The federal DOJ, under Biden, could decide not to further investigate or prosecute Trump. Heck, Biden may go the extraordinary length to pardon him.
But most of Trump’s legal woes are in the state of New York. A Biden pardon won’t shield Trump from possible prosecution by the New York AG and/or the Manhattan District Attorney.

5. Fauci has been with the CDC since George bush a republican so he has no political affiliation.

7. Trump lost deal with it. Half of the lawsuits he filled has been thrown out of court but because you don’t live in America you wouldn’t know that.

8. Only the Supreme Court can disqualify a vote but the way the electoral college works is that in December they send a representative the DC to states the states elected nominee. So even if the Supreme Court disqualifiés the votes the states elected nominee will still choose Biden.

This is what happens when you form alliance with an unstable character like Trump. It will eventually lead to your downfall. Most of Trumps lawyers, associates and appointees have suffered this same fate and been thrown under the bus, some even went to prison.

Each lie and corruption is bigger than the last and when the next lie becomes too big for you to go along with, you will lose everything.

I will personally love it if the alliance with Trump leads to the demise of Fox News. Trumpists can go disappear down the barrel of an even more conspiratorial channel that the wider public won't take seriously.

So a sudden stop at the same time in counting of votes in 6 battleground states Trump was winning in that that then produced hundreds of thousands of 100% votes for Biden when the counting resumed doesn't bother you? Why is it taking the democrats controlled states to count 5 million votes when Florida counted 11 million same election night if they are not trying to steal the elections?

Why is Biden declared winner when about 8 states were still counting? And why office of the elect is being set of for the first time in history if Biden has nothing to hide?

If all of these are not enough, then wait for the court proceedings that will reveal the 3,000 evidence Guiliani claimed and 200 affidavits Kayleigh has of voters fraud.

I hope you know that one of the supposed USPS whistleblowers has recanted his false affidavit; and a Trump campaign lawyer failed to assert, in court, that electoral fraud occurred in one of the swing states.

However, a hand recount won’t strip Biden of his 14k vote lead in the state. A hand recount, or any other type of recount will, at best, flip a few 100 votes to either Trump or Biden.

Biden doesn’t have to “support” the recount. Georgia law says it’s automatic once the margin is within 0.5%.
So, it’s immaterial that either Trump or Biden calls for a recount in GA

President Trump has told close advisers that he is considering running for president in the 2024 election, according to a report from Axios.

Trump has yet to concede defeat to Democrat Joe Biden in the 2020 election, but networks have projected the former vice president as the winner, as Trump would likely have to win a series of recounts in multiple states to win the election.

The president appears to have lost five states to Biden that he won in 2016, but he also piled up more total votes than he won in 2016, which has given him some clout within the GOP despite the loss.

If he decided to make another run for the White House in 2024, he would be the odds-on favorite in a GOP primary given his level of support among Republican voters.

U.S. presidents are only allowed to serve two terms, but those terms are not required to be consecutive. The only president in history to serve two non-consecutive terms is President Grover Cleveland, who served as the 22nd and 24th president.

Two other recent presidents who lost their reelection bids, Jimmy Carter in 1980 and President George H.W. Bush in 1992, were defeated fairly soundly and did not run for reelection again.

President Gerald Ford was narrowly defeated by Carter in 1976 and did not run for president in 1980. But Ford also never won a presidential election. He became president after President Nixon's resignation, and Ford was not actually on the 1972 presidential ticket.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said Monday that Trump should run again in 2024 if his legal battles do not win him the election in 2020. The Trump campaign has launched suits challenging vote counts in several states.

"I would encourage him to think about doing it," said Graham on Fox News Radio.

Many of Trump's other allies have also suggested that Trump will run again in 2024. Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney said that he "absolutely" expects Trump to run again in four years.

"I would absolutely expect the president to stay involved in politics and would absolutely put him on the shortlist of people who are likely to run in 2024," said Mulvaney.

As Axios reports, some Republican campaign advisers are wary of another Trump election, believing the possibility of another run could stop fundraising and ambitions for other Republican presidential contenders. They also fear another campaign could stymie the Republican National Convention as attempts to reassess and move on from Trump.
