THE problem is these people don't want to move to the suburb. IKORODU like BADAGRY are suburb of Lagos metropolis and have close to everything you said in them （from mini-stadium to BRT system to jetty/ferry terminals to large electricity penetration, vast networks of roads, tertiary hospitals like GENERAL HOSPITAL as well as primary and secondary health centres including MCC, schools, recreation facilities both government and private-owned, hospitality facilities etc,）and houses are very cheap there in consideration with places on the ISLAND and its neighbouring MAINLAND LGAs like SURULERE, YABA, FESTAC, MILE2 and APAPA. But trust these people to always tell you those suburbs （including AGBADO, IGANDO etc,）are too far away, that TFare will drain your income or that they already got house there but can't be going home everyday because of stress. Even with BRT system that connects them to the suburbs, they still find excuse.
