PassingShot: What robery? MTN, just as other telecom companies, knew before hands the penalty for not complying with the directives. They took their chance as they've done on many occasions b4 but got their fingers burnt this time. How many companies are worth 1.04 trillion? How many years will it take them to recover from incurred losses if they pay it. Why such a ridiculous amount in the first place? If the intension behind the fine is legit then the levy should have been a more realistic figure. This is an obvious witch hunt to send MTN packing. |

This is day light robbery, the fine is ridiculous
The only reason such a fine will be required of MTN is to ruin the company. |

Diplomaticbeing: Thanks for your observation. However, it seems like you and I shares contrary views of what a sustainable relationship love is in it's entirety. To me, my relationship love is earned not given, and to sustain it one must maintain and renew it almost every other day. I think this explains why one can fall in and out of love. For example, the best way to preserve the freshness of a cooked soup is by freezing it, with this method such soup can stay fresh and retain it's taste even after a week, while the alternative means of preserving a soup is through rewarming it on fire after each cut (those who lives/have lived without electricity and will understand this point clearly) which is the analog means can still preserve the same cooked soup but surely after a day or two it will lose it's freshness and taste.
As far as relationship love is concerned, I don't just love someone without reasons (my own love is not blind), but I do fall in love with one when the right attributes are there. Maybe I have a skewed view of what this relationship love of a thing is all about. @Bolded says it all. I still think you should tell her these things. I don't see how we can help you in this case as you seem to know exactly what you want. Maybe you can exercise more patience, don't let anyone pressure you, be on the look out for your ideal lady and hopefully you will find her. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Answer This With An Open Mind by Pidggin(f): 7:42pm On Nov 15, 2015 |
BETATRON: you're correct man If adam and eve actually had no knowledge of good or evil why should God punish them "not just them but their "offsprings,, What we see here is a god disobeying the divine justice himself.as you correctly asked "why should he put the tree there" since He has infinite knowledge he should know that adam and eve will eat the fruit "so why did He place it there?" Is it that He is longing to punish man or what? Its either this god is a tyrant or has no infinite knowledge" which ever way He cannot be a God If you understand the personality of God you will not ask this question. God didn't make robots, he made gods. He mad people that can make choices of their own. If you are familiar with the story of Job, God tested him because of the devil "the accuser" Why should he put the tree there? To keep them grounded, to make them aware of his authority. Ordinarily Adam and Eve will not have eaten the fruit, they had other fruits there and were never hungry, but the devil(a malfunction creature, constantly moving around and looking for whom to devour) tempts Eve to eat it. |

Adewunmi84: Good evenning nairalanders. My name is Adewunmi.I need the assistance of the moderator here to help me move this to frontpage. I am a fresh graduate who just finished national youth service last month(october 15th).I will be 29 years old early next year.
I have a girlfriend/fiancee whom we have been together since 2013.She is a student of the institution where i graduated. She is presently in her final year(ND2).The problem is that she find out she have not seen her menstrual period which supposed to have ended today. So,we went to a lab and a scan was conducted on her.The result showed she is 5 weeks pregnant.Thought of abortion came to our mind but we have put that aside.
I have summoned up courage that she is not going to abort the baby(because it is a sin though fornication which we committed too is also a sin)and she have agreed with me though her parents will be so mad at me.I don't even know what they might do for me.In fact, she will be scolded/dealt with by her parents(because they still pay her school fees and send her monthly feeding allowance)As for me,i am an orphan.God is my dad and mum.I just need to tell 2 or 3 people in my family that it has happened. My problem for now is that i don't have a job.I am jobless and i don't know how i am going to care for the pregnancy and the baby too when he or she finally arrive. She is still a student.I love her so much and abortion is out of our minds.
Please,i am posting this in this section to seek for assistance/suggestion from you.As it stands now,i don't even have a relative who will even assist me with a job or even ten naira. Please, any kind of assistance/advice rendered to me will be greatly appreciated because i seriously need a job.I don't even care what the job may look like.I studied statistics.I have a 4-year working experience after my National diploma(2007-2011)in a reputable FMCG organisation before i go back for my HND in 2011.
I can afford to post the content of my CV and the scan test result here or sent to your mail if requested.PLEASE HELP A BROTHER.This is not a scam please. My e-mail address is hardedejidewunmi@gmail.com...07031368684(whatsapp too) What is the 84 beside your name for, is it the year you were born? If it is, then you are a man and I believe you will pull through. So many schools are looking for mathematics teachers, go to schools around your area and offer to teach maths and computer studies. As a statistics graduate you should be able to handle these subjects. Good luck. |
