yes, heard its terrible when it spills. I mix mine outside the pen, thats safer IMO. Also, for anticocci, I use embazine forte...seems reliable, I dont know prococ so cant say.

I stay in Olambe and there is this notice that was pasted all around the houses in this area, saying that the whole expanse of Olambe land belongs to one family that the case has been won in the court or so. People please what does this mean? We have been living here for over a decade and we bought the land with money. How will some family now come now saying they own the whole community. Where were they before. I feel those who lost the case should compensate those who won with the monetary value. It's so funny how things are being played out.

Lagos, but we asked chi farms, which is in ib i guess, the white as about a week ago when we called was 5n and the black was 25..maybe you always buy through an agent ..

Not for 100 o! I was giving you information for the last batch I did, which was 50 chicks from day old. And I got the white ones, not the black ones. I got them to 2.2kg each.

oh okay thanks so much...I think I have all I need, I assumed it was the black cos we asked for price of white day old and they were 5n per one.
so like 250 for a carton, that's why I assumed..maybe different seasons sha.

I have been looking for a thread on turkey as well...can't seem to find any...do I give the turkeys the same drugs, vaccines and feed as broilers? and how's their mortality rate, also if I am to raise like 10/to maturity say 8months, how many bags of feed would I have used up? I wouldn't mind if I got your number as well. thanks.

Like 15 bags. Yes, I got them at day old, for N3,000 a box, with 50 in a box. They were already vaccinated by the time I bought them at day old. All I do after that is to give them vitamins/antibiotics in their water every now and then. That's it.

oh okay thanks..I am guessing u got the black ones... and the 15bags fed 100 for 4months? were u doing rationed feeding or it was enough to feed them well + how many kg were you able to attain from the birds at four months? I do broilers but I am thinking of adding like 100cockrells but I don't wanna get stuck along the way.

how many bags of feed do u use in feeding your cockrells for those four months?+ do u get day olds? and do they need to be vaccinated like broilers.

you can get the clay pot and use, also there are fabricated ones made by welders. Any of the two will do. However, ensure you light the charcoal outside so that there wont be any more smoke before you take it into the pen.

yes I did, the plan is a program I was given by a vet who raises broilers, they stop drinking when they are weak, the liquid food only works if they still eat or drink, it would only work if I decide to force it down its throat or smtn..
