PoliticsRe: DSS Arrests Emeh James Anyalekwa, Igbere TV Blogger; Site Shutdown by Pennywise(m): 5:03am On Oct 15, 2016
This Young Igberetv man should get a job. Wiping up ethnic sentiments in order to reap from it isn't a job.

His act is disrespectful to the Igbos especially those who gave their lives and limbs and in the end decided that the Nigerian State should remain one.

Today, people are dying needlessly on account of his actions. Why shouldn't he be brought to book?

He should be charged alongside Nnamdi Kanu bc what Kanu has done is no different.

i wonder when burutai, dambazau and kyari will be dealt with by buhari for their corrupt acts.
This is probably another aspiring SAN - specialist in wheeling and dealing Judges.

There must be order in the bar and bench and order we will have.

Some of these corrupt people are calling on the HOA to do the 'needful'. Do the needful and get thrown out of the HOA. Nigerians are already tired of you
PoliticsRe: NBA Declares State Of Emergency, Demands Immediate Release Of Judges by Pennywise(m):
Nigerians need to come out in the streets to demonstrate against the enemies of Nigeria.

The NBA is number one among them - a den of corruption. Fixers of Judgements.

Little boys and girls are being made SAN everyday who in turn pull off spectacular judgements using paid judges. How long do they expect this would last.

These lawyers are not speaking for the integrity of the bench they are afraid for themselves because they know they are well known to law enforcement and they will be next.

Real legal practice in Nigeria is dead. Just corrupt wheelers and dealer SAN lawyers and tainted Judges.
A complete mockery of the Judiciary. If Rotimi Williams the first SAN was alive he would have disassociated himself from that title.

This raid is a victory of good over evil, a necessary first step that should have been done a long time since Buhari was sworn in.

The NBA after declaring their state of emergency should do the next logical thing and disband.

The federal judge in Rivers state never bothered to call the police or dss high command regarding his plight but instead called gov Wike who came with a retinue of aids at 1pm.That speaks volumes concerning the judges innocence.
Wike has turned this Judge into his dog.

All these judges are a mockery to the Judiciary.
PoliticsRe: Money Recovered From DSS Raid On Judges Revealed by Pennywise(m):
The police commissioner in Rivers state should be made to immediately begin to explain his role in the bungled arrest contrived with Nyesom Wike. The federal govt must make an example of this police commissioner.

In the mean time he should be suspended and all police orderlies attached to Wike replaced.

These measures should have been taken within 3 months of Buhari being sworn in.

The fight against corruption must wait until the judiciary is properly sanitised.

We campaigned against buhari but people said we hate him, but the people are now seeing why we don't want him, he is a dictator which can never change and he is also brain dead.
You should be thankful to Buhari. You are the one that is brain dead and the people he is after are the ones that caused your affliction.
PoliticsRe: Femi Fani-kayode Condemns The Raiding Of Judges Homes By DSS by Pennywise(m): 5:52pm On Oct 08, 2016
More arrests will come. you people have not seen anything yet. Buhari should have started with Judges. Only one place is fit for FFK-JAIL. This corrupt dolt thinks that pitching with the opposition and being outspoken against the Govt will intimidate a democratically elected govt. He should be in jail already for his crimes against the state and the people. Millions of dollars stolen by this thief as aviation minister remains unaccounted for.

Victorblaze14:
Never in the history of Nigeria there been a
deliberate attempt to emasculate and destroy state
institutions like we are seeing under General Buhari,
it appears there is a systematic plot to silence
everyone except Buharis cows.
These people are playing a script, the arrest of the
Next CJN on trumpt up charges of corruption was
well timed to give Buhari the perfect excuse not to
present his name for confirmation as CJN as such
keeping him incommunicado will allow the current
Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Mahmud
Mohammed due for retirement by November 10, to
handover to The next in rank to Onnoghen Hon.
Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad from Bauchi
State. a Northern Muslim as acting CJN .
Justices Onnoghen who is the second in rank and
has been nominated by the Federal Judical Service
commission (FJSC) as successor to the outgoing
Chief Justice of Nigeria just last week
Most likely the hawks were taken unawares by the
FJSC nomination and decided to strike before the
national judical council (NJC) makes the final
Nomination
Since after Justice Irikefe in 1985, the North has
produced virtually all the CJNs till date: Justice
Mohammed Bello (1987-1995), Justice Muhammadu
Lawal Uwais (1995-2006), Justice Salisu Modibo Alfa
Belgore (2006-2007), Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi
(2007-2009), Justice Aloysius Iyorgyer Katsina-Alu
(2009-2011), Justice Aloma Mariam Mukhtar
(2012-2014) and the presiding deity, Justice Mahmud
Mohammed (2014 till date).
No matter what a judge is perceived to have done
against the APC whether true or imaginary it does
not warrant the kind of criminal treatment been
meted out to them, the Gestapo manner in which
the homes of Judges were raided and members of
their families beaten up points to the fact that
Nigeria has indeed gone to the dogs a nation where
the only laws that exists are the laws that suits the
hawks.
The invasion of the homes of the high & Supreme
court Judges at an unholy hour is part of a wider
plot to turn the judiciary into a bingo in the hands of
Buhari and his gang, initially they plotted to use the
courts to sweep the leadership of the the National
Assembly into Kuje prison, when it failed the turned
on the courts.
Everyone knows the incompetent and clueless
Buhari will be the simplest President to be
impeached if the National Assembly decides to thus
his attempt to plant a stooge as CJN and destroy an
institution.
Whether Buhari will be allowed to destroy what is
left of Nigeria will be known in the next few days
Stop writing crap. This is utter nonesense. The chinese you are praying to salvage this country are shooting their people over lesser offences. Americans are routinely handing over jail terms of 300yrs for corrupt acts. Go figure.U want to live like Americans, then u must pay the price they pay. Ode. mumu.

PoliticsRe: Femi Fani-kayode Condemns The Raiding Of Judges Homes By DSS by Pennywise(m): 5:30pm On Oct 08, 2016
Fanikayode like his father before him is a disgrace to all Yorubas and to Nigeria as a whole. A young man who never truly worked all his life but lived off proceeds of corruption is not in a position to advice Nigerian youths.

The government of Nigeria must take immediate steps to fish out the law enforcement agents under its payrol who Wike used to frustrate them from doing their lawful duties. They must be identified and dealt with before the next round of arrests.

If Buhari fails in his efforts to sanitize this country, then war and utter chaos is inevitable. Una never see suffer.

I am surprised most people do not see what is at play here. Who in Nigeria really gives a Bleep whether a woman is a lesbo or not?

This is all about seeking an asylum. Their daughter in Italy must have contrived this whole nonesensical scheme which in these hard times could have cost no more than 20 dollars for family elders.

These people should stop embarrassing Nigerians. This is the 21st century for Christ sake.

EducationRe: A Prof Has Plagiarised My Research. by Pennywise(m): 8:54am On Sep 13, 2016
This is more like contempt for the main author than plagiarism. If he wanted to edit you out from the pdf document, he could have done that easily as there are readily available softwares on the net for that.

Why worry if your name is still on the journal as the main author. He probably feels it will amount to promoting a subordinate over himself if he referenced you in these other academic communes he took the paper. People who are truly critical and relevant to these issues know what is at play. So why bother?

In a way he has used his status to ventilate an otherwise obscure paper to your advantage. If u keep towing this line, more senior colleagues will begin to treat you like a leper.

No, this doesn't have all the ingredients of plagiarism.

More atrocious corrupt acts have been known to happen in Russia. This may appear shocking when looked at by western standards where any corrupt act is vigorously investigated and prosecuted. In Russia, they are swept under the carpet and thereafter blame western media.Lol

With so many conscientious whistleblowers all over the place they want to know if they can be found and filtered at interview. It's an ingenious HRM interview question.

Op its up to u what you tell them. But if u really want this job don't go there and give some cocky answer. At best it will make you seem arrogant, at worst a potential traitor.

If u truly see yourself as a part of the company, lying to protect it should be the least u can do. Say yes, Ode.
