Former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Mr. Peter Obi, has said he cannot tell for now what his next action would be if the proposed political coalition fails to adopt him as the presidential candidate.

This is even as he allayed the fears of his supporters concerning his role in the proposed coalition, saying he had never done anything in politics without consultation.

Obi stated this on Sunday while answering questions during a media space hosted by ParallelFact on X.

DAILY POST reports that the proposed coalition is being led by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, ex-governors Nasir El-Rufai, Rotimi Amaechi, among other political leaders.

During the media space, the former Anambra State Governor was asked what would be his next action if the proposed political coalition fails to produce him as the presidential candidate.

However, Obi said it wasn’t yet time to disclose what his next line of action will be, adding that the coalition was yet to adopt a party.

Obi said: “From day one, I have always attended every meeting of the coalition unless I travelled. Whenever I have issues, I always discuss with them. I can’t tell you the coalition is the one going to produce Peter Obi. When we reach to that stage, we discuss that.

“But the coalition is us coming together to save the country. We haven’t reached the stage we say it’s going to be this person. I believe that people who are coming together are decent people that want to work for the interest of the [country]. That’s my belief.

“And if that’s the case, I believe there will come a time all of us will sacrifice for the country. That’s how I see it. At that time, we will ensure that the best among us emerges as [candidate].

“The coalition wants to adopt a party. And we are going to do that very soon. Other parties will still join. The reason other parties have not joined is because there’s problem in their parties.

“I wish I can answer you that question, but unfortunately for now, I can’t. I know I have told you the coalition is not talking about who will be this or what. I will do what’s in the best interest of the country and what those I lead and are following me want. I don’t discuss such things on my own.

“Few times leaders have acted as if they were alone, without consultation. It’s not yet time. Now we just want to come together. For me, when that time comes, you will see, and I will consult. I will then tell what I am going to do. I have never done anything without consultation. If you were among those close to me, you would know that I consulted before I left the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. I didn’t just wake up in the morning and say I will do this. And if I become President, I wouldn’t just go around announcing things without consultation.”

Solve the mathematics, If Tinubu has been wining all his elections he personally contested all his life and those he supported or sponsored and Atiku Has been loosing all the elections he has ever contested in all his life, with all parameters remaining same, find out the result of the next election using the critical reasoning index table and prism binoculars.

When the allied forces had it, it was a necessity, an arm struggle between the allied and the axis. Imagine that Hitler had that weapon before everyone else. Considering his racist ideology, Africans and the Jews might have been wiped out of earth's surface by now. Since, the war ended, many scientists pivotal to its development regretted been part of its development after seeing what it can do after the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombing. It's a bomb a weapon you don't want in the hand of Islamic terrorists or any country like Iran that brazenly supports and sponsors them. It's only ignorant children that feel Iran has right to posses atomic weapon. Nuclear proliferation treats seek to reduce the number of country in possesion of it because rational people understand its deterrence nature, once you have it, you can behave anyhow with no one having audacity to check you. Terrorists shouldn't be in possession of Nuclear weapons.
