Nigerians in SA are not different from Nigerians in UK , US or Canada. Nigerians thrive and become a dominant force wherever they find themselves, be it in Academia, professional callings, business and trading, and also in vices.

Appeal Courts take arbitration judgement very serious.
Nigeria entered into a contract with the Company, and then later reneged on the contract. If Nigeria failed to do it's due diligence before entering into the agreement, then that's Nigeria 's fault.
The company is standing on sound legal footing.
Only if Nigeria can prove that the contract was fraudulently contrived by P&ID or that it was deliberately duped into the contract would Nigeria stand the chance of having the contract nullified.
