Funny enough, I am battling against protests elsewhere, lol, but I suppose the circumstances differ somewhat. Lol. I do not think that any business man will abandon his business because some set of disgruntled juveniles are throwing tantrums. |

budaatum: You are very wrong with the above if nothing else.
Football teams are not anyones private business even if acquired with your personal funds. Your supporters are very important you'd find, many of them having supported the team for generations and at least long before you invested your personal funds in the team which included the supporters that made it worth you investing in in the first place.
You will find that if you forget this little fact your investment in a football team will be worth much less than you invested and you'd eventually have to cut your loss and disinvest. So what are these protests gonna achieve? |
Sports › Fans Protest Against The Glaziers: If It Had Been Africans. by Penguin2(op): 6:30pm On May 02, 2021 |
This is sports related topic but permit me to post it in politics section because of the political and racial undertones I would wanna be bringing into it.
Manchester United club is owned by the Glazier Family who are Americans.
But it seems some English fans of the club are not happy that the club is owned by Americans. I say this because inasmuch as the recent protest is triggered by the botched ESL saga, the “Glaziers Out” banners have always been on display in recent years during football matches involving Manchester United especially when the fortunes of the club is not very pleasing to the fans.
Now why are the Glaziers always the target?
Until the ESL saga, no one has ever said Kreonke out or Abrahimovichi out. So why always them?
For crying out loud, this is their private business acquired with personal funds. How do you expect to boot a man out of his multibillion dollar business through protests? Even the UK govt can’t do anything about it.
Now imagine these fans were Africans...
Even fellow Africans will follow in accusing us of how we are uneducated black monkeys without knowledge of how private investments work.
If it had been Africans that invaded a pitch animalistically that way, the world would have been reminded of how much of a lesser humans we are.
I thought they said these people are educated?
Who will call the Europeans Monkeys now? |

By duly informing the security agencies or you took it upon yourself to further expose the girl to further violation What you people don't know is that Law is a two edge sword it can harm both side Inside the cross examination box is not a joking area, if you must lie please know how to cover it up very well, if not if you're caught Napping (i pity you because you may be going into remand for lieing to a judge after swearing, that is how bad) Princess has a case to answer if baba ijebu has a very good lawyer princess will be tried for Aid and abetting serial crime on a minor (note that all claims obtained from the girl on how princess may have subject her to Any turture of any form will be expunged) Any marl or wound on that girl will be examined and used as evidence of turture And another group may rise on defense of baba ijesa to now file another case against princess and Iyabo ojo....
You can't tell how a fight ends.,. Pls thank you for using your head. Most people would rather be emotional than rational. I like one angle you brought to the argument now:- “Who did Princess inform before making that video”? Because such videos are made with law enforcement officials in the know. Celebrities › Re: Who Wants Baba Ijesha Down? My Analysis Of The Punch Video. by Penguin2(op): 11:05am On May 02, 2021 |
Romanoff: Let me answer you.
Number1. I have a 6 year old cousin that is so big, you'd think she's 12 in JSS1, she go soon start to wear bra. Children these days grow like broiler chicken.
Number 2. According to the Child's right Act, the legal age of consent is 18, even in northern states, abuse of a minor is a crime, unless you're married to her, thanks to Sharia and Islamic culture of child marriages.
Number 3. Having carnal knowledge of a minor, even when she's consenting or in a so called relationship is rape, cause she's not old enough to give consent. He's been molesting that's girl for years, came back after 7 years and expected her to get use to him. Abused girls can be abused over and over again by the same abusers, that's why most fathers get away with abusing their daughters or most uncles get away with abusing their Nieces.
The would have destroyed the life of this minor, introduced her to sex early when she's not ready for it and push her into a morally decayed society. I have a cousin abused early. This girl's started sleeping with people's husbands by the time she was 15, exchanging sex for favours till she was caught and disgraced out of town by a wife who caught her. She had to move else where. Her life still never get meaning.
Number 4. You do not need to use force before it's abuse. Children who get abused trust who abuses them and what ever they tell them to. Touch my kokoro, kiss me, sit on my lap etc. Once you're doing indecent things to a minor, it is still abuse sir.
Number 5. Even in a Police investigation, after learning that he abused her 7 years ago, in order to get evidence, they would have done the same thing.
How else can you get evidence of an abuse? Please, tell me. If the man wa not guilty, he wouldn't have fallen into it.
In Conclusion,
If it was your that girl was your daughter or sister, I beg you in the name of God and all you hold dear, will you be doing these analysis or having any doubt after seeing the video?
Some are claiming Princess or Iyabo Ojo probably had or have an affair with Baba Ijesha. If it is true, these women are adults and are responsible for whoever they sleep with. What has their sexual relationship got to do with this poor girls whose life has been destroyed?
I have personally given myself to educating parents on how to prevent their kids from getting abused by teaching them how to teach their children sex education and to know when someone is abusing them, about to abuse them or touch them inappropriately and how they can get Thier kids to speak out if they've been abused.
We have Uncles, Aunties, Daddies, Mummies, house helps abusing children, if someone like you is doubting a repulsive video of a man abusing a minor, do you think your children will be able to tell you if something like that happened to them? Can they even trust you to believe them if they tell you?
This thing is much deeper than we are taking it o. I like your last line, “This thing is much deeper than we are taking it o”. Now with this your last line in mind, don’t you think the best position to take would be open mindedness rather than closing up your mind to one side of the argument? Any surprise you have people who know Baba Ijesha and Iyabo Ojo coming out to absolve Baba Ijesha of doing any wrong? Iyabo Ojo could just be a pained bitch. |

I also Watched the Video, and what I saw was a man who put his hands on his head and was Suprised at how grown the little lady he knew has become.
What I saw was a man ravaged by an uncontrollable urge of lust and Immorality.
What I saw was crazy fellow with a huge problem.

No oooo! It Constitutes Fellowship ! Probably if this unconstitutional force is used on your daughter, sister or wife, you ability to reason properly will return.

In Life, take Responsibility for your actions. When you fall , take responsibility for your Fall, Make Amends and rise.
I don't care to know whatever he did to them. I think it should be what the young did to Himself..

Your conclusion is irrational and irritating ! Just put your Daughter as the one u saw in that record , then make your Conclusion.
" Just a Child Molestation" ? Child Molestation is now termed " Just"! We Live in a world where evil is modified to sound Harmless. We live in a world where people lack empathy. We Live in World where people hardly feel the hurt and pains others , not until it hits them directly.
Let us be Carefully in our doings! The walls Have Ears ! This World is a very small world! What you say or do has a way of finding itself directly to you and hitting you where it pains most!
I RISE! Do not put your analysis in a way that suggests I gave imprimatur to sexual abuse of a minor. I still have issues with you lots who are viewing the whole event from an emotional prism rather than be reasonable. |

thebosstrevor1: There is no gang up against him.
Nobody forced him to touch the minor, he did it on his own freewill, he sucked her fingers, that is already suggestive, he caressed her, that is already sexual abuse.
He committed a crime, if he was a good man, he won't have done all the thing he did and their wouldn't have been evidence against him. They would have called the girl a liar.
But the video shows otherwise, he destroyed himself with his own hands. Admittedly so, but I still insist that the case is not as grievous as Iyaba Ojo and her gang of bandwagon are making it seem. |

thebosstrevor1: Some cases are bailable, bailable does not mean free, it means you still have to report to court as a semi free man and if the court finds you guilty of a crime, you will be imprisoned.
To be sincere, he committed a crime against a minor, that is sexual abuse, if he had slept with her, it is rape and he will be given life imprisonment. As the case unfold, we shall know whether he has slept with her and if he admit his guilt, it is all over for him. Of course I know that being granted bail doesn’t mean you are not guilty or that you are acquitted. My stance is that there is a gang up to destroy Baba Ijesha and I’m not gonna be part of that. And that doesn’t mean I’m excusing his crime though. Meanwhile wetin you do the guy wey dey cancel your posts ? |

Disclaimer: I do not support rape, child molestation or anything in that league. This is purely rational analysis of Punch video and not a defense for Baba Ijesha nor is it support for sexual harassment.
With the above disclaimer stated, can we delve into the matter...
So I just watched the over 7mins censored video posted by Punch capturing Baba Ijesha’s infamy and I beg to state my reservations.
1) I do not think that girl I saw in that video is 14. Pardon me, it’s just my thinking which might be wrong. But that girl looks somewhere around 16.
2) In Nigeria, the age of consent for women is 16 and not 18. It is adulthood that is 18 for women but 16 is their age of consent legally. That’s the reason you will always read those fighting a rape case claiming their victim is either 11, 13, 14 or 15. Yea. Think back, have you read of any rape case where claimants said the victim is 16? Lawyers in the house can help clarify us further.
NB: By rape here, I mean the abuse of a minor and not the general context of rape. Because in the general context of rape a 90 year old granny can be a victim of rape. I know.
3) Watching the video, I saw Baba Ijesha repeatedly express this surprise in his face like, “why are you behaving like this today”? A critical examination of that expression will tell you that those two have been having a thing which was why Baba Ijesha was surprised that his usual partner was now playing hard to get today.
4) Was there really a use of force? Yea, I understand the mean made some seductive touches but does that constitute force?
5) It was all planned out. Why was there a camera focused on that sofa of two? Why did everybody leave the house?
What did Baba Ijesha do to Iyabo Ojo and co?
Conclusion From the foregoing, I beg to conclude that Baba Ijesha and the said girl are regular sexual partners. Maybe somehow, the girl’s guardian got wind of it and pressed the girl until she confirmed having an affair with Baba Ijesha. Now, instead of the said guardian to call Baba Ijesha and question him privately or caution him, they asked the girl to act nothing happened and play along with them to capture the event on camera and release to the world.
I do not support crime, rape or molestation of a minor but should we suspend reason and join the herd to destroy a man whose colleagues seem to have more against than just child molestation?

Modified:
After some people argued that the age of consent in Nigeria is 18 and not 16 as I earlier stated, I had to make further research and found out that the Child Protection Law of 2003 which stipulates 18 years as age of consent is a problematic law that is hardly quoted as authority in law due to some religious and cultural implications.
So, I was amazed to find out that what is generally accepted as Nigeria’s age of consent is 11 years and not even 16 years as I earlier stated.
