Are they aware that you can't just sack Civil servants that aren't up to the mandatory retirement age or service length? Have they heard of "compensation" and lawsuit before? Do Buhari think that NLC are just for tea-party? Do they think that they can fire anybody with corruption allegation without first obtaining indictment/conviction in line with the civil service rule? Do they think the National Industrial Court is thre to occupy space?

I am of the strong opinion that GEJ was completely fooled not only by Diezani and her cohorts but also by the sycophants he surrounded himself with. The man must surely be biting his fingers wherever he is currently. In not making our refineries work, the oil cabals saw a huge avenue to corruptly enrich themselves and they seized the opportunity through oil subsidies.

It is not unknown what PMB’s stand on fuel subsidy is. He has consistently maintained that the oil subsidy was a fraud and that he would look into why our refineries have not worked. PMB recently rubbished the fuel subsidy scam when he said “I don’t know what fuel subsidy means”

The Executive secretary of the Cocoa Association of Nigeria, Mr Michael Olusegun Adewunmi was kidnapped by unknown gunmen at Akinjo Junction, Oshokoti area in Akure the Ondo state capital, last night June 18th. The kidnappers forced him out of his Toyota Lexus SUV, took his Ipad and mobile phones. No word has been heard from his kidnappers.

It's almost a month of Buhari's Presidency and we can't even boast of senior government officials' appointment like SGF, CoS etc not to talkof Ministers or Special Advisers. President Muhammadu Buhari has directed that
nine of the VIP transport aircraft under the
presidential fleet should be sold.
Industry sources informed THISDAY that the
presidential fleet, which are registered as Nigerian
Air Force aircraft, is one of the largest in Africa and
the third largest in Nigeria after Arik Air and
Aerocontractors.
According to an aviation source, who is aware of
the directive to sell the aircraft, the presidency has
a number of serviceable and unserviceable aircraft
that need to be disposed of in order to reduce the
amount spent by the federal government for
aircraft maintenance annually.
“Nine, which still have market value, are to be sold
immediately to reduce maintenance costs,” he
said.
For years, the federal government has spent over
N12 billion annually for the maintenance of the
