Land is quite scarce here, but that's not the only story. The cities and county have failed to enact any sort of rent control too. That's why some land lord can put up a studio for $2000/month rental. It's insane.

You can't work in the US with a tourist visa (except in businesses that don't do e-verify). You can only adjust your status if you have an immediate family member who is a US citizen

Just finished watching the replay. D'Tigress were absolutely ruthless against the Egyptians!! Now, there is no doubt in my mind that despite the relatively slow start of the team, Nigeria will be one of the finalists.
