Tifnubu has no hope in the SS and SE. In the north where he "hopes" to inherit buhari's votes, he's fighting with Atiku, Kwankwaso, even Peter for minority and protest votes. Time to start abusing Pa Fasoranti too?
Tinubu and his urchins were trying to exploit Pa Fasoranti’s old age and senility to cause division and disaffection in Afenifere but I’m happy that Yoruba sons and daughters have rallied round to stop the Yoruba socio-cultural group from being put to disrepute by Tinubu and his BATstards.
After asking “where are the cows?” When Fulani herdsmen killed the old man’s daughter, Tinubu shamelessly went to seek his endorsement.

Veteran Actress, Iretiola Doyle has subtly declared support for Peter Obi as seen when she reacted to Mr Macaroni’s tweet where he declared he’d be voting the Labour Party Presidential Candidate.
Reacting to the tweet, she quoted the tweet with glasses in the form of cheers which can only mean conformity to what Macaroni’s tweet said.
This is refreshing because it shows that a lot of Nigerians are willing to put their tribal sentiments to the backseat and support a credible candidate for the 2023 general election for the good of all of us.

Naajjii: The only Christian majority states in North central is Plateau and Benue. Kogi ,Niger, Kwara are Muslim majority, Nassarawa is 50 50. What can you do about that ? What I think about that is that the Christians in the region will vote overwhelmingly for Obi, including some reasonable Muslims that are tired of the rubbish that this country has become, while Atiku and Tinubu will divide the Muslim votes amongst themselves. Now, when you consider that Kwara and Kogi has great number of Yorubas, you already know where the Muslims in those states will swing. That lives Atiku with only some votes in Niger and Nasarawa. What do you have to say about that? |

Elbinawi: Hey Tinubu, Do No Blame Binani of Adamawa State
Tinubu 'Sacks' Sen Binani As Campaign Coordinator For Adamawa After She Resigned - Politics -
The presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sacked Senator Aisha Ahmed Dahiru, popularly called Binani as the presidential council’s campaign coordinator for Adamawa state.
Senator Binani had earlier tendered her resignation letter. But Tinubu, to save face, 'fired' her.
Me:
Senator Aisha Ahmed Binani is the ruling party APC Gubernatorial candidate in Adamawa State. She is Fulani by tribe like the main opponent of Tinubu and from the same State. Tinubu should not expect her support. More than 90% of all Fulanis will vote for @atiku in next year's Presidential election.
Religion and tribal consideration are the key elements for Nigerian Voters deciding who to vote for.
Let me take us back to history. When I served for my NYSC in Kebbi State (1998-99), the transition to democracy happened. The 2 main Presidential Candidates were Yoruba Christians from Southern Nigeria. I was a presiding officer for the electoral body INEC. I was sent to a village in Kebbi State. When we arrived the people were happy to see me because I am a Northern Muslim who speak their Hausa Language. The village Head asked them to slaughter 2 big chickens for me to honor my presence. I told him "Fura Da Nono" will do.
When the voting started, the village Head and some Elders of the Community came to the voting platform and saw we posted two pictures of Obasanjo and Olu Falea, the 2 Presidential Candidates. The first question they asked me was who is a Muslim among them. I answered they are both Christian. The village Head then asked who is a Farmer among them? I pointed to the picture of Obasanjo. And he said loudly "We will vote for Obasanjo". And that was what happened as Olu Falea did not get a single vote in that village.
This is how people vote in Nigeria. I called my relatives in our village in Nupeland recently and asked them who they will vote for next year? They told me "Atiku". I asked why? They said due to their historic relationship with the Fulanis.
The Muslim North voted massively for Abiola, a Muslim from the South West, in the 1993 Presidential election because of the massive humanitarian activities of Abiola in the North. The Muslim North considered Abiola as one of their own. Bola Tinubu will not enjoy the Northern acceptability of Abiola because he does not have a single humanitarian activity in the North before now. Tinubu is a local champion in the South West and the majority of his votes in next year's presidential election will come from there. The Northern Muslim voters considered Tinubu as an outsider. And the intergenerational failures of the genocidal Buhari regime will not help his quest to become the next Nigerian president.
On a final note, Tinubu becoming angry that Binani refused to be his campaign coordinator in Adamawa State lacked substance. Tinubu also played tribal politics when he publicly told the Buhari gang that "It is our (Yoruba) turn!".
Harun Elbinawi elbinawi@yahoo.com Good to see you are a northerner I want suppose you will give me an unbiased response to this question… What is Obi’s standing in your area? |

To your question… With 2 regions of Southeast and Southsouth already in the bag for Peter Obi, he only needs the votes of North Central which is very much within his reach. But with Tinubu not even sure of Southwest, is it Northeast, Northwest or North Central that he is sure of votes? |

aariwa: There is a survey I saw shared on FB by a LP supporter which was conducted by a non partisan NGO that covered one of the most rural parts of nasarawa where they asked people randomly who they would vote for. They video was up to two hours long . Up to 80% said they would vote Obi while about 20% said they would vote Atiku. Out of that 80% for Obi, more than 90% of them were older women and they all spoke in Hausa. Their reason they said was they trust Obi to turn around Nigeria but I saw something troubling in that video, almost all of the people that said they would vote Atiku knew PDP Logo and when they were shown sample ballot papers thumb printed in the right areas and they know Atiku full name but most of the ones who support Obi from the poll mostly Hausa illiterates just said they would vote that nyamiri that wears eye glasses and they couldn’t find LP to thumb print properly . The danger is if they ask Atiku or Tinubu polling agent that kind of question they would direct her to umbrella or broom. LP needs to do a lot of work in sensitization on this Thank you for your observation. Can you help me with link to the video? |

garfield1: Cc fergie001, penguin2, aiel123, trinitycian Are you surprised? All the while I was saying it here you would choose rather to argue with me. Let me add… Have you been seeing people in Dogara’s constituency holding rallies for Obi? You think they just started just like that? Don’t worry… You know my confidence stemmed from how this people have been slaughtered since Buhari came to power… Now, you offer them 3 options… One is another Fulani who they fear might just continue with the Fulani agenda; and besides, he has never raised a voice in condemnation of those killings. And remember he deleted the tweet he made in condemnation of Deborah’s death. The second option is Tinubu, a man who for his political gain has aligned with the Fulani and has never been seen condemning any atrocity perpetuated by them. Don’t forget he supported Buhari, who is supervising their slaughter, twice to power. As if those ones are not enough, he now chose a fellow Muslim in a Muslim Muslim ticket when you know that some of those suffering these killings feel they are being killed because they are Christians. Then the third option seems like a clean slate. Not only is Obi younger, vibrant and competent, he’s Christian and would protect their faith. Seeing that Obi is not in bed with their killers like Atiku and Tinubu, it is an easy choice for them. I’ve told you this before and I will say it again, these people will pay to vote Obi, if you ask them to pay. It’s a life and death something for them. I’m just surprised it’s taking you too long to realize it. |
