I once said that 95% of the Sports Ministry's budget should be allocated to all sports, except football because the corporate bodies seem to favor sponsoring the NFF and footie tournaments over other sports. That is the ladies Spring/summer attire. When I first came here, those bum shorts tripped me, especially those with fat thighs. But now, it doesn't really move me.
