Well I think the 3 million transaction won't reflect in his/her SOA cos this happend 7 months ago.
The SOA will only capture transactions within the past 6 months and this won't be an issue since the transaction occurred 7 months ago.
The 7 million will simply reflect as "closing amount or opening amount" on the 6 months SOA.

Gift deed in this case would actually raise unnecessary dust since the SOA won't capture the said transaction anyways.

@phemocheee, I don't think there any need to do a gift deed anymore since its been in your account for that long. Its as good as its yours since forever. Please invest the money already. Imagine you could have made an extra 300k plus if you had fixed it in an investment for 6months. Investment letter from the investment is good to use for EE as well, people on here use treasury bills certificate for POF. You can still include your SOA as well to show proof salary earnings et al. So its a win win for you. Not too late to take action. Hurry.

Over inflated tyres. Your tyres should be inflated to 35psi max cold air inflation pressure.

Also slow down when you get to a bad portion or bump.

By new tyres, are you referring to the likes of Michelin, Pirelli or are those China tyres okay?

I use Acura TSX 2005 with tyre size of 215/50 r17. Over the last one year, I have changed my front tyres like 3 times. I bought the tokunbo tyres from Ladipo.

However, I noticed that each time I run into pothole, my front tyres often come out with bulge by the side.

Someone said it was due to the aspect ratio of my tyre/rim but I'm not so sure about this. Is 215/50 tyre spec bad for Nigeria roads?

Please is there anybody that has experienced this before and what did you do to stop it.

I'm aware that for a family of 3, POF is about 6million. I had about 3 to 4million as my savings while I received another 3million from my Dad about seven months ago. That means a total of about 7million has been sitting in my account for up to seven months.

Now to my question, do I need to do gift of deed to explain the 3 million I received 7months ago or should I just print my statement of account since the total required funds has been in my account for more than 6 months?

I guess I will just capture this new job in my Personal history as advised and move on.

He/She has been correctly advised that the new job should go under personal history. It is very unlikely that the OP would have used a job started in June (3 months ago) to gain points for an ITA received in the last few weeks (at least since he hasn't submitted, he is still within 8 weeks or 60 days post ITA). The new job belongs under personal history while the old job (with which he received points on the EE profile) is the one for which a letter of reference should be obtained.

A simpler option would be to use only the previous job experience. How long were you with the last employer?
If you have over 3 years there, get the reference letter from the last employer and just capture your current job in personal history

Please I need advice here. I got my ITA already and I've started putting my documents together.

The main issue I have is that I changed job sometimes in June and currently on probabtion. Hence, i can't request for reference letter from my current employer.

I plan to write a letter about my inability to obtain reference letter and also attach the following evidences to further prove that I have an active job:

1. Employment Letter
2. Pay slips
3. Complimentary Card
4. Official ID

Please can you confirm to me if the method I intend to adopt is okay or should i get someone in my company (probably a senior manager) to issue the reference letter for me?
