RTSC:Ighalo is building a brand and leaving a legacy and that is important. Besides they might not bench him. He has allready made money. When nigerian players are not playing for big teams you complain. Now that one is you are complaining again. Let him take his chance and fight for a place. Abeg ighalo go make am. Make u leave the guy. Why should he be afraid of rashford or anybody else. He will prove himself |

andrewbaba44:He has to move fast. Nigeria is producing many unkown players that will burst on the scene. Terem moffi and stephen odey might ivertake him if they raise their game. Even Taiwo awoniyi is comming back to form. Our football academies are producing stars everyday and this is an exciting time for nigerian football. Other unkown but talented players that are not strikers are Alhassan yusuf Jordan attah kadiri Hilaey gong (the new finidi) Paul omo mukairo James Igbekeme (real valadolid) We should specially appreciate gbs academy as it us a talent factory The future of nigerian football is bright. Football academies are the basis of developing football and this can make up for our poor league or even improve the npfl |
andrewbaba44:Rohr should continue with his job. We need continuity. Rednapp does not understand african football. After rohr someone like amunike can take over. This decision is nonsense |
I dont think it is too early. Just last season he scored 11 goals in 16 matches for muscron (in belgium) and they have been benching him this season. Besides age is still on his side I just want to add that this is the advantage of NOT using overage players in our youth competitions The players develop with time and dont fizzle out. If he maintains his form, he has 10 to 12 years at the top tbaba1234: |
Yeah, you are right. I was surprised. I guess he is getting his career back. From what i knew of him in u17 level he is like Didier Drogba the ultimate power striker He played well in muscron (in Belgiium) and maybe he is fulflilling his potential at last tbaba1234: |
Nigerian players are skilled BUT TECHNICALLY DEFICIENT AND THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM. Nigerians play football with their raw skills alone. Ahmed musa is fast and mobile but his crosses are not accurate. Pius ikedua is skillfull but lacks vision. Egwueke (who played under keshi) was strong and tall but could not mark or pass well and had bad positioning etc Most of our talented players are badly coached. The average nigerian coach is outdated and lacks knowledge of the modern game. We need to arrange tutorials for all our coaches. Our coaches need massive reorientation for our football to develop We need a new generation of tactically sound nigerian coaches who can turn a skillfull ball jugler into eden hazard. This is what is missing. The foreign born players are simply under better coaches and career managers and that is all. In fact Ibrahimovic was just a dribbler until he went to ac milan and a coach transformed him yo a gial scoring machine. This issue needs to be addressed |
We now have a team that can dominate african and world football fot 10 to 15 years. Rohrs team will stand the test of time. This is unlike keshis team that disintegrated in 3 years. A combinstion of rohs good policies and efforts being made to develop our youth football by academies youth competions and use of foreign based players gives us a large pool of talents. The mri machine that stops age cheating is yielding good dividends. Rohr is creating a legacy that will stand. This team will last a decade or more as the players are still young. At the end of the day history will be kind to Rohr as laying the foundation of a great era |
Yes it is the portugues and futch srcond division are allright for a teenager that he was then. This boy's case will be like that of ighalo and he will prove everybody wrong. You dont give up on a player at 22. It is too early. He has the potential to be like kevin de bruyne or bruno fernandes. He will be a fine centeal midfielder/playmaker. Watch out fir him when the league resumes. In fact huesca might gain promotion to la liga ChrisKels: |
Victir osimhen has finally joined liverpool. By tomorrow afternoon everything will be sealed |
Stephen odey might be first. Hes in belgium now and he might be world class in a few years. There is also another guy but u wont mention his name fir now I change my mind the secind is Jordan attah kadiri. He is on his way. The point is most good home based players are a product of football academies. Some of them just happen to play in the nigerian league Tamunotonye22: |
Watch out for alhassan yusuf |
How good is emmanuel dennis. There is a lot of noise about him. Anybody who had watched him play should talk. andrewbaba44: |
