The reason why evidences are needed is to prevent an innocent person been hauled into prison or the guilty set free.
Do you have any proof that the accused is guilty or not? Absolutely not. Just hearsays Just look.at this dumb asss. When did the candidly descriptive and elaborate testimony of a RAPE VICTIM become hearsay ? For nearly 2 months now, why haven't we heard the accused rapist side of the story ? Does he know her or not ? Did they have a friendship or not ? Did they have a romantic affair or not ? Did they have sex or not ? If so, was it consensual or not ? Rather, we have seen a pattern of intimidation , the standard operating system for rapists. My proof that the accused is guilty is many fold. 1st, 90% of Nigerian pastors or people in religious authority sexually abuse their female members. 2nd, the accused has a sordid and well known history of sexually abusing his female church members. Secondly, 3rd, I have zero reasons to doubt the integrity of the victims statements. 4th, response from COZA has been exactly what we would expect from a powerful figure whose evil past is catching up with him. |

Why are her family not supporting her ?

God know the hidden truth after all. Good women are raped, bad women are raped. Rape is rape . A married pastor is not supposed to have consensual sex with very young female members of his church. That alone, using his position and influence to manipulate a 16 or 17 yrs old into sex is itself sexual harassment and statutory rape in most countries . But in the case, the victim is alleging that she was raped. We believe her. |

Secondly, perhaps this man forgot that there's interest on the money that past president's borrowed. I'm almost certain that a large part of the figure is due to the interest on the previous debts.
Lastly, my advise for this man is for him to assist in progress not inciting gullible masses with erroneously interpreted and presented figures. But come to think of it. If this man became president, do you think Nigeria's debt won't triple by 2023?
Ponder! Sharap dia. Atiku knows exactly what he is talking about. You , on the other hand , do not know what you're talking about. At the inception of the Buhari government, Auntie Kemi, the former minister of finance, went on record to state that Nigeria's debt to GDP ratio ,and hence, Nigeria's debt profile was very very low. The interpretation for dummies like you was that the previous government had kept debt low while still managing to grow the economy in the previous years. Since then, and without any genuine economic blueprint, the Buhari government has gone on a borrowing binge, obviously to finance elections and nonproductive programs . With only $3b foreign reserves and $38b foreign debt, the PDP under the leadership of OBJ and Atiku, then under Yaradua and later GEJ, eliminated our foreign debts, raised the reserves hovering in the $40b to $50b range, grew the economy year after year, expanded middle class, nurtured a strong democracy and ran a pan- Nigerian government. Under Buhari and the APC, Nigeria has returned to the Abacha days of governance without vision, Tyranny , unbridled Nepotism . Aso Rock has once again been turned into a feudal medieval court , and all Nigerians , except the court jesters, are now living as serfs. |

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, former governor of Lagos state and a national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) lamented that Nigerians are using diversity for religion and tribal diversity instead of using it to promote peace and unity. He made the remark at public presentation of former governor of Ogun state, Olusegun Osoba’s memoir, titled: “Battlelines: Adventures in Journalism and Politics.” The book is a 341-page autobiography of Osoba, a former governor of Ogun State, with records of his life as a journalist and a politician. It was launched to mark his 80th birthday in Lagos. Tinubu said that the APC recognised the place of unity in diversity, which informed the ‘broom’ symbol of the party. “When we proposed our symbol of APC as a broom, what we meant is our unity in diversity. “Different heights in a broom. You cannot see a single broom tied together of the same height, unless you cut it. “Our problem in this country is that instead of using our diversity for prosperity, we continue to use our diversity for division, either religion or tribe”.

FOLYKAZE: This is an interesting thread.
But the subject seems narrowed into nde and related stuff. Spiritual experience is broadened and cannot be discussed within just nde. Been a runner of YTS (Yoruba Traditional spirituality), nde is alien to it system. But there are divine dreams, astra travel, divination, and whole lot of experiences.
While dream can be explained scientifically as a chemical reaction in the brain, divine dream is different. Divine dream is not a result of random thinking, it serves a purpose of expressing issues; causes and possible solutions, and often tell about the future.
Many people accurately foretell what happen in future times even without having anything thing to do with it. Happening occur exactly as they dreamed it. It could be gift of nature, but as it is, such instances cannot be explain off with brain chemistry.
Let us discuss extensively on divine dream. How is it brain chemistry? Divine dreaming is most likely what we know as lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming, like other dreams, shows up distinctly in catscans on sleep subjects . And contrary to what you stated, lucid dreaming can more easily be induced and simulated using mind altering herbs and chemicals. Now, one is free to give interpretations to dreams, and confirm such after the fact. What I trying to say is that no two persons can give the same interpretation to the same dream. As such, there is no such accurate interpretation of dreams. The sum of a person's psyche determines how a person interprets a dream, lucid or regular. |

If you no tell yourself the honest truth nobody go tell you. You can see the very bigoted false insinuations in his speech. The one about northerners not doing Yahoo Yahoo or carrying drugs is false. The far majority of Nigerians beheaded in Saudi Arabia or languishing in prison in Arab countries are Northerners. Kidnapping, terrorism, armed robbery and genocidal violence are also far worse in the North. The idea that Northerners are more honest than southerners is laughable. Exactly the kind of false myth that allowed us to put a treasonable felon-at-large such as Buhari in power. The most corrupt leader in Nigeria's history was a bonafide Northerner. If Northerners were genuinely honest people, why haven't they uplifted the standard of life for their people for all the years they have held the resources of the Nigeria hostage ? Simple question. As for the richest person in Africa being from the North, well, I will not deny Aliko Dangote his very well deserved respect for his vision and love for his fatherland. But if that is all that intellectual midgets like El-Rufi want to gloat about, then that is to their continued detriment. For a supposed Harvard graduate, El-Rufi is still a mental midget, corrupt, still at mercy of his baser , less evolved nature . |
Christianity Etc › The Unrighteous And The Unbeliever; The Differences by plaetton(op): 9:49am On Jul 07, 2019 |
The two most militant Abrahamic religions often conflate unbelievers and unrighteous people.
Unbelivers are people who do not subscribe to or who repudiate the Abrahamic concepts of divinity.
Unrighteousness, on the other hand, covers every spectrum of human activity or behavior. Whereas unbelief focuses on people who do not subscribe to certain myths, fables and notions of a particular religion or religious sect, unrighteousness covers everyone, including people who have very strong and rigid religious beliefs.
My Christian friends on and off Nairaland , always convince themselves and try to convince me that my rejection and continued repudiation of Judeo-Christian myths, especially the myth of the saviour God-man , constitutes unrighteousness before God, their God of course.
Well, it depends from which perspective one approaches it. It is both laughable from a rational perspective, and true from a perverse perspective.
From a rational perspective, righteousness is the duty and responsibility of every human being. Righteousness brings peace , harmony and progress. A society that has majority of righteous people, or has the righteous people in authority or positions of influence , inevitably promote order, peace, harmony and progress,..irrespective of whatever myths or sub-myths the majority subscribe or do not subscribe to.
Nigeria is perhaps the clearest example that there exists no straight line correlation whatsoever between faith and righteousness.
From a perverse perspective, if someone , or a group of people create a fantastic myth , and then fortify it with ascending cascades of other myths, a Tower of Babel of myths, then it makes perfect sense that any attempted repudiation of that Babel Of Myths would constitute a direct offence , and act of gross unrighteousness, to the CREATOR, ..of the myths.
In other words , the act of unrighteousness is directly against the person who creates or who has fully immersed him or herself in the Babel Of Myths.
So when a religious person or Christian calls you or refers to you as unrighteous ,not on the basis of your character, but solely because you do not accept their faith or myths, you know should know that the person feels subconsciously offended. To such people, offending them equals offending God, the God that they created.
God is the greatest creation of the human primitive mind. The sheer complexity, the many contradictions of this creation is a clear and compelling look into the complexity and seeming contradictions of the human psyche. For, in God we find love, kindness and all the lofty ideals of certain parts of our psyche. In God also ,we find the contradictions, the hypocrisies, the selfishness, the wickedness, the greed, the averice that constitute the less evolved and most primitive parts of the human psyche. |

EnthronedbyGod: The moment the new initiates commences studies in AMORC courses, they are asked to lay aside whatever theories of life, Religion, philosophy or Scholastic doctrines they may have.
Why would they ask one to do that, knowing fully well they have people of different religious views?.
Let's look at AMORC views on things like religion, God, Jesus, e.t.c, after looking at these views, then you'll see that AMORC is really anti-God and a satanic organisation. Lie lie . Desperate lies. |
