Christianity EtcRe: How Do You Fight An Ancestral Python Spirit? by playboy19(m): 3:41pm On Oct 18, 2017
zerotouch:
Good day fellow Christians. I really need help with a battle i am facing currently with an ancestral python spirit that has been troubling my family. It's a psychic spirit that even reads my mind and plants wrong dream s in my head. i know you will say Mfm but believe me, I have been there twice.

My only succour is Bible reading before sleeping. My financial situation has dwindled to the extent it distracts my prayer life and even tries to steal the word from my heart
My brother, there is only one solution to your problem. No other thing can send them back or save you from them. You need the Fire of the Holy Spirit. Emphasis is on the Fire, as Holy Spirit is totally different from the Fire of the Holy Spirit. I don't have much time to dig deep into this for you. I have been in your shoes before, but trust me, until you encounter that Fire, the problem will persist.

You need to vigorously and continually ask for the Fire of the Holy Spirit. Note that as soon as you begin to ask for it, you may notice that the ancenstral power may increase its attacks, then that is when you need to persist in asking because they know you are ready to fight. Nobody plays with fire, it is never for funfair, it is for warfare. Ask for it and desist from sins and you are on your way to deliverance. If you cant do it on your own, find a Fire-filled church to help you but make sure it is not one of those business centers that ask for money. If they ask you for money, RUN!

I pray God will help you.

It isn't everything worth singing about...

This is as worse as it gets, a Nigerian singing 'Narco songs', a very divisive man in Mexico where the guy sang about is from and left their country in a semi civil war with the state about selling drugs.

It is a profound lack of talent if you think you should sing about drugs, coke, money.
Slow down on them a little, this music is particularly for the American market and singing about narco is what their street is about, hence it features Gucci (known for his many troubles with the law). The Nigerian part of the song is just to navigate the best of both worlds within the same song. The song is ultimately for the yanks.

All in all, the song is dope as fvck. Currently have it on autoreplay.

See your ignorance. Dangote is actually is father if you don't know. Dangote was the chairman at his naming ceremony. He is officially his God-father when he was christened, which mean, should Mr Deji Adeleke dies today, he automatically becomes the son of Dangote. Have you ever wondered why Dangote sponsors everything he does?

remove MTN from nigeria and watch it GO BANKRUPT
This is why we keep telling Nigerians to know their worth. They think MTN is doing Nigeria a favor by employing people, but instead MTN is milking Nigeria by the second.

Imagine 33%+ of their global revenue is coming from naija alone. With this, there's nothing Nigeria can do to them that will make them leave. They won't want to sell their efforts over the years cheaply to another company.

I'm not say we should chase them out, but I'm saying govt should make strict policies that will make all these companies play by the rules and stop repatriating money out of the country.

Sometimes, i find it difficult to understand how Buhari's presidency is structured. Isn't the DSS suppose to be a department directly under the president? And the president nominated Magu to be the substantive Chairman of the EFCC, while the same is being blocked by a department under the same presidency. Isn't the presidency as it stands conflicting itself? Someone with better knowledge should educate us on this.

The only thing Nigerians are good for is to bring out possible problems in any good initiative but never a solution to those problems. Please help me remind him what Fashola used those agbero for during his tenure.

This is the same way they were all shouting that we should let those South Africans kill our brothers and not attack South African entities here just because "they don't want Mtn to leave Nigeria so that people won't loss their jobs". Can you imagine how these people think. They know nothing about business.

SMH... I keep saying this everywhere I have the opportunity embarassed to, Nigeria has no future. The worst is yet to come. We are currently enjoying the best of time as it is, because with this crop of uneducated graduates we have in this country, the future is dead.

Just look at all these comments. How is it difficult to understand that, the "Toilet" inspection is just a figure of speech, meaning that the Ag President conducted a thorough inspection of the whole facility, even to the toilets? Even a fifth grader should easily understand this. How could anyone in their right senses, even if present, believe that the President or the Vice came all the way from Abuja to inspect toilets? But, I guess it's just too difficult for our "Graduates"/ future-leaders to understand.

BusinessRe: 5 Things People Wrongly Believe That No Longer Work by playboy19(m): 7:18pm On Feb 17, 2017
importexpert:
There are principles that were handed to us by people from the previous generation. These were things they applied repeatedly in their time which worked for them. The problem now is that a lot of those principles have become obsolete and have no place in today’s world. The world has gone way past them.
It can be a very frustrating experience for anyone who keeps trying to apply these principles without recognizing that the rules of the game has changed. It is like trying to beat a dead horse. Some people get so caught up in tradition (the way it has always been done) that they frown at anything new. You will hear them say, “This is how it has always been done” or “this is how I am”. The real question here is: “what if the “YOU” is not working?” “What if HOW it has always been done is not giving you the desired results?”
This is why it is pertinent to re-evaluate what we have believed and make necessary adjustments. Here are five popular principles you should consider for re-evaluation.

1. Good Grades Guarantees Good Jobs:

This statement which was the gospel truth in the eighties and nineties is now a suicidal advice in our time. It was true because very few people were educated during that period, making the educated ones an elite class of some sort. Juxtapose that with our time and you will see how things have changed. You think you are the only one with a certificate now? I’m sorry, but there are hundreds thousands of people with better certificates yet, without jobs. Wake up! This point does not criticize academic success. No, it emphasizes the fact that you need more than good grades to get the life you desire for yourself.

2. Living By the Rules Is Compulsory:

In school, we were all taught to live by rules. Some of the rules were good because they checked against our excesses. But the rest of the rules were horrible. Why? Because they tried to force everybody into thinking and approaching things the same way. Even teachers taught us to solve questions using only their methods. Sometimes, rules can be suffocating. It can kill creativity and destroy ingenuity. This is why so many people now live life within the confines of societal standards. They have things they should do or not do. The real question should be, “is it legal?” If it is, then you need to really think again. Forget the rules and go for any opportunity that comes your way. Thomas Edison, while working on an invention, was told by his assistants about the rules they needed to follow. Thomas replied him, "Damn the rules. We are trying to invent something here."

3. A Job is the Target:

Have you ever heard someone say, “I’m hunting for a job?” It is a popular expression amidst job seekers. I have nothing against looking for a job. The problem is when graduates think that a job is the ultimate. This has made many become prolonged job seekers. Many have lost precious months (and some years) of their lives waiting for a job that never arrived. Since all they see in their mind is a job, they have missed countless opportunities that have crossed their paths. Their desire for quick money has made them lose valuable chances life throws at them .Their hunger for a job has blinded their eyes to the opportunities around them begging to be exploited. Don’t let that be you. If a job is not forthcoming, look around and find an avenue that you can channel your creative abilities into.

4. A Job Means Financial Freedom:

There are people who believe that sitting in an office is a sign that they have financial freedom. I call it the “white-collar job deception”. Nothing can be farther from the truth. You are not financially free because you have a job. Don’t be deceived by the false sense of job security either. It is a mirage, like a pot of gold. The only way to financial freedom is to create a venture of your own. Have a stream of income that is not dependent on your boss or a management board. Create a business of your own that will boost your finance. In that way, even if something goes wrong with your job, you will still be buoyant.

5. You need huge capital to start a business:

Nothing could be farther from the truth. If you believe that you need big money to make money, it is most likely true that you cannot make money. The basic necessity for a business is not money but ideas. Capital will always flow to anybody that has a good business idea and relentlessly acting upon the idea regardless of the obstacles obstructing him. in most cases, if the idea is valid and logical, it will require little capital to start it. Anyone who wants to immediately open a business in a big way most likely will not be able to cope with its growth and magnitude. If you have a business idea, start small. And then nurture it like a baby till it grows. Don't waste your time looking for huge capital.

Conclusively

with the rate of unemployment and underemployment in Nigeria, Nigerians need alternative income generating sources online. this is because, most legitimate online jobs never get saturated and requires a little or no capital. the form of online job that Nigerians have just started becoming aware that it is highly lucrative is affiliate marketing. affiliate marketing is the online business that i personally recommend to any Nigerian that wants to build a passive income source online.

for a limited time you can see the personal secrets that i use to stand out in affiliate marketing at www.affiliatejagaban.com/p/jagaban.html
Kontinu, be lying to them, especially the you don't need a capital to start business part. You think the whole country wants to be a blogger or whatever you people call it

Plus if you ever have any clues about oil deals, you'd know that it's most likely that the $1m was posted as Performance Bond, which is the most common scam in oil deals
CareerRe: Reasons Why Employers Do Not Promote Their Employees by playboy19(m):
thesicilian:
You may be right, but from my own research, what many Nigerian employers do is, once you have reached the stage for promotion/salary increment, they simply replace you with a younger or fresh applicant who's willing to do more for less pay.
This is just so wrong from all angle. When you said stage of promotion, at what point is that exactly? How do you determine the stage of promotion? Is it by the number of task completed or by the number is years spent? The truth is, it is with this same mindset that delay people's promotion which give credence to the op's observation. To me as an employer who believe in finding talents internally, these are a few things I look out for.

1. Effectiveness. Effective people are those that always get results. Consistency in getting results is what set them apart from the many 'potentially' good people and the Mr Capables. Effective people are committed people and are team workers.

2. Leadership. Effectiveness only is not enough for me, cos if you are truly consistently making me money or getting results for me at a particular level, why should I take you away from that position? The best you'd get from me is bonuses. However, good leaders are the ones who help others become better. They help others become like themselves. You may want to say, why should I help others become like me, well the simple answer is, if I do not find a replacement for you (someone who can equally make money for me like you do) you are not getting promoted.

3. Replacement. Finding replacement for every employee is one of the discreet goals of all employers. I don't like to feel like you could hold me to ransom at any point, so to be safe, I'm consistently looking for your replacement, for just incase. However, if you happen to be the one who helped develop the 'replacement', then you have secured a special place with me. By doing this, you have shown to me that you are not only committed, you are equally loyal and most importantly, you are highly confident in yourself. You have no doubt about your own worth or value to the company.

Trust me, if I see these 3 things in you, I'd promote you no matter how long you have spent with us, 6 months, 6 years or even 6 days (;. These are just the 3 most important criteria with which I promote people. If you like work from 6 am till 11pm, without these, you're not getting promotion from me.

Number 3 is what no employer will tell you. Whether you are an effective person, a good leader or a redundant employee (which 90% are), we are consistently looking for your replacement, either for when you get fired or for when you get promoted.

PS: I'll just like to add that getting another promotion then depends on how much you put into developing yourself for another level.
PoliticsRe: Omoyele Omogunwa6 Asks Senate To Legalize Corruption by playboy19(m): 6:02pm On Jan 25, 2017
nicolosam:
let me say unequivocally that Omoyele Omogunwa is a bastard from Ode Irele who got to the upper chambers of the national assembly by opportunity! His unpopular and senseless view does not represent the view of the Irele people let alone his senatorial district! please pardon him because he is under an irredeemable curse from beyond!

Corruption is a cankerworm that can't be allowed to grow beyond its present size, however, it is unfortunate that the country is under a false and unpatriotic siege at the moment.
You are quick to disown him when the problem here is not the man in question but the useless media-controlled youth we have in this country.

All of you are throwing stones at the man without understanding that the media is just for one thing and one thing only, which is sensationalism. I watched the session this morning and what the man said was totally different from what the media gave you because the media know that majority of you are too dummmb to consume whatever it is thrown at you. Sometimes I subscribed to the school of thought that says that the internet shouldn't be for everyone, especially the ones without a functioning brain to ask question.

What this man said this morning was that the government needs to fight corruption wholistically instead of playing politics with it. He said all the government does is to allege people and taint their image without going further prosecute and jail anyone. So he was rooting for a stronger approach to corruption fighting crusade. Then he suggested that if we don't do that, the govt had better legalize corruption then, at least the ones who loots the treasury will be free to invest it here knowing that no one will prosecute them.

So before you all give yourselves hypertension leading to untimely death for no reason l, this is the true stand of the man.

I just hope one day, the Nigerian youths will start using their God give gift of brain.

PS: I made this long because I know most of you wont even read it. Dumbos
