Which riverrine community are you talking about. Right now south and east of Nigeria have full gsm coverage. All the places where is being produced have full gsm coverage.

Politics / Re: A Nigerian Scammer Would Have Done Better Than The Kenyan by PFRB: 1:46pm On Jul 20, 2019
netpro:

The rubbish you are typing is irritating.

- Unless he has an Admin privilege on the said website, he can't access the server log on that useless website.
- Unless he already had access to the details of the phantom INEC server, there will be no way he can make a backtrace of the content to INEC.
- The statements by Atiku's witnesses on the electronic results at the tribunal is no longer consistent with their initial claims. Even Chidoka wanted to modify his statement.
- Without the testimony or a sworn statement of the whistle blower, the results Atiku is presenting is useless. As it stands now, even the fraudulent website does not have any owner, who may have stand in and make the claim.

Atiku needs to tender an unreserved apology to the millions who voted him. They do not deserve to have hopes toyed with in this manner.
You just have below elementary knowledge of ICT. The guy wants to stay on the legal side of the issue. Let me tell you just knowing your email address is enough for any body with higher ICT knowledge to read your mails. People like you are the reason Nigeria remains backward.

Politics / Re: Atiku’s Witness Says He Needs Inec’s Permission To Read ‘server Documents by PFRB: 8:08am On Jul 20, 2019
tomju:
The process he is describing is hacking. However, he wants to deploy ethical hacking now to try to prove his case, after they may have altered the source documents illegally.

He has traced the source of the data to INEC server. He did not hack because he is not the one that posted that data on a website. What he is saying is that he saw the data on a website and being an ICT professional he was able to trace that source to INEC server. Source tracing is a simple thing to do in ICT. That is te way sources of viruses are traced. This is a simple thing to do in ICT but in court he must get permission of the server owner to decrypt it if not he is liable to illegal access. The guy is a sound professional who is explaining to a court he feels is fair but the court will not be fair.
Politics / Re: A Nigerian Scammer Would Have Done Better Than The Kenyan by PFRB: 7:54am On Jul 20, 2019
When you do not understand an issue, you better keep quiet or ask questions. The guy is an ICT expert and knows exactly what he is talking about. According to him someone downloaded the contents of a server and posted on a website. Being an ICT expert he was able to trace the contents to a server. He checked and saw that the server from which the contents were downloaded belongs to INEC. This is a simple thing to do in ICT.
If you download data from a server, an ICT expert will be able to trace the route and get to the source. The source is the server from which you downloaded it. A very simple thing in ICT is what you are wetting your pats about.

Onitsha tout!
So Biafra na Ibo indigeneous name?

Look, ive scouted all shoprites in Lagos. The one i could not reach due to traffic i sent delegates to go with matches and kerosene and instructed on the steps to take beginning first with turning camera on record, which is to be followed with yanking the rag down from its spot and placed on the floor from where they will use left foot to drag it on floor, from inside store till outside in parking lot where they will bring out blokos and urinate on it before pouring kerosene and then torch it. All recorded! We cant find biafran rag in any shoprite in Lagos. OP is a liar!

The day i find biafran rag in shoprite your half yellow sun will be humiliated on social media. So if you respect that rag you better not fly it in Lagos.

All these jut for a simple flag.?

The server result cannot be the authentic result because most of the results in the server were transmitted at the collation areas were rigging takes place and there's nobody monitoring the inec officials transmitting meaning fake figures can be injured.
Again, these server results are all copied from the f ec8a which means the form ec8a or manual result is the authentic one.atiku not relying on them knows that he lost
There will be 400 witnesses. This is just witness number 23 and you already drawing conclusions

JOE IGBOKWE IS HUNDRED PERCENT CORRECT. IBOES CANNOT EAT THEIR CAKE AND HAVE IT. APART FROM THAT, RUGA SETTLEMENT WOULD CREATE MORE JOBS FOR OUR YOUTHS.

This is what they do bro. Even the Igbos in the diaspora never lose that hateful indoctrination. They could be doctors, engineers and bankers in some of the most prestigious companies yet they will still retain that primordial hate of Yoruba/Hausa/Fulani that has been instilled in them from birth. They are an embarrassment.
So you take this naked lie. Ask him how long NYSC has been in existence. Do you know that hausas do win elections in Umuahia.

The ability of you Igbos to shamelessly spin reality will never cease to amaze me. You are the most itinerant ethnic group in Nigeria bar non. You then drag it with indigenes anywhere you go claiming their land is "no man's land" and that you developed it and therefore deserve to be Governor, Senator, commissioner etc. Yet you don't see the irony of how it is you people , who will be the biggest victims of a hostile attitude to non-indigenes, who will suffer the most for your current anti-Fulani noise. Continue.

Trading is all you know. Common sense and linking simple A and B is Rocket science for you self-destructive folks. Goodluck to you. When Northerners start their tit-for-tat against you, as will surely happen since you are trading and thriving in their land while asking them to stay out of yours, kindly stay away from the SW and head straight to Ala Igbo. Actions have consequences so be brave enough to own the consequences of your actions when such comes.
May be you forgot that Joe Igbokwe is Igbo or Joe Igbokwe forgot that you an Igbo hater.

This is a very silly testimony cheesy

How powerful is one polling unit inspector to cut you off N power?

He also said he is not happy with the outcome of the results meaning he is a baised agent from the onset.

He could have made a little sense if he said he was indifferent. cheesy

He also said he is a true Muslim, yet he was more than willing to forge a document for a mere stipend! not even a direct threat to his life cheesy

How do PDP come up with such stupid witnesses?

He said he was not happy with what happened. What happened is that he was compelled to sign the result.
Politics / Re: Osun election: is Justice Obiora a Saboteur or just Incompetent? by PFRB: 1:17pm On Jul 05, 2019
id911:

No, I don't. He couldn't have done it alone without collaborating with his colleagues at the tribunal. All of them knew the implications. It was done because of powerful external influence. They knew Adeleke had already fulfilled the requirements of the law at first ballot and the rerun was unnecessary, it was only technicality that could help. Ask yourself why the Chairman of the tribunal still went ahead to give Obiora the mandate to write the lead judgment and the chairman ridiculously dissented in his own minority judgement he later delivered to serve as a leeway for Oyetola at the higher court.

The supreme court has rigged again.

While the US who are owners of the preside tial system have 2 senators per state, Nigeria has 3. Meanwhile some states in the US are larger than the whole Nigeria. Yet they have only 2 senators each.
