Same thing happened to me in October this year. I lost everything. I latter sold my car , borrowed money to buy a Nigerian used bus for transportation, but I didn't know the engine mounting were bad , so on my way to Iyano era to fix seats on the bus, the engine and gear fell off. After spending all I had, the bus is still yet not in good condition and I can't use it for business. Worst thing is I will start the loan repayment early next year , in two weeks time. Suicide thought is going through my mind. I hate insult and I can't bear insults and disgrace that would follow if I can't put this bus in order and use it to generate income to pay those that lent me money.

Don't Bleep with that nigga especially if na Esan man or Benin man . Don't dare to avoid stories that touches the heart.

How are you sure they have not confessed ? For Adedoyin to have been arrested it means someone has confessed him and the master mind of the murder. Or don't you know how big Adedoyin is ? No police officer would be bold enough to arrest that man without being fingered . If dangote driver killed someone, will dangote be arrested ? First, the man (Adedoyin) claimed he knew nothing about the man as the deceased made payment into his account but that of the receptionist. So, if Timo died of natural causes, there is no way Adedoyin wouod have been involved as his staff would have hidden everything from him since the payment from the deceased never got to his (Adedoyin) account. For the receptionist to mention his name which led to his his subsequent arrest, it means he was directly involved. Again, when a meeting of hotel owners was called , did Adedoyin not attend? Did he not denied ever having such a guy in his hotel ? Or, are you saying the staff of his hotel have been hiding payments from Timothy from him(Adedoyin) since he has been coming there to lodge ? Or you mean Timothy has never registered his lodgement in the hotel for once in thier record book ? Was it that the man can't check his books and see if such name had actually lodged in his hotel before denying ever having such a guest ? The police and the hospital can release whatever they like , but we all know what happened. For the Osun state PPRO to have gone on air and declared that his body was intact while the contrary is tye case is a pointer to what we are to expect. About taking responsibility, the hotel is a business, which I'm 100% certain, the man is not involved in the day-to-day mgt. If a company driver kills someone on speed, will the company owner be arrested? There is something called 'corporate veil' in law.

The staffers are the first suspects, and autopsy will also serve as a marker.

My fact here remains, the man should not be in detention until such time it is certain he ordered the killing. Even at that, he should be promptly charged to the court.

Exactly. If the guy hadn't been paying into that account, there is no way he would have paid into that account that night. If he has been paying into that account and getting the hotel's receipt, then that lady's account is a collecting account for the hotel for obvious reasons.

I was one of those people who due to emotions and the tragic nature of the poor guy's death concluded the hotel owner is a ritualist. After following the story in totality, I had a question mark on the part where the guy paid directly into the receptionist's account. As at then, I wasn't even sure (until now) the hotel has its own official bank account.

I paused and asked some rational questions like what if the owner truly doesn't know about this crime because it is also plausible to conclude his members of staff (the receptionist and the manager) might have been depriving him of payments made by customers. If he was truly a ritualist, the owner won't be that daft to pick someone who came to his hotel to lodge just like that, kill and also conveniently ask his staff to bury the corpse in the facility without having a thought that the police will trace such a victim to them. More so, this a case of someone who had also used the same hotel twice in the preceding 6weeks.

Obviously, this look like a bad business gone wrong (for the receptionist and the manager and maybe alongside the security guards). Something transpired between that lady receptionist, the victim and the manager the night of November 5 that led to his death before daybreak which only those workers can tell the world. Apparently, when they realised that they, in their shallow thinking, have left no trace of the victim in the hotel records, decided to bury him and lie.

If I were in charge of this investigation, I would consider getting the bank statements of all the accounts of the receptionist and the manager and study the trends of lump sums into them. Maybe contact some of those who made any suspicious amounts with a view to ascertaining the possibility of them receiving payments that were meant for the hotel.

I pray the victim gets the justice he deserves and hopefully we get to know/hear the actual story of what transpired. And if the hotel owner is guilty of this crime, may he end up bagging a death sentence and may his offsprings never be spared of divine vengeance! AMEN.

See, all these are mere stories. It was the receptionist that opened up which led to the arrest of all involved and where the guy was buried. If the receptionist never mentioned chairman, there is no way police would arrest the hotel owner. This is very unfortunate. OAU students should protest and demand justice.

It is a common practice for payment to be made into the account s of hotel attendants , I have done it several times. Most hotels owners have several businesses where money are being paid into their accounts so the only way they can monitor where so and so money comes from is to be able to trace the transaction to thier names. If the attendant on duty is. Chidera and the man saw chidera in his account, he must know the funds if from the hotel . The lady using her account to collect money is not an excuse for the man at all. The man didn't know a corpse was buried in his hotel too? If the man was innocent, that lady won't implicate him

Was it not tye lady that confessed tyean that also told the police where the guy was buried ? Did they see the corpse where she described or not ? If a lady said two things ,and one is confirmed and directly linking to the other , what evidence do you want the more ?
