When I left Lagos.
4 years ago.

Only Lagos State has very interesting stations.
The rest states are rubbish.

Is anyone here using usertesting platform to make money please?

Back in my university days, I was a Jambite and lived with my 400 level-accounting big sister and her two friends. One of her friends borrowed a book from a medico student (a guy) in the neighborhood. He came that afternoon to collect his book and I was the only one at home. After welcoming him, I offered to search around for the book. I didn't see it and I told him so. He left afterwards. We later became friends. It was then he confessed that he used to think I'm a snub, that he always wondered how a girl could be so beautiful and still be courteous and respectful. His friends too couldn't believe it.

I never lack the company of the opposite sex, even younger men up till tomorrow. Now, I don't see beauty as anything. I believe in a woman being smart, resourceful, homely and humane. That's what's more important. If you have physical beauty as a woman, it's just an icing on the cake. That's why my beauty doesn't ever get into my head. It's relative.

Is in women dna. They don't play with their money. Let me give you two example . I met this lady while she was doing her waec . I started taking care of her from that point to university level . One day I had some financial issues and she gave me 8k to enable me travel for business. Long story short .
.when we had issues, she visited my sister to tell her that she gave me 8k of her hard earned money . My sister became angry with me. It now seem they both ganged up.i told my sister that she should remember I trained her with my hard earned money ..fed her and bought cloths for her. So isn't that my hard earned money ?

Second incident happened with another lady. I paid for her accommodation and ensure she was well taking care of. I ensured I kept all the tells of whatever I spent on her. One day I decided to ask her for 500naira credit cos I was in a farm in remote area..she asked me to send my account . She didn't get back too me . When I got back to lagos I confronted her on the reason why.she treated me that way...she gave me a shocker .

She said, what have I done for her in all the years she has been with me....immediately I became angry and reached out for my file ..

I brought out all the teller I used to send her money . Suddenly she now said .I am a woman ...that I keep record of everything. It takes a great mind to understand women . This two incident makes me feel.sorry for any man that rely on.women

If you're comparing the school fees between Doctors trained here and over there and conclude that we're being trained for free..

Then also compare the salaries over there and here and conclude that we also work without getting paid too.

The title might seem unpatriotic, but not entirely so.

Quick story

In 2018 I sold an SUV to a friend at 3.5m, he paid 2m and said he would balance up in the future.

Fast forward to 2021 October he pays me ₦1m with a pending balance of ₦500,000.

Vehicle sold in 2018 is now ₦5.3m in 2021.


Lesson learnt.

Going forward all transactions that have to do with pending payments will be signed as dollar equivalents .

Meaning if you want to take a loan or owe me large sums of money E.g ₦1m (sept 2021 2,433.5799 US Dollars) all we will do is check current dollar rate and peg repayment on the dollar equivalent in the future (2,433.5799 US Dollars)
