Anyone remember Ezra Miller, the guy who played 'The Flash' in the DC movies? My mind just flashed on him with our own Ezra drama going on. He's just a sicko like his namesake. The same queer business. Same pedo shiit. That one even craze pass the Naija one. I don't know many Ezras but these ones don spoil the name for the rest. Any Ezra for this board, abeg step forward, make we pray for you ![]() Apparently, the name means 'helper' in Hebrew but clearly na these guys need help. No go name your pikin Ezra to avoid stories that touch in the future. |
fatherofnone:And so. . .? You must be new here ![]() |
Capaldi:Capaldi, my gee! How are you? It's been a while. Caught your mentions some months ago rather late so I couldn't really reply. Thoughts on Wirtz this season? |
Unlimited22:I dey oh, my able doctor. I have just been caught up in real life How you dey? Your people have refused to let the rest of us breathe since you won the Club World Cup. Any small thing, na 'We are World Champions'. It is well. |

Trilionaire:FC Dominion signing in. . Let's fuckin' go! |
So, i only just stumbled on the trailer for the upcoming Mortal Kombat II movie, and it's fair to say i was disappointed. I know it's a bit premature to base a how good a movie might turn out to be off a trailer, let alone the first one but it appears those guys didn't learn anything from the first film. I would pay good bucks to watch Karl Urban anytime anyday, and his casting as Johnny Cage is perfecto. But from what i could gleam from the roughly 3-minute trailer, it feels like the film is set to place him front-and-center of everything. like it's his(or his character's) own movie. Urban is a star, but expecting him to carry this movie all by his charisma, wit and some cheap CGIs won't cut it. What makes MK such a compelling franchise is the array of characters that populate the universe. There are about a thousand and one possible plot points. So many opportunities to create a richer, more immersive MK universe. But to hell with that, it's The Johnny Cage show! MK 2021 was a flop. It was bad enough they made Liu Kang seriously under-powered in that one, they had to make the movie about some random Cole Young guy using a character as iconic as Scorpion as a mere pad. I'm looking forward to seeing Tati Gabrielle as Jade sha, even if her role is understandably minor. That's another casting decision on point. As a die-hard fan of the MK franchise, i had high hopes for this sequel, and have waited for five years for something big, a chance to correct that atrocities of that first film, but the first look doesn't look good. When the movie drops in October, i will definitely watch but with nothing but zero expectations. |
Capaldi:No worry, you don win, my guy ![]() |
MorataFC:My hand no dey for that one oh Na prediction I make oh. |
Capaldi:Lol. Enrique dey read your posts for NL? Enrique never compromised on the basics of his philosophy. He only tweaked his system with the players finally understanding what he wanted and were able to execute it almost perfectly. Did he play boring football at Barca? Flick defeated a league-and CL-defending champion that just added the best player in the world, in Real Madrid. On 4 different occasions. Including 2 finals. Let's not forget this same team trashed Barca flawlessly the previous season. Barca were also top of the league in early October only for them to hand Real the advantage. All this flux and change is not abnormal in a title race. I'm sure if we check the weeks spent at the top of the table, Barca will be number one. Keeping consoling yourself with imaginary Ws, bro Everybody else knows the truth. |
Capaldi:You were quick to criticize Enrique right from the start, ignoring the fact that he was trying to change the identity and philosophy of that PSG team. Implementing all those changes wasn't always going to be fast and seamless. In his second season, he has delivered a first CL for his club, winning the final in the most dominant fashion ever seen, after losing the best player in the world. Guy, just eat the humble pie! I like how you used another of your victims, Ancelotti take cancel Flick. Sense no go kill you Let's pretend anyone gave Barca any chance of competing with Real this year. Not only did Flick win, he won in style playing some of the most entertaining football we have all seen in a while and a flawless Clasico record to boot. All with 0 signings!I know you too well to go down on back-and-forths with you. All your shalaye doesn't change anything. This Double L dey your forehead like tattoo. You just can't see it ![]() |
Capaldi, my guy. Don't you think it's time you apologized to Luis Enrique. The man don make you eat your words oh. And Hansi Flick too. You've been dragging them all these years, questioning their abilities as top coaches. Now is the time to say "I'm sorry. I was familiar with your game but agidi no let me gree." No be to dey drag Kimmich every time. Na God save you sef. You narrowly escaped a monumental L with Inter knocking out Barca. A Flick-Enrique final would have seen you chop dragging like never before. Inzaghi tried for you, but unfortunately he couldn't finish the job. The two best teams in the world right now are being coached by these guys. Let your apologies be louder than your disrespect, bro! ![]() |
Realtord43:Lol. Power pass power oh. In a battle of the German omens, the Munich juju apparently was too strong for the German player jazz These things happen, bro. Same way the Harry Kane curse destroyed Coman's league winning streak that year. Well, I'm just going to have to cross out the Germany streak. Brazil and Spain own still dey go sha. We will be back next year to revisit. |
MorataFC:Yet some have stood for hundreds of years. |
Enzo5:When I first stumbled on this pattern, I didn't really think anything of it until the sample size kept expanding. We are talking 20, 15, 13 years here. At worst, if Inter lose, the Brazil and Spain mojo, the two longest surviving streaks, will still continue. Call it superstition, but these things have a way of perpetuating themselves. Same way no foreign coach has never won the FIFA World Cup. I just dey laugh England and Brazil. |
MorataFC:Dey play. Inter has already won at the Allianz Arena this season while PSG lost to Bayern at the same venue late last year. Guess who the ref on that occasion was: Istvan Kovacs, the same man who will be at the centre of the action tonight. Dembele even collect red that day ![]() Make i drop my own sef. Since 2006, every team that has won the CL has had a Brazilian in their team. You can check for yourself. This year, both teams have at least one on their roster; Carlos Augusto for Inter, Marquinhos and Beraldo for PSG. A 20-yr streak is set to continue. Unsurprisingly, the streak had been confirmed since the semifinal stage with eliminated Arsenal and Barca also having Brazilians in their squad. If you want to win the CL, get a Brazilian in your squad and you stand a chance (if only those ogas at Bayern would follow this). Here's another one. Since 2011, every CL winning team has had a Spaniard in their ranks. Again both teams are tied on this mark. Inter's backup GK Josep Martinez is from Spain while PSG can call on Fabian Ruiz. 15-yr streak is set to continue. But here is where things get interesting. Since 2013, every CL champion has had a German nationality on their squad. Inter currently has Yann Bisseck, unfortunately for PSG, they don't have one. This is where it will be decided. Inter Milan will emerge European Champions tonight. You heard it first here. |
Capaldi:I've never been happier to see Bayern miss out on a key transfer target as I am on Wirtz. Don't get me wrong, he is a phenomenal player and for me, the best German player of his generation. But I've always struggled with the ethical dilemma of his imminent move to Bayern. Poaching the nearest competition's best player, a generational talent by all means, in an already lopsided league goes against every ideal of sporting fairness and equitable competition. Where would that leave the BuLi as a league? I wish Wirtz the absolute best, except of course against us. Choosing to test himself in the strongest league in the world rather than taking the easy route by joining Bayern speaks volumes of his mentality and i'm actually looking forward to see how he gets on in England. |
raumdeuter:It's 2015 all over again, bros. I'm just surprised at how Olise has managed to dodge this injury wave given his fitness history. Make we just manage hold on win the league as i don't see how we can beat that stubborn Inter with half of our best XI injured. This Kane curse be fighting really hard, man ![]() |
DissTroy:You can edit out your mail, bro. |
DissTroy:Hello, bro. Please check your mail. |
DissTroy:OK. |
Hi Disstroy. It's been a while. Can i shoot you a mail? |
OK. |
Emaprince:Hello, boss. It's been a while. Can i shoot you a mail? It's private, please. |
Capaldi:Hahaha. It's been a while, ma guy. Bayern withdrawing their contract offer has nothing to do with JK's performances. He has been a Top 3 performer for us this season, only behind Musiala and Olise. This is just another foolish decision being made by those clowns at the top. |
