex! Baby mama is no career! First and foremos, let the lady herself get engaged with something that will earn her income to support herself & the kids. |
Is it not across all denominations? |
he should be smoked out, it seems the police is even dragging its feet. lf families of victims begin to accept out of the judicial system settlement, these peodophiles will continue their sordid preferences. |
lf Lagos is not ready then Nigeria isn't. The blame should go to INEC, they have proven that if the elections should hold in the next 2 years they will still not be ready! |
He must be smoking wet ugu leaves! |
So he paid for business class ticket, so he can get "better customer". |
Mr. President, you are the most powerful man in Nigeria and no one can do u anything, so do not be afraid. Tell us who paid Henry Okah to kill u, so that ur story will be complete because people tend not to believe incomplete stories, so shame d devil. |
Maybe they want you to take the lett-over swallow as take-away! |
haibe:Yes Kenny Rogers will always be Kenny Rogers. The lyrics is so deep. |
When the quality is good, the manufacturer should be bold to show off its Nigerian origin. |
After reading this, some scammers will retire. |
l love that song especially the cover done by Jamaica's Busy signal. It has life's lessons for those who have ears. |
