Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: FOR SUCH IS HEAVEN.

Jesus did not say For such will make heaven.
He categorically said For such is heaven.

That means, if you are a Christian you are heaven itself.
It is understatement to say a Christian will make heaven, it's like saying a university student will pass Jamb.

Then many of you Christians(like those with the deeperlife ideology of making heaven) in your mind you are waiting for rapture you are trying to make heaven just like a university student is waiting for jamb result and is trying to pass Jamb, does that make sense?
You will simply wait and die working for nothing. Keep waiting!

It seems it is Africans nature to always visiting a presumed spiritually powerful man. Eg Babalawo, Pastor, prophet, Imam

Africans are known to be diabolical in reasoning.
They always attribute their problems to spiritual origin like juju, witchcraft etc, that explains why you see them always visiting pastors and are so afraid to do their prayer themselves, peradventure God will not answer them.

Possible causes of sudden death to anyone are :
1. Sickness or diseases
2. Accidents
3. Stress
4. Malnutrition
5.Careless and reckless living
6. Complications from drug abuse
7. Food poisoning
etc

You don't need any pray to curtail all these things but simply do the needful to avoid them.
And if you pray from now till tomorrow and are adversely affected by any of these things, there is high possibility that you will die suddenly.

No prayer is powerful enough to cheat nature

You must understand that the way Christianity was brought to Africa, that is how Christianity was brought to their countries too in Europe and elsewhere.
The difference is that, they were educated enough to verify every single information they get from the bible before believing it to be true, while Africans do little or no verification before believing.

Do we value quality education in this Africa at all?
No!

To verify means that you are intelligent.

Did God form the earth within 7 days as reported in the book of Genesis?
Ultimately, the age of the earth is estimated to be 4.5 billion years.

2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

From this scripture, it is obvious that a day isn't 24 hours with God.

So if Genesis is puting it that creation lasted just 7 days, the counting might just be from God's perspective and not the usual 7 days period known by humans.

With this, it is obvious that the book of Genesis never debunked the possibility of the 4.5 billion years estimate, hence the possibility of Cosmic, Geological and Evolutionary processes as the major processes of creation.

So, how was the earth formed over the billions of years?
Now, here is a reasonable explanation that is based on scientce discoveries which perhaps may be true but was never debunked in the bible.,
Like every other stars in the universe, the sun must have exerted gravitational pull to every objects including giant asteriods.
These large asteroids must have had explosive impacts on the sun under the sun gravity with great energy that must have spilled parts of the sun to give birth to 9 baby stars around the sun.
These 9 baby stars of which the earth was one of them, eventually developed their various gravities that attracts their own asteriods too, and there were explosive impacts on these baby stars that give birth to their moons.
And that the gravities exerted by these 9 baby stars around the sun began to absorb asteriods within their orbits thereby preventing further impacts of asteriods on the sun
That these absorption or impacts on these baby stars over the years must have resulted to rocks covering the baby stars which were gradually weathered by a thermal process of the baby stars to form mantle around the baby stars. This became what is known as the solar system.
That the earth for example, the baby star that formed the earth eventually became the core that is made of iron and nickel which was surrounded by mantle due to impacts, while subsequent impacts of asteriods on the mantle eventually formed a dusty earth crust.
That explosive asteroids on the dusty earth crust must have generated gases which enveloped the earth as the atmosphere and a large amount of these atmospheric gases must have condensed to form water which constitute the oceans and rivers with a continuous cycle of evaporation, condensation and precipitation as ditated by temperature change due to the position of the earth in relation to the sun.
And that the existence of water and moisture on weathered surfaces eventually give rise to microbes and microphytes as primitive forms of life.

You can see now that these whole process was well coordinated intelligently to achieve a purpose, and not just random events by chance.

Now, does the bible needed to explain creation this way?
I think it was not necessary, because humans were much more primitive in understanding as at the time the book of genesis was written. Hence, the book of Genesis was written the way it was written for a lay man to understand.

They sell this philosophy of witch and demons having power to manipulate people to church members to make them keep fearing the unknown that does not exist.
And when they succeed in making the people to fear, they will now say come for deliverance, then in the process you must pay tithe and offering now.

At the end of these whole thing, their target is just money and nothing more

Those who condemn it are saying that tithing was a practice of another religion entirely, not Christianity.
Another religion entirely in the sense that the old testament where tithing was practiced was Judaism and not Christianity.
And that even the current day people who still practice judaism do not practice tithing anymore and they are one of the most successful people on earth currently.

And that the practice portray people in church to be a gathering of a very foolish and myopic people who lack scriptural understanding thus willingly allowing themselves to be used and scammed.

A federal government that can spend about half a Trillion on Hajj, spending N15T on highway to no where, bought expensive and over priced SUVs for NASS every 4 years, where local alternatives exist, should be able to pay a living wage. Labour has been magnanimous in giving government one year to put its house together.
Afterall, subsidies on Petrol has gone.
- Electricity subsidies are gone.
- Naira has assumed her correct value.
- Customs are now raking in Trillions
- Our tax bracket has tripled.
- Our oil production has exceeded OPEC quota
- Our refineries and Dangote Refinery has boosted our foreign reserves.
- We now earn more than all previous administrations.
- Tarrifs are now tripled
- Federal, State and LGA allocations are now quadruple
- We are now the choices investment destination
- Oil outputs are in more states like Ogun.
- We have a ~~fish~~ first class accountant as president

So, let these gains trickle down so that the people will atleast feel the impact also.

how will a dullard and partially illiterate minded president who purportedly forged his curricular certificate into power possibly understand the logic behind this as it relates to the economy?
