its depends on the type of job. But indeed.de is mostly good for Asap jobs and part time work, and its also fast to apply with, works aswell for White collar jobs, but you would see more of that on LinkedIn

It would be really hard to rent without being in Germany or having a friend that would/could solicit for you.

But you can start making plans and applying and talking to landlords on ImmobilienScout24 app, but its for mostly single owner homes . if you are new i wont advise that as you dont have a feeling of how things should go. You would need different documents and alot of structural/time wasting procedures, some landlords could also be scams, and most apartments dont come with Kitchen, you'd have to know the difference between Kaltmiete / Warmmiete (cold and warm rent) have to handle Strom (Electricity) separately and also have to pay for radio bill and wifi alone, thats a whole lot for a newbie, especially if you aren’t packing to enter Germany, you wont want to spend and stress that much on your first round except living alone and comfort is your no play area.

Best and Quickest option is to go for WG‘s by using the app wg-gesucht.[img][/img]

Its mostly current home owners or landlords who put out rooms for rent, less overhead and structural stress and most non racists would take you in if you vibe with them, its relatively cheaper and you pay one bill that covers everything, your room, electricity, wifi, etc.
Downside is you won’t enjoy privacy in common areas and a dirty flatmate is annoying but hey thats the tradeoff.

Id always advise everyone to start with a WG (Wohngemeinschaft / Shared-living), then balance and know the country, work well, be grounded then after 6 months or more you can take up your own personal home from a better leverage point. You can start organizing appointments in wg-gesucht even before leaving Nigeria, target rooms/posts that are looking for people from now not future dates, and if you find one and pass the vibe check of flatmates in some cases, you can pack in instantly or at most the next day that solves your issue, a place to rest without stressing your head

Yes, you should. You would get denied if your sponsorship letter is older than 6 Months from the date of collection (Behind the SL). Organize with your sponsor to get a new one ASAP before you are asked to submit.

So its been about a year since i started this juorney and alot has changed in my prospective of crypto, i am also really thankfull and stayed because i didnt give up and my knowledge has since then been on paar. Looking back makes me feel cringe becuase i remeber how new i was in the space and how little i knew, ive gone through ups and downs, turned 4 figs to 6 figs and lost all for a while, fought back and turned it back to 6 figs, i am on a juorney to achiecve 8 figs minimum this year, sounds so far fetched , but where there is a will there is a way, this year could be a " what a time to be alive year" when looked back at in 2 years from now, as there are so much opportunities left and right , its really crazy how its not being utilized in this space. But as a wise man once said, we as humans live forward and learn backwards which is sad haha, but i would try my best to utilize this year. Alpha for anyone that reads, look into Quilibrium by Cassie Heart, it would be the biggest alpha this season, it is not on twitter, it is on Warpcast by Farcaster, or search twitter for $QUIL and you would see more about it. it has the backing from the $TAO OG's, its in its infant stages and you are as early as you can be, OTC hasnt even started. To me this is the biggest oppurtunity one can get right now, dont over look it, and if you do then you get what you deserve. Hard and Smart work always pays offf

The Chinese are really dangerous haha, I also don't understand their game. With Floki there's a bit of hype out there and it might do numbers, Kishu also but I'm skeptical. Arbitrum is a new market and the top players are just being formed right now like GMX, Zyber, sharky, Vela, etc but there has been so much rugging and scamming lately that these coins are facing withdrawal issues making them really low right now, that what they are supposed to be, I would say this dip is a nice entry point but there also the risk of some of them closing up, because of low liquidity from fearful investors. Meme coins would be great but my target is meme coins on Arbitrum cause it's a newer niche it has more potential of serious Bleep. Im in different groups and also follow different blogs that's how I find them, my main focus is being early to catch the presales before they even get listed or audited, (This has its own risks though). AI is also pretty cool, but most of them are on the Eth mainchain and the gas feels are discouraging a lot of investors. If they move to other chains as I suspect they would, that could be a Killer deal

I’m not trying to break this group up or divide our people, here would always stand, kudos to Nairaland it has helped me in different ways especially traveling. But Nairaland is a forum where everyone can be talking about different topics at the same time which is a bit cluttered, messages misplace, information flies up and down, and the conversations don't have structure (that is okay for some topics). compared to a discord channel for exchanging Crypto information that's a lot of disadvantages.

It's more personal and we would be able to talk, exchange ideas, and really know one another, I’m just trying to find people who are enthusiastic about what I like as well and connect with me in a friendlier way.

In the crypto defi world it is normal to have such spaces and I am already in some others, and I know how much I have gained. However, they are hardly our people so I wanted to create one where like-minded people can talk and better communication can take place than here in the forum. it has really helped me, I got vela, Grail, Tender.fi, and co as early as last year. You can take guess how these coins turned out.

I’m not forcing anyone to join or move and here would always have its use, it's all choices, all I’m saying is it's normal in the crypto world to have such spaces. Anyways this is not gonna everyone's taste and those who prefer the forum can always get the information from here.

Yes, that is true in theory, but BNB or Arbiterium fees are also very low - that alone should not be the deciding factor. There are currently 1 billion GMLR in circulation, max supply is infinite.
So to reach 10-20$ is almost impossible, even if it would rise so far it would mean that other coins have made 100-200x minimum. Because other coins have more added value and less supply. GLMR has been on the market since last year. Shortly after the release it went from around 10$ in short time to the current under 1$. This is an indicator that the project is no longer being worked on and accordingly it will no longer attract large Investors. They probably bought it in the pre-sale and sold it long ago, but they probably won't buy it again.
But there are already some projects on the market that have risen from under 1$ to 10$-20$ dollars in the last weeks/months alone and will continue to rise accordingly, especially in a bull run.

No, i don't think they can sustain it, but they never planned to sustain it, it's just a 1-month-old coin so the APR incentives are subject to change with more adoption. More wallets and stakers = lesser APR... That's what they wrote in the tokenomics, so its better to start as early as possible. As for dumping, I don't think so, they have serious use case and with the release of the launchpad next week there would be an explosion in the price, my guess, it's hard for the coin to be dumped. I foresee massive adoption and 12x before the end of the year, but who knows 🤷🏽‍♂️

I did some research and followed the market and some things weren't adding up for me. For example, when I tracked top transactions those wallets don't hold any of these mainstream coins, the real crypto whales move in a certain way that why they are able to 1000x their money even in a bear market.
I've also got some blockchain knowledge, and Ethereum is really losing in the new race. The gas fees and speed is nothing to write home about. Anyways every top wallet is holding 90 percent of Arbi coins, which tells a lot about the shift in the market, and just like you've seen those coins are doing magic in a bear market without getting noticed.

I am really bullish on Zyber cause it's just 8$ because the market is bleeding due to Bitcoin, a week ago it attained its ATH at 23$, and its just about 20 days in the market. If you buy this dip, you would likely get 2x of your money in no time. Not financial advice though, just my 2 takes.

He has to do till B1 in Goethe(Lagos) for like year get the Certificate the apply for Studienkolleg in Germany because he doesn't have the necessary qualifications to enter directly into a German University. Google what a Studienkolleg is, and you would get more information
