The agreement only calls for NTA and the LMC to form a broadcast organization, which would then beam the matches to interested broadcasters. It's similar to FIFA's HBS or the Premier League's IMG channel.

In fact, D'Tigers are grouped in Group B alongside Uganda, Rwanda and Mali. Nigeria's first WCQ match is against Uganda on February 23, 2018.

Innoson does not do any OEM design.
Yes, Ford, Toyota, Citroen etc source parts from other manufacturers but they design their cars, engines etc. Innoson simply imports CKD units and only sources things like batteries, tyres from local suppliers.

In the auto world, assembly and manufacture mean the exact same thing. In fact, no auto company produces all the components of its cars. Some even import such components from other countries.

It's permanently fixed. But it will change for the 2026 qualifiers.

About 800,000 of them collectively pay $400 million to the government, and more than 9/10 of them are working, thus contributing to the nation's GDP.

So, I am calling on Congress to do the right thing and pass an act similar to DACA (or the DREAM Act), and for Trump to sign it into law.

The umbrella body of travel agents in Nigeria, the National Association of Nigerian Travel Agents, on Sunday said there was a need for the Minister of Aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika, to intervene in the matter by convening a stakeholders’ meeting urgently.

The President, NANTA, Mr. Bankole Bernard, said the increase was unacceptable, saying it could send Nigerian travel agents out of business, as some airlines would now be selling their tickets overseas.

“This is unacceptable; we call on the Federal Government through the Minister of Aviation to convene a stakeholders’ meeting urgently to address the problem,’’ he said.

The PUNCH last week reported that non-stop return flights in the economy class from Lagos to some destinations in the United States aboard the Delta Airlines, which used to cost between N750,000 and N850,000 during the summer season, were being offered between N850,000 and N940,000.

Non-stop return flights from Lagos to London, the United Kingdom in the economy class on the British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, which used to be between N350,000 and N550,000, had also risen up to between N400,000 to N600,000 for the summer season. A non-stop return flight in the economy class from Lagos to destinations in South Africa, aboard the South Africa Airways, which used to cost between N220,000 and N240,000, depending on the timing, had gone up to between N230,000 and N250,000 for the summer season.

Med-View Airline on Tuesday said it has taken steps to boost its international routes network by acquiring new aircraft, adding that it took delivery of the B777-200ER on Monday night.

"The aircraft with registration no.CS-TFM arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport at 11.48pm to the jubilation of airline personnel and airport workers. The modern generation aircraft will be positioned on Sunday to service the Lagos-London route," the airline said in a statement signed by its spokesperson, Mr. Obuke Oyibotha.

He said the aircraft was configured to sit a total of 326 passengers with 24 flat bed seat in the business class and 302 seats in economy.

"The aircraft is also installed with IFE on individual seat of both classes of the cabin. Since its debut on the Lagos-London route, on November 20, 2015, the airline operated with B767 and later B747, which is now being replaced with B777 aircraft," he said.

The Med-View Airline's Chief Operating Officer and Accountable Manager, Mr. Lookman Animashaun, was quoted to have said that the deployment of the B777 on the London route was part of the airline's strategy to rebrand its international operations, especially the London route.

He said the airline would soon commence operations to West African Francophone countries including Abidjan in Cote'd' Ivoire; Conakry in Guinea; and Dakar, Senegal.

Animashaun also disclosed that Dubai would be added to the airline route network in November.

According to the laws of the game, if the attacking player receives the ball when he is closer to the goal than the 2nd to last opponent, the attacking player is in an offside position.

Yes, a Cameroonian defender was level with Ighalo, but Ighalo was ahead of every other Cameroonian player (including the goal keeper) when he received the pass. Goalkeepers, on very rare occasions, could inadvertently set offside traps. The Assistant referee, yesterday, did us a big favor.

You can watch the 2010 WC game between South Africa and Mexico to see how a South African 'goal' was ruled out for offside.
