I bought my Camry XLE V6 since July 2017 and I don't regret ever going for it. I've only changed plugs trice on the engine and one coil once. Apart from that, I've not touched the engine. I service (oil and filter change) every three months using mobile super 1000 oil. My suspensions are still the follow-come. I've changed AC compressor once to peuguet 607 compressor. They say it's the best and so far, I think they are right.
In summary, I think I got lucky with a good buy to some extent but I also think my mechanical engineering background too has helped me to give the car a very good maintenance history.
That car is a beast. She's 5yrs and 4mths, first body and still glitters.

From my Experience: don’t go for v6 avoid them totally especially those with push start.

the average Canadian drives 15k mileage a year. Which is over 250k assuming it was bought in 2005. But what we see in lagos as toks will be 70k milleage

Most corolla has the airbag light issues, that can probably be fixed. The mileage is high but it’s still good cause that would mean that most parts have been replaced with good parts, I believe. Cars with high mileage like that tends to have its parts replaced with new good 1s.

If you are the type that take good look at your car temperature on the dash board then you might ignore, but if not, bro remove that fucking thermostat and run a direct relay for your car fan and put a bigger radiator known as double cell..then you over come it..but if you don't and it's mistakenly burn your gasket, you are in for a long thing because it will be from one issue to the other..am in that mess now...just bringing out issues since a month ago that it burn gasket and it's just a 3 months old car..hope it's help..
