Alani Akinrinade has always been consistent in his demand for restructuring. He condemned Obasanjo's conference as a sham.
Even whilst some of our elders in the SW were singing praises of the outcome of 2014 confab report, he gave it the knocks saying the Yoruba did not get what they desired from the conference - a recourse to full regionalism.
For your info, he is closer to Tinubu than Obasanjo but went against the former when he and APC took a stand against the conference.

Let us not forget boko haram. They have not been defeated but only weakened. When the war breaks out(God forbid), boko haram will quickly overrun and
