Getting the National Assembly to pass a bill on the matter is going to be hectic. I forsee lawsuits on the constitutionality of the NA regulating the number of parties by law.

Borno will take care of any high margin from Anambra + Imo. Which means APC still have Kebbi, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Kastina, Sokoto.

Actually, PDP won Nasarawa with approx 37000 vote margin in 2015.
To move from a winning position to a losing position is not usually called 'decent'.
